The entire place was exceptional, from the staff, common area, pool, customer service and the best part was the room and view. The really nice photos you see on here, are literally what it looks like in real life. Some days I didn’t even want to leave my accomodation because of how nice it was. Breakfast was really nice too, the guest house owner is so so sweet and pays a lot of attention and loves to feed you!

Honestly if I have to be picky and list something, which honestly isn’t really too much of an issue for me, is there wasn’t space for my large suitcase to open. But that is such a minor thing, so worth it, for the comfortable bed, pillow and amazing view.

It felt a bit like they were getting ready for the summer season. One day when we were using the pool and lounging on the deck chairs on the grass in the sun, we were asked to come off the grass so that it could be watered and then weed killer sprayed on it. There was no where else in the sun so we went out instead... This made us feel a little unwelcome

The experience is exceptionally well-rounded and delightful, creating a sense of comfort and pampering. The view and the tranquility were truly wonderful. The breakfast, as always, offered a diverse selection, with a unique touch each day to keep it fresh and appealing. The staff and host were the perfect finishing touch.

It is possible that the sea area was somewhat rocky, which could make swimming a bit challenging until one ventures further out. I understand there are potential plans to invest in improving the beach area, which would be quite beneficial.

I stayed is Yasmin room. Small, but perfect. The sliding glass doors overlooking the veranda that looked out directly to the sea was breathtaking. The bed was AMAZING and oh so comfortable. The linens were clean and comfortable. Truly, had the best night sleep. And the daily breakfast was very nice too. The staff is friendly and always available to help you. I like that the hotel is small and quiet but within 10 minutes (by foot) you are in the heart of La Marsa with plenty of cafes and restaurants and shops.

Outstanding customer service and first-class hospitality. The quality is super, and the atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff is incredibly attentive and always ready to help. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with thoughtful touches and they go above and beyond with helpful tips on transportation, dining, and local attractions. They truly exceeded my expectations, I ended up returning sooner than I thought I would.

The owner was very helpful and kind, we felt at home and we felt he cared for clients which is obviously helping in making one comfortable at this place. The breakfast was good with bread, pastries, hot and cold drinks, eggs and veggies/fruits. The hotel is by the sea so it makes it easy to go to the beach from the pool. Also, it’s adult only which is great for a relaxing stay.

There is a fridge in the room which comes quite noisy at night and as we had a small room, I could not ignore the noise. Also, every time we went out of the room, electricity would be shut down (card system), including the fridge. We had no purpose for the fridge and I am sure we could have asked the manager to unplug it.

What a beautiful place to stay right next to the beach! The host is very kind and welcoming. The room was small but the view was amazing!! We saw the sunrise from our bed as well as our balcony. The storage area in the our room is cleverly designed so we actually had enough space for everything. Breakfast was great too! The scramble eggs were yummy!! And they make some really awesome cappuccinos! The hotel is clean and well decorated with fun tiles and details. We would definitely come back again when we visit La Marsa!

Wr we’re warmly welcomed with a drink on arrival while filling in the guests forms, then shown to our room. It had the wow factor we were hoping for. We were given a different breakfast every morning. A choice of eggs, of which I had cheese and mushroom omelette, juice, tea/coffee, bread, pastries, and fruit. There was also sliced tomatoes, diced tomatoes/cucumber or a small bowl of something different. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us, very attentive, welcoming and thoughtful. The room was a great size, toiletries were included and an added touch of dressing gowns (we stayed in fell view). There were tea and coffee facilities in the room and complimentary water and fizzy drinks in the fridge. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sea and we loved sitting out of an evening listening to the waves. This guest house very much deserves its rating. It is the most relaxing I’ve ever stayed and I was gutted to leave.

Nothing not to like. We wish we could have eaten lunch and dinner there too!

I loved the refreshing welcoming juice and sweets, it was very needed after a long journey. The staff was amazing, kind and they gave me good recommendations about restaurants, cafes... The thing I appreciated the most was the breakfast: homemade jams, a wide variety of salty and sweet options, and fresh fruits. The view from the garden to the sea was also so enjoyable. The structure had direct access to the sea. The bed was also very comfy. I would definitely come back for my next trip to Tunis.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel situated right on the beach. From your room, you feel as though you are sitting in the middle of the sea, with the soothing sound of the waves in the background. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere and is ideally located in the heart of Al Marasa, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It has a warm and welcoming ambiance, with highly personalised service.
