The view from the rooms with a terrace i(facing the lake) is beautiful. I'm not sure about the view from other rooms. Breakfast was OK, but the dinning room was beautiful and the atmosphere was relaxed and warm They have a little playground for kids, which is really nice (we didn't travel with kids, but it caught our eyes)

The rooms are small. The entire hotel feels a bit crammed. It's all about location, though! If you are not a smoker, then your terrace experience might be ruined by others who are. There is no air ventilation in the room except for the door that opens to the terrace.

The Wonderful view from the balcony fascinated us. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The was very clean cozy.

I wished the room would be a little bigger since we had our dog with us and we needed a bit more space.

Staff members were great. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Bathroom/shower was spacious and modern. Comfy beds. Big balcony with nice mountain and lake view. Room had everything we needed.

Bathroom mirror above sink much too high. Wife had to to stand on tippy-toes to apply her makeup. Why do hotels do this? This is not the first time this has happened to us.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. We had a great view of the mountains and lake on the top floor and we used the elevator since we had many bags. There was free parking. The shower was wonderful and the bed very comfortable and super clean! The room was quiet. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

I like the location. Traunsee and surroundings are just awesome. Staff was very polite and friendly. Hotel is pet-friendly (18 EUR per pet per night), we traveled with our cat. The bed was quite comfortable. Our room has floor heating - that's cool.

I expected a bit more facilities in the room (like teapot, coffee).

I liked the location, view from my room, cleanliness at the room and bathroom. Breakfast was also good. The staff is nice and responsive.

My pillow was not very comfortable. Having a small fridge and a kettle in the room would be a great addition to the facilities.

Very friendly welcome...warm atmosphere....room had a great view....short walk to the lake so good location...Staff at breakfast time were attentive..over all would highly reccomend the Hotel to others visiting this area

Only disappointment was no bar available and no restaurant available and meals had to be booked in advance...but thbis did not spoil our enjoyment of the stay

Breakfast was great; the staff took extra consideration to set up a table with a high chair and children's napkins for our little kiddos, each day before we arrived.

The breakfast has limited options. The room has comfortable empty space.

At night the warm water is not hot enough, especially in cold weather.

Very pleasant and professional staff and owners. Great place to stay.
