Breakfast is served and available very early which was very convenient for me because I checked out before 9 o’clock. Everything in the breakfast area was clean and offered a variety of breakfast choices. Some protein offers would have been nice eggs,sausage or bacon choice would have been greatly appreciated. Overall I was greatly satisfied.

The lobby could have been a little bit more inviting with plants or flowers-inviting fragrances or brighter artwork would have done the trick.

I don’t like the front desk staff. Soon as he saw my sister walk in with balloons he was like No parties. I said I’m decorating the room for my 13 y/o daughters sleep over. He had a bad attitude. I cleaned up my own room the next day for check out so there wouldn’t be no miss understanding. I stripped the whole room. He watched up the whole time. I would never book here again. But the room was nice.

The workers were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and even though I sleep in pass 11:00am and missed room services, when I did leave the room and come back they circled back and cleaned and left fresh towels! The stay was really good

They were renovating at the time so I couldn’t go workout but still enjoyed stay

The facility was nice. Air conditioning was so nice. The beds were so comfortable. Pool was fun but needs to be cleaned after a couple days because it's active! Employees were nice. Breakfast was alright but juice is a little watered down. Very conveniently located near airport. Food all around hotel. Thanks for the stay.

Pool needs to be cleaned every couple days but other than that, I loved it.

This Microtel is in great shape -- so well taken care of and clean! The staff was the best here. The people that we met at the desk seemed to be on 24 hours a day -- and were so nice, friendly & helpful! We really appreciated this location!

Breakfast was not being served at this time. I used the city bus system. There is very little information about the routes of the bus systems of cities. It would be a great idea to get a supply of the routes and maps and schedules as parking in the downtown area of cities is complicated and the bus easier.

This is not a big issue but the TV remote was tricky to use.

Location was close to where we needed to be.

I didn't like that we had to bring the used towels down before they would give us more. It was 4 of us in the room (husband and I and our children) and we only could get 2 sets of towels at a time. That was annoying.

Everything was great and great customer service. The air in room 410 and 412 works wonderful. The beds was great and the cleaning of the rooms was great as well.

The Like about the hotel is when you came back from being out and the key cards never worked each time we left Hotel .We had to get renewals every time.

the check in and check out was great! the staff were great.

the suite door between the rooms were broken and the front desk clerk could not lock the door. we were so afraid in our room all night.
