It’s comfortable , the pool very clean (not huge) and good for a dip, breakfast is great with good choices. Staff most helpful. Location is a stretch for the beach unless you’re a good cyclist and similar for town but A Grab car is cheap as anything if needed. We cycled everywhere , bikes are provided for free but to be honest they could do with updating at some point as some are a liability to ride. The room was huge and the bed and when we stayed it was so quiet. Close cycle are the rice fields where you can see buffalo and people working in the fields . There’s a Winmart at the very end of the Road which is handy as the room has a fridge. The staff were very good at communication before we arrived and during.

I had an incredible stay here and can’t recommend it enough. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even had a lovely fresh scent when I arrived — a small touch that made a big difference. The breakfast was top notch — cooked to order with a varied, delicious selection each morning and fresh fruit options that changed daily. The pool area was fantastic — clean, peaceful, and a great place to relax. The location was ideal too: just a short 10-minute ride to both Hoi An Old Town and An Bang Beach, so perfect for exploring both. But what really made this place stand out was the staff — especially the two amazing reception girls. They were incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. They arranged my boat tour (which I highly recommend), offered great recommendations, and provided genuinely thoughtful service every day. It was nice to speak with them. They gave a wonderful impression of Vietnamese hospitality, and I left feeling very looked after. Thank you. A real credit to the hotel. Such a great price as well, value for money unbelievable. Highly highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hoi An — I’d love to come back sometime.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a perfect stay! The two main hosts were friendly and talked us through what there is to do and see. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was amazing - you have the choice of a main then all continental (range of fruits, yogurts, coffee, tea and sweet pastries). They offer free bicycles, and the old town is about a 10/15 minute cycle. There is a pickleball court just down the road which I also recommend going to. If I am ever back in Hoi An I would stay here again!

Our room didn't have bedside lamps, which meant we did have to use the main big light all the time. The days also can be long and tiring, and breakfast is only till 9:30, if it was till 10:00am it would have been better, but it still was amazing and got us up early.

Hoi An Villa is fabulously located away from the busy centre of Hoi An, but easily reached via grab or walking. The hotel was lovely spaces, but even more lovely staff! We stayed here for two weeks and the place had the best breakfast of our entire trip. The banana pancakes are to die for! And so much fresh fruit. The room is massive, with a balcony too. We had all the space we needed. The hotel also has free bikes you can use to explore the local area. Honestly, no complaints - pick December Hoi An Villa for a magical stay!

What can I say... our stay in Hoi An couldn't have been better! This hotel, surrounded by greenery, is an oasis of peace and beauty, but what makes it truly special is the staff: always kind, smiling, and capable of putting you in a good mood from morning to night. As soon as we arrived, the receptionist greeted us with a dazzling smile and infectious energy. She gave us all the useful tips to make the most of Hoi An, booked activities for us, and even supported us via WhatsApp at any time. I would have stayed longer just for the energy that permeates this place and the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionist, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel offers free bicycles for exploring the city at your own pace—perfect for reaching the center or the beach! Breakfast is simple but delicious, with the option of choosing an à la carte dish. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for genuine hospitality, genuine smiles, and a positive atmosphere! I had such a wonderful stay at December hoi an villa💛 The team here is the sweetest and most beautiful souls you’ll ever meet. It was my birthday, and they went out of their way to make it extra special – upgrading my room and decorating my bed with a lovely “Happy Birthday” surprise. ✨ Everyone was so kind and helpful, always ready to guide me on the best ways to enjoy Hoi An and even helping me with little things like finding Vmart. Their warmth and genuine care made me feel at home. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality – I’ll always remember this stay!

Quiet location and good value for money, not a posh hotel but bed was comfortable and breakfast were good. Not spectacular like other high priced hotels. However staff are so lovely and kind even when my sons and myself were sick they made us ginger tea for us. Do not go if you are looking for luxurious holiday accommodation but if you go with family, I would recommend for 100%! We are happy to be back here again!

Situated in a very quiet location, it provides the perfect ambiance for a peaceful getaway. One of the standout features of this establishment is its provision of free bicycles, allowing guests to explore the enchanting streets of Hoi An at their own pace, immersing themselves in the local culture and scenic beauty. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. From the moment of arrival, guests are met with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making them feel welcome and valued throughout their entire stay.

While there are certainly many positives to be found, it's important to address areas for improvement as well. Some guests have noted that there may be insufficient ventilation in the rooms, possibly due to their proximity to the swimming pool.

We had an adjoining family room, so essentially 2 separate rooms with a small hallway connecting us. Great amount of space, beds were comfortable, aircon was really nice and cold. Nice little balcony views. We had plenty of space especially for the price paid, what a bargain. Staff were awesome. They waited until we arrived very late one night after lots of flight delays. They organised our washing and just added this to the bill for a few dollars a kilo. There was nothing they wouldn't do for us and we really appreciated it. Breakfast was modest, but they kept refilling. You got a hot option that was made to order like banana pancakes or eggs and a continental buffet. It had daily fruit, toast with jams and butter, a few pastries and yoghurt. Tea and coffee and juice too. Not a massive buffet but we left full everyday.

The pool was quite cold, considering the ocean was warm, but we were there in the cooler season so thats perfectly understandable The shower was plenty warm enough but not burning hot which I usually prefer. But absolutely fine.

Spacious, light and bright room, clean and modern. Lovely residential street. The reception personnel really make a difference, they are both simply wonderful. We stayed for 3 weeks and they were always helpful, kind and cheerful. Breakfast is great value, so are the arranged transfers to and from the airport.

Most bicycles are in a bad state of repair and the shower drain could do with a service, slow to drain, everything else is great. Would we stay here again? YES absolutely!
