Some great coffee places a short walk, great close by street food. Best for me as a solo traveller the ease of getting to Hoi an on the local bus, and close to the Australian dental clinic.

The woman at the reception was very attentive and accomodating. The room was clean when we came. Bathroom dried super quickly. We rented a scooter from the hotel lobby for 150k a day. It was very smooth and overall a good service.

The cleaning staff always knocked at the door and there was no "do not distub" sign we could hang up. And when we requested the staff finally to clean, it was not that great but still alright. The fridge was leaking water so had to put a towel there. We had the studio with pots and cutlery and those were not exactly clean when we arrived but not a big issue to clean it oneself and then we just avoided using the pans and pots.

The hotel is located in a good area. The staff (especially - Mrs Loan) was very very helpful and always went out of her way to help us feel comfortable. The other lady who worked the night shift was also good. Recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel.

The kitchen facilities need some improvement.

The day receptionist was Nga Nga was really welcoming, I was in admiration of the fact that she learnt English through apps, credit to her. I booked their shuttle driver from the airport and ended up using him throughout my time in Danang. He gave me a SIM card so we could communicate throughout our travels, extremely useful.

The room is always nice and clean. It's spacious as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bike rental service is excellent. The owner is such a great person to deal with and will give you a reasonable price. Highly recommended if you are staying in the area.

The location is quiet, and the price is exceptional. The staff are really lovely and helpful. A short walk to food and entertainment. You can even hire motorcycles from them. A very, very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tan Phuong Nam although it was for a very short stay after our longer stay in Hoi An. Airport is just 10 minutes drive away from the hotel.

Location is a bit far in terms of walking distance from the center but taxis are very cheap

Very good 👌 beside was a construction site my balcony had the view but i never heard them. Great bed super clean and the location pretty good for me.

The pool can have a deep clean , but always was empty so very appreciate

I arrived early and checked in 2 hours before without any additional payment. The room was large with any necessary equipment and fast WiFi. Overall for the money paid it exceeded my expectations

The staff is friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are comfy and the whole hotel is rather new and modern. The rooftop pool is also nice to refresh.

The hotel is located not directly in the super touristy area or near the beach, but everything can be reached via grab easily. Also it would be nice to have the option of using Netflix.
