The staff are superb. Nih at reception is a gem of a person and we left calling her a life long friend. She went the extra mile for us everyday helping us book tours in Hue and Da nang. So calm and kind and clever, we will miss her! The family who owns and runs it are so kind and bent over backwards to make our 4 kids and 3-generations of our family welcome and comfortable. Super location. 5 minutes walk from old town and on a wonderful street with terrific cafes and restaurants shops and spas. Breakfasts were quality.

The staff are amazing here !! Right from the first moment we were offered advice on what we could do and then they booked everything when we had decided. All tours,laundry and airport transfers we could pay for at the end of our stay making it very easy! Breakfast was easy you choose from the menu the night before and choose a time and they organised it for you.

The pool is right in reception/kitchen. There is a wall so you cant see the pool when standing in reception.

An excellent stay! Nhi is an excellent host who booked us affordable tours to both My Son temple and the Hai Van pass, ending at our next hotel in Hue. She was always asking how our day was and greeting us with a smile.The room was very spacious and clean with a lovely little terrace and our room was upgraded for free. The hotel has a pool, and a fridge where you can purchase drinks. Rooms are cleaned each day and if you need anything Nhi is available all day. The hotel is well located, far away from the busyness of Hoi An but only 5-10 minutes walk from the main areas and the bus stop. They have bicycles free of charge. Beds were very comfy and the AC worked well.

The manager Nhi is awesome! She takes good care of the property, ensures that your needs are met and communicates promptly. The property is well maintained, clean and is well designed with a small pool in the centre of it. Nhi helped us decide the rooms by sending short video clips, that was so reassuring. From then every requirement we had - airport pick up, rental motorbike, restaurant and activity recommendations, a change of room after checking-in was attended very professionally and efficiently. The night time security was also very helpful and friendly. There is a very nice restaurant called Quan Thien just 50 meters from the villa. That’s the best place to eat if you want a quick bite while you are there. In our 2 weeks Vietnam trip we stayed in 5 different places, this was the one we didn’t have any complaints. Availability of water and beer right at the lobby is a great convenience.

A mesh door in the ground floor rooms might ensure insects not coming in. Bicycle stands need some repair. No major complaints :)

This humble family-run hotel is located around a 10 to 15-minute walk to the night market. The bed is large they put two single beds into one so it is quite big. The hot shower runs well and they are also helpful with booking transportation, tours, laundry, and any other needs. They provided bicycles, but unfortunately, I did not use them. It is very convenient to ride a bike to stroll around the city. The receptionist is accommodating and has top-notch hospitality. When I arrived at night, the staff who stood did not speak English very well but we could communicate clearly. We requested the room to be next to each other and they granted the adjustment.

The hotel did not have an elevator. I stayed on the top floor (4th floor) but the staff was very helpful in bringing our heavy luggage to our room. If you have problems with knees, or legs, or travel with elders, can request rooms on a more appropriate floor.

I love how convenient the Location was. I also loved how knowledgeable the front desk was. They pay great attention to detail and are very accommodating.

That there were mosquitoes. I would have to close the doors as quickly as I could when returning or leaving. That they didn't have a full length mirror anywhere in the room to do a quick fit check before leaving.

The staff and location were excellent. I was very pleased with how close it is to old town. Some restaurants nearby but close enough to walk to main tourist area. The rooms were clean. Nhi went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time and activities to do.

Only very minor things!! The pool can only be used for certain hours and that was not said when I arrived. The laundry was quick but not thorough - there were still small easy stains to remove in clothes.

Fantastic stay. Nhi at the front desk was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Location is great - easy walk to the Old Town yet in a quiet location. They book tours and transport for you and provide helpful recommendations. Free bike was great to explore the town and to go to the pottery village. Would highly recommend.

The rooms were extremely decent and cozy. They were clean and had all the amenities properly kept. The host was excellent and was very helpful in planning our short trips around the city and more. The best part is that it is secluded, yet very close to old town and night market, literally a 10-minute walk. Loved our stay there and will definitely recommend it for Hoi A stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Brother Villas! The pool was a wonderful addition for cooling down on hot days. We also particularly loved the shower in the bedroom! Best of all was Nhi, the wonderful receptionist who gave us lots of lovely recommendations for our time in Hoi An.

At times other guests were noisy, especially early in the morning. Not the fault of wonderful hosts!
