a nice hotel at the end of the town, 10 minutes walking distance to the old town but away from the crowd and noice, the room faced the canal and had a good view of the river, bed was comfortable and AC was cold, the bathroom could have used a curtain over the tub to contain the water splash from handheld shower spray. Breakfast was descent with salad, fruits, and an egg station. The place had a pool which was clean but I did not use it during my stay.

The room had a bath tub and a hand held shower spray but did not have a shower curtain, taking a shower sprayed water all over the floor, you'll have to sit on the tub to minimize the spray of water on the floor, you'll need to fill the bath tub and take a bath which takes time

The first impression is made at the front desk and it was very Impressive. It is located on Banks of the River with a splendid view. We were greeted by Mrs. Ane she was pleasant and helpful, she assisted us with our room change and all the queries very patiently. She even helped me out with currency arrangement in the time of need. Guided us with city maps and the taxi services. She also suggested the best tour company for visiting Ba Na Hills, the guide Mr. Tam was excellent and we had fantastic time. Special mention to the General Manager as well , she was there to personally check on us and ask us about our stay. She remembered my daughter's name and enquired about her time to time. they properly is beautiful and well maintained. We got a room with adorable River View. Staff was very cordial and assisted us as and when needed. We used the SPA and it was wonderful experience. We were delighted as they had spa for kids and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. I would really like to recommend Royal Riverside Hoi An Hotel & Spa to all my friends and family who would like to visit Hoi An.

The breakfast good always. However the veg options were limited. So a humble request to explore some more vegetarian options to include in breakfast. The spread was great with wide variety of fruits and drinks. Enjoyed.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality of the staff truly made the trip memorable. Our room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised to have free access to bicycles and umbrellas, which made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. Special thanks to Ms. Than and Ms. Phuong, who were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. Their warm, friendly approach and readiness to assist made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating stay!

Wonderful staffs, very friendly and helpful. It’s my second time staying here and probably will come back whenever I’m in Hoi An. Room is super spacious and spotlessly clean. It’s a fairly quiet and peaceful neighborhood right across from the river, just a short walk to Old Town, convenient stores and cafes very close by. Also easy access to other parts of town which you can utilize the free bicycles for.

Nothing! If anything AC in the room I stayed in was a bit week and not pointing to the bed so it gets hot at night - I didn’t have this issue last time in a different room, so this won’t keep me from coming back next time.

The hotel is conveniently located outside the old town, just a brief walk along the river away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and tended to our every need. The room was pleasant and clean, with nice views of the river and city. The bathroom was especially spacious, with a big shower recess and a proper bathtub.

Every morning the light shone directly from one of the bathroom windows into the bedroom, right across our bed, waking us up around 5:30 am. I guess the problem could be fixed with curtains over the window, or something to block the gap between the blinds over the bathtub and the wall.

The staff and the people at the hotel were extremely hospitable and friendly and went out of their way to attend to our every need, especially Suong. We stayed at the Royal Riverside in a beautiful room at the front on the corner with great views of the river, the town and a bridge and it was ideal for early morning sunrises. The room was attractive and spacious with a 3 seat sofa and a glorious bathroom with a free standing bath. The breakfasts had everything you could wish for and our morning chef learnt our egg order and brought it out to us every morning exactly as we preferred without even ordering! There was a lovely outside seating area along from the pool and at the front overlooking the river so it was a great start to the day and so quiet and peaceful. The situation for us was idyllic, as it was a little haven 5 minute walk from the old town. Hoi An itself is a busy, town with lots to explore on either side of the river and bus loads of people come in daily to explore the historical sights, and other tourist spots. We enjoyed the many roof top bars, restaurants, and shops and the night market but we were happy to retreat to our hotel. The beach was a short bike ride away or taxi, and hotel provided bikes. We went on two trips organized by the hotel. We had a fabulous holiday here and we will definitely come back to Vietnam and probably Hoi An and this wonderful hotel!

Take the time to talk to the staff and ask loads of questions about the organized daily trip schedule and organized tours. We did the Ba Na Hills trip which was spectacular but very busy and we felt 12 people on the trip was too many as the guide struggled to keep all the group together!

Very nice quiet location far from the loud central tourist area, but still very close and walking/biking distance. I like that they provide bicycles for free.

The breakfast buffet is very sad and really needs improvement. I traveled with a friend and booked 2 rooms of the same room type and price- but the 2 rooms we got were different in size. My friend got the nicer and bigger corner room, with bigger windows and more sunlight, while I got the smaller room with a smaller window and less light. They should have given us the same room type.

We loved our stay here❤️❤️! All the staff, and in particular, Ha, Hien, Ugea and Van made our stay personalised, their service was 5 ⭐️. They even bought me a birthday cake and sung to me. This boutique hotel is clean and away from the noisy hustle and bustle, but within an easy stroll to everything. It is also great value compared to other hotels close by. Free bikes made it easy to get around. The pool was so lovely that we stayed and had lunch. We used the day spa. There’s a great mix of food options for everyone from breakfast through to dinner. I didn’t want to leave, I would highly recommend this hotel!!

The staff are superb. They really transform the stay experience. The room had everything I needed, was spacious and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. It was an easy 10min walk into the old town or you can use the free push bikes or catch a Grab. I would happily stay again.

There was some building work going on during the day and on Saturday. The drilling wasn't conducive to relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at Royal River. The front desk staff were attentive and helped up book tours in Hoi An. They also had recommendations for the night life and tailor that is closest to the hotel. The view of the review from our room was a nice touch. We were in close proximity to most places. I enjoyed the view of the pool at breakfast. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
