this is such an amazing find in hoi an. the couple who run it are so kind and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us! the room was amazing; huge and with such a comfortable bed and the bathroom was also great with plenty of hot water. we didn’t have breakfast here but it looked good. the outside area was also very nice. we had to extend our stay here due to illness which was no problem at all.

the walls in between rooms were very thin; one night we were kept up by other guests playing loud music and then another morning we were woken up by someone retching in their bathroom

Hoang was very welcoming and helpful in many ways, including having something ready for us to take to eat on our early morning departure and driving us to bus pick up location. Much appreciated! Room was great with a nice little balcony to take in the street vibe below. Perfect little pool to cool off and excellent location on the edge of old town -easy walking to many great restaurants and bars, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Early mornings were a bit noisy with all the motorbike traffic but not terrible.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. They gave us the best recommendations for the town. The location is great because it's a little outside the crazy touristy part and we found it always a nice relief to walk 5 minutes along the river to our hotel. Rooms are very big and the family that owns the hotel could not be lovelier.

We had a broken lamp in our room that was never replaced, room could use a new paint job, the remote control was sticky, and the curtain rope was dirty.

The room was cozy, clean, spacious, and very quiet. Nice pool and amenities, convenient location, and the internet was reliable. The staff are super kind, and the owner was especially helpful and friendly. The à la carte breakfast was delicious and prepared with so much care. I definitely recommend this place

Amazing owner who was so helpful. Super comfy bed. Perfect location. Owner helped book tickets to events and advised us on places to go. Separate shower which was great. The owner has just renovated the place so it is stunning. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. The little balcony was lovely to sit out on.

We loved the hotel- great location in walking distance to everything. Can even use their free bikes! The owner is super nice and helpful. I dropped my phone in the river and he did everything to help me fix it. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Could do laundry there and breakfast was great! No complaints!

This is a nice little hotel that is only 10 minutes walk to the centre. The room was fresh and clean, the bed comfortable, lots of hot water a good water pressure and blackout drapery. The owner and his wife have good English language skills and are very accommodating and helpful.

Hoi A majestic villa was a lovely place to stay! The staff were friendly & helpful & breakfast (set menu with a great choice between western & Vietnamese options) was great. The beds in the room were comfortable and the AC & wifi worked great. The staff were quick to help us with adding a toddler seat to a bike so we could go out for a bike ride as a family.

The location is just a little further than we would have liked with the kids, but even then, it was only like a 5 min walk to old town (this would have been a non issue for us as adults). The pool was also smaller in person than we realized at the time of booking but it was clean and the kids enjoyed it nonetheless :)

Couldn’t recommend enough! We loved our stay here, the staff were beyond friendly and so useful. They even organised a cake as it was my sisters birthday during our stay here. The pool area is lovely to relax at, shower was always hot and the comfiest beds we have stayed in so far. Would absolutely return!

Perfect location, just far enough away from the action to get some peace and quiet. But close enough to be anywhere you want in Hoi An quickly. They serve a tasty breakfast by the pool in the morning. Everything super clean. Friendly staff. Good value, would stay again.

It’s all good, hard to beat.
