This is a superb newly constructed hotel that only opened shortly before my stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet location near the river but only 5 mins walk from all the attractions of this beautiful old town. As an 80 year old solo traveler who uses a walking aid everything was accessable. The hote has a lift to all floors and there were a choice of restaurants within the immediate vacinity. The hotel proprietors Tuan and Vi couldn't have been more helpful suggesting and arranging trip and transport to the airport. The breakfast can be ordered indvance the previous day and the plunge pool is a good way to cool down after a days sightseeing. A well appointed, comfotable, spotlessly clean place to stay in this beautiful ancient. town and I would not hesitate in recomending it.

There was nothing about my stay that I would have changed.

1. Amazing hospitality by Tuan; the staff in charge of running & supervising the hotel. Thank you Tuan, you make my stay in Hoi An a memorable one and the knowledge that we learned from each other. 2. The 'boutique' vibe of the hotel; pretty and just nice. Also the elevator; it's a very important criteria for a 'seasoned' traveler like me. 3. Free Netflix with English subtitles under the guests account! Bingeing on my K-drama whenever I was lounging on the bed.

1. The room is actually quite small; however it's okay for solo traveler like me. 2. The location is not in the middle of the old town but it's still walkable & they do have bicycles. 3. They don't have a dining area so breakfast is served in the room.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing! The rooms are neat and clean but what really made this hotel stand out is the owner Tuan! He was there for us at any time and helped us arrange some very fun activities during our stay! Thanks Tuan! The location is also perfect, walking distance from the old town and lots of restaurants but yet a bit more quite than staying directly in the old town. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Wonderful location of the hotel, we were given two bicycles (50 VND/each), I asked for them in advance via ZALO. Wonderful owner with very good English. Very stylish building.

Unfortunately, I saw some tiny ants in my part of the room, I think they were from the kitchen below me. My friend didn't see any. Buy I've just lived in Vietnam several months and seen them a lot, so I wasn't shocked but would be happier not to see them at all

Had such a wonderful stay here! The rooms were spacious and clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very affordable, and amazing location! Huge thanks to Tuan the owner who helped make our stay extremely comfortable and providing suggestions of places to go and setting up bookings for us :) Highly recommend and will definitely come back again!

The place is clean and near to the old town. It is also newly renovated which means it’s much cleaner and less humid compared to other properties near the area. We did not order breakfast but it was raining in the morning, the hotel manager went out to help us to buy breakfast from the famous banh mi store nearby. Super nice staff and good service.

Everything was great

It was a small cozy boutique hotel that felt more like a warm homestay. Tuan the owner was extremely delightly and accomodating to all our needs going out of his way to help for everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a warm cozy budget friendly place to stay . The location is amazing too.

A night at Rokas was a wonderful experience. This is actually my first time traveling alone, thus, making me unsure about my accommodation choice. However, services and facilities here completely swept away that anxiety. The room was super clean when i came, with high-quality products. The manager Tuan also guided me through carefully to ensure the best staying experience.

The hotel manager is super helpful and friendly. The hotel is new so furniture and equiment is still pretty good. It offers other services such as visiting Coconut Jungle, hiring taxi to the airport... The location is also great, just 5 minutes from the center of Hoi An.

The only thing I feel inconvenient is that room is small (although very well-furnished).

Location was great - easy walking distance into town and all the shops & restaurants. Easy ride to the beach also. Great little cafe down the road for brekky - Ellis’s Cafe. Staff were lovely & suggested a great tailor to go to - Vy’s.
