From the moment we arrived at La Charm, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Loan, who made us feel right at home. She took the time to walk us through everything — offering helpful tips on getting around Hoi An, suggesting tours and tailors, and answering all our questions. The location was perfect — within easy walking distance to the ancient town, local restaurants, tailors, leather shops, convenience stores, and laundries. The property itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed cold air-conditioning, comfy beds, quiet nights, and a beautiful buffet breakfast. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The pool area was fantastic, with a mix of loungers and tables, and there was a lovely grassed area where the children could safely stretch their legs. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in Hoi An!

The staff, the location, steps away from the main Hoi An area and many restaurants. The pool was really nice, the garden area was beautiful, our family connected rooms were perfect, the staff beyond amazing! All the ladies are just so helpful and in making sure you are comfortable and anything we needed they tried to accommodate. Ms. Long was amazing to work with. They booked all our tours per my request and also had airport car organized. The breakfast was a mix of Vietnamese food and Western! It was very good. It was a wonderful stay.

That the hotel is very beautiful! All the staff are so helpful and friendly. When I first arrived, they handed me a drink and offered to take my bags for me. The receptionist is very lovely and helpful and told me all the events that were happening, shows, and also provided discounts for staying. She also gave me a map and told me about the best tailors in Hoi An and places to visit and activities to do. Which is amazing and helpful especially when you are travelling and don’t know too much about what to do. On top of that, they gave me a room upgrade too which was a nice touch, as I was going through a lot. The room is very beautiful and clean, almost feels like you’re staying in a very luxury hotel. The price is very affordable especially for really good customer service and how amazing the rooms are. Everyone there was very helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The facilities like the pool and spa are very nice too. And the breakfast buffet is very delicious with lots of range of western and Vietnamese options. I highly recommend to come here if you want a luxury hotel with a good price. There’s nothing I can fault about this place, it exceeds my expectations! I’ll definitely come back again and recommend others to come. :)

Very close to old town but far enough that it wasn't noisy at night time. Lots of good massage and spas and restaurants nearby. Staff were very efficient and friendly and the room was perfect, bed comfy with a small balcony and river views. The pool was excellent not too warm as it is shaded for part of the day and towels and plenty of sunbeds available. Decent sized gym for basic workout. Didnt try the spa but looked nice. Breakfast was included with ample choice of western and eastern cuisine.

Really lovely property just a short walk from the old town. The rooms have plenty of size and the beds are super comfortable (most comfortable we have had on our trip so far - we are 3 months in). The breakfast selection is very good, has something for everyone with plenty of it. The staff are very nice, friendly and very useful to ask questions and organise tours. Would definitely stay here again.

There is some construction work going on by the pool, but there is not much the property can really do about that and it wasn’t really that bad.

The room was slightly small, but this was well-compensated by the spacious bathroom and a lovely balcony, which added to the overall comfort.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were so friendly that it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the busy city center—yet still peaceful. We also appreciated the hotel’s great recommendations and arrangements for tours and shows. The location of this hotel was fantastic, just on the very outskirts of the old town walking streets. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly with a lovely welcome drink on arrival and making the time to say hello and ask how we were over breakfast. The hotel decor is very charming and the rooms spacious. The breakfast options were delicious. We would stay here again and again with no hesitation and would easily recommend to any friends or family looking to stay in Hoi An..

The staff were keen to know if they could improve anything so I suggested on check out that there was only one tiny thing they could think about and that was bigger towels.

This was our favourite place to stay during our time in Vietnam. The staff were super friendly and hospitable, giving us great information about Hoi An on arrival that really enhanced our plans, and fitting us in for a foot massage in the spa when we hadn't made a booking. The breakfast buffet was delicious and our meal in the restaurant one evening was superb. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and the hotel itself is in a prime location. We loved being able to use the bicycles provided by the hotel, which made exploring the old town and place a little further afield really easy and fun. If you're thinking of booking this place - don't hesitate; it's great.

The entire team was excellent and very friendly. They helped us arrange airport transfers and some of the tours we wanted to take, which made everything so easy. Breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was especially cozy and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is in a great location, allowing us to walk to almost everything we wanted to see and do. The pool helps us to refresh on hot days, and the SPA was really good.
