We had a fantastic stay, made all the more enjoyable thanks to the wonderful staff - special shout-out to Anna and Mickey for their warmth and care. The breakfasts were delicious, offering the perfect balance of western favourites (omelette was so good) and brilliant Vietnamese options such as Pho, Sup and Dumplings. I was working during part of the stay and found the poolside area to be a peaceful oasis in the mornings—especially with Anna’s amazing Vietnamese coffee to kick start the heart. The hotel is just the right size: personal and relaxed in the right spot to retreat from the hustle and bustle. You can do your own thing without ever feeling like just a number. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to make their Hoi An visit that little bit more special.

The Room, Nice spacious room with a huge stoned flat surfaced bath as well as a shower. The Mulberry Collection was located near restaurants, spas, clothing alterations and bars. While the Mulberry Collection is not in the Old Town it was an easy 15 minute walk and away from the noise. The balcony was great to have. The Hotel was value for money and the spa services great with 20% off - try the hair spa ladies.

Much easier to use the bath shower, however, the holder could have had two settings so you could stand up which would have been much better. The fridge wasn’t very cold and air conditioner would cut out but once the room got hot would turn back on. The gym needs to be upgraded.

This property was everything I wanted it to be and more. The greenery around the entire hotel was so relaxing and calming, especially in the pool area. The room was spacious, comfortable, always clean. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. As we stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, some of the staff checked in on us regularly which was really lovely. Mickey specially was an enjoyable face to see around.

The only negative we can pick about this hotel is the breakfast service. Smaller variety of food compared to previous experiences, which isn’t the issue. Sometimes when we would come down (inconsistent of time) the food was not being replenished fast enough to allow visitors to have access to the full selection.

Excellent facilities, such as the bathroom and airco. Good breakfast. Overall nice atmosphere.

As other reviews mentioned, there is construction work going on next door. The noise in our room on the first morning was extreme as we were right next to a drilling section. The staff promptly gave us another room when we asked. But I wonder why they'd assign such a noisy room in the first place. The driver in our transfer from the station was unfriendly, did not greet us at all.

Beautiful facade and nice lobby, great location, close to the old town - safe to walk back at night. Professional and friendly staff. Room is very comfortable, nice layout, love the shower, love the balcony looking into greenery

The Vietnamese food in the buffet is not very good, but the Western food seems fine. However, can’t complain, it’s mot too bas and when the buffet is free

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room, balcony and bathroom were spacious, and very quiet at night. The pool was lovely. It’s just a 6-minute walk or a 4-minute bike ride to the Ancient Town. Serene spa with multiple treatment areas. Quick laundry service. We got a day pass to hang at the sister hotel at the beach and huge pool.

Really enjoyed my 2nd stay here. Great base to explore Hoi An. Staff are great and very helpful. Breakfasts were well provided for. Spa massage was excellent. I’d think twice if you were looking to spend all your time in the hotel as the pool area is enclosed by the hotel and sun is at a premium. Gym functional.

This was such a beautiful hotel (designed by VTN Architects) just outside the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. We (family of 4) stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed coming back to our rooms after the touristy pace of the town. The pool is fabulous, the breakfast yummy and varied and our larger room a delight. The staff were so friendly and helpful and also offered us a visit to their sister 'beach club' at the beach. I have included these photos below. We spent an afternoon there and it was lovely spending some time by the beach and in the beautiful pool. Just a 15 minute taxi ride away. We would come back in a heartbeat to Eco Silk. Amazing!

the breakfast had interesting choices the bed was excellent super soft bedding and perfect firmness for me

the gym was not motivating. if they are going to make an effort they need to keep the door shut put towels in there and make it user friendly‼️

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast was beautiful had lot of choice for hot and cold dishes, noodle soup, fruits and deserts. I was to have my room upgrade for free to a family room. Happy with the idea.

The ceiling look a bit old and the room smell a bit due to not open the window.
