The hotel is not in the Old City area, but you only had to cross the road, walk 200 meters and you were in the Old City. Walking distance to everything. The room size is okay. Air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle and cups (without coffee and sugar), safe. Good water flow in the shower. Small bottles of water are renewed every day. Towels are a bit old. A door opens to a small balcony but without a nice view.

There is no elevator. There are metal boxes with which you can take your suitcase to your floor, but the next morning, the maids caught it with linens and I had to take the suitcase down to the lobby alone. Old towels. There is a smell of humidity in the room, so you sometimes have to open the door for some ventilation, but it doesn't bother me.

Honestly the best value for money for a place we have stayed in South East Asia. The room looked exactly like the photos and the wooden decor with artwork on the wall is just lovely. The bed was comfy, the room was large and very clean. Our room on the 2nd floor looked out onto the road with the river in the distance - not an issue in the slightest, very quiet at night with big blackout curtains. The bathroom was lovely, a separate shower area to the toilet, so nice compared to the standard wet room. Reception looked after our bags on our last day. So close to the old city, just a 2 minute walk and you're in amongst the beautiful buildings

I had a room with a balcony which was nice to sit out on and see what was going on in town.It's close to ancient town and surrounded by small cafes and restaurants,GoGo testaurant just down the street was great for breakfast. Staff were helpful and courteous.

No internal elevator so being on the 4th floor meant climbing stairs but there was a small luggage elevator and the staff carried my bag up to show me the room.

Very central location, easy to walk to all the relevant places, shops, restaurants, tailors.

Sound proofing. The property is next door to a bar that plays karaoke so loud that the furniture of my room was moving and vibrating with sound. Same with the sound from the street, I had to sleep with earplugs.

The receptionist ( the short LOVELY one ) was an absolute DELIGHT we loved her. They went above and beyond for us. They helped us when my partner got food poisoning. She borrowed us her personal phone charger when ours wouldn’t work. They were just amazing and the room was beautiful! Absolutely perfect

I came here with a girlfriend to see the beautiful charm that is Hoi An I booked this place pretty last minute and decided to go with it because of its location. It's minutes walk to the Riverside where all the lantern activities were going on. It was just a little bit outside of the whole bustle so it was still quite quiet. We were able to walk everywhere without any problems. We booked the room with two twin beds and the beds were quite comfortable. The room wasn't really big but we got a little patio which was facing the front so it was really nice to get that light in. The room didn't have a smart TV which wasn't a big deal, but sometimes I like to go on Netflix. The shower pressure was really good. The front reception were super accommodating and super friendly. I would go back here again and I would recommend this day as well if you want something simple and affordable.

The hotel has a small lift that brings your luggage up but it's not designed to have people go up so you will be using the stairs. Would prefer a smart TV

The location is in a cute area and close to all the action. We were able to rent bicycles for a great price. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had plenty of space with a lovely balcony and well spaced bathroom.

Perfect location and very clean and spacious.

Our room was on the reception floor and although our small courtyard was private, it was dark as there is a shelter overhang which filters the light and makes it seem a bit darker than it actually is.

location was great, only a few minutes from the main riverside area. Tuan Nguyen on reception was fantastic! The room was a great size, super hot and powerful shower. Did I mention that Tuan Nguyen on reception was so so helpful! My room had a balcony with beautiful sunrises!! The chap who does security was fantastic too! Lastly, Tuan Nguyen, being quite serious now, was brilliant, helpful, happy and nothing was too much trouble.

My only criticism was that it advertised that there was a buffet breakfast and there was no breakfast at all? Odd.

Great location! Staff very friendly! Room very clean and comfortable. Wifi worked ok in my room. Walking distance to ancient town (about 2 minute walk). 😁

They don’t let you check into till around 2:00 even if your room is clean. That’s the only thing. You can store luggage though.
