It is a family business. They are kind hearted people. My husband is a coffee lover. They gifted him with a kilogram of coffee, because he mentioned the taste of the high Quality coffee in the room. Willingly assisted us in getting around in Hoi An. I would suggest you organise your tour bookings with them, as they are easy to deal with. The room was spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea and 2 bottle water supplied everyday It is alongside the river and 2 minutes walk to the Night Market. Well located. Honest and humble people

The swimming pool in reception area. Not a swim pool in my opinion. You sit in the pool and watch the traffic and people walking by.

We like it's location which is only 3 minutes walk to Hoi An Ancient City, food Restaurant around and got a river in font of hotel. For the hotel room aspect, everything is good but the stuff arrangement not put in order, whereby the floor carpet should be put outside of the bath room. But it is put inside the bath room and definitely it get wet when the bath room is in used.

Although there got river in front of hotel but there got no much activities on this part of the river. All activities including the lantern boat only can see in the upper part of the river that found in ancient city. .

The receptionist greeted us warmly, supplied information about numerous tourist destinations, recommended eateries, and even organized a low-cost car rental for our return to Da Nang.

I recognize that the construction and refurbishment of the building next to the hotel has produced noise in the morning, which is beyond their control. However, because we traveled in the morning, it did not cause any problems. The hotel made every effort to provide outstanding service, so I believe the noise pollution from the nearby building was beyond their control. If I visit Hoi An again, I will still choose to stay here.

Wonderful hosts, exceptionally pleasant and helpful, could not do enough for us. Full of information in regard to restaurants, places to see, entertainment, trips to book Room very comfortable, great cool air con, lovely pool to cool off in and great views over the river. 5 min. Walk to night market and all the well known restaurants in the area. You could not do better - a very personal touch from the whole family!

There was nothing we did not like. We were 3 stories high with amazing views over the river and up towards old ancient town. They took our luggage to our room and made us feel very much at home from day 1. Great accommodation property which was serviced every be day!

We loved the beautiful family who ran the hotel, Ruby and her parents were just fantastic, friendly, chatty and very happy. We were always met with a beaming smile. The location was fabulous right on the river and only minutes from the Ancient Town and night market.

If I had to find something it would be the stairs. We were happy to climb the stairs each time to get to our room but many others wouldn’t like it.

It's family-owned, and the owners were very warm and cordial. It was rainy, so they kindly loaned us umbrellas every time we went out. We arrived late in the evening, and they held the room for us. Bottled water was provided everyday. The place was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect --we had an unobstructed view of the river, and it was quiet while also being close to the action. In addition, we inadvertently left a package in a rented car that took us to Da Nang, and the Villa owner located the driver and made sure we got our package back!

The pool looked clean and ok, but it just wasn't so inviting...it was right at the entrance and didn't offer an option to just dip or lounge about.

Host is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist speaks good English. The location of the villa is superb, very near to the ancient village and night market. It is on a quiet street hence it is excellent for a light sleeper like me. They arranged a connecting room for us which we really appreciate.

No lift so we have to carry our luggage to the top floor. But it is not a problem for us as we often travel light. Also, we didn't ask for help in carrying our luggage so I believed they are able assist in carrying your luggage by request.

only a few minutes walk to the Ancient Hoi An Town. The owner very friendly, gave each room a box of Cafe Pho a departing gift !

location was good, i wish for more fluffy pillows, it was too flat for me. forgot to request for extra ones to add to the allocated one pillowto prevent my acid reflux .

The location is superb! It is right on the edge of the old town but just away from all the noisy bars and busy streets and it overlooks the river.

The only thing would be the wet room bathroom which was a bit annoying having wet floors after showering, but not a major.

Nice and careful staff. Suggestions about local area and local warnings. Availability to arrange private trip to visit local areas and suggestions to make the stay interesting and comfortable. 5 minutes walking from old town and Japanese bridge. Nice bathroom and good shower.

Laundry service was delivered with a little bit humid but it’s ok considering the tropical area. Room expected to be bigger and view expected to be more nice as in pictures.
