Beds were a little too firm but not unbearable. Pool needs a step to make getting in and out a little easier.

Property was excellent, Location is great so for a first timer to Hoi An it was great Breakfast was good overall...you had to order eggs that were cooked however you wanted, but the bacon was pre cooked and cold in the main area.. l would rather order both delivered hot...cereal choice was corn flakes/ cocoa pops and fruit loops...loved it The facilities are great, the bikes are good, pool area is great, just have to schedule in sun time - 11am- 3pm Hoi An is a happening place, especially after 5pm. l have not visited a place with so much going on in such a medium size area, and the Signature is right at the start of it.

The cold weather we had for the first 3 days, you don't get to enjoy the area as much when its cold.. But when its warm it was great

Our stay at The Signature was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Vietnamese charm. Our room was spacious, clean, and had every amenity we could ask for. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with both local and international options to satisfy any palate. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience, offering great recommendations and arranging activities for us. The location is ideal—just a short bike ride to the Old Town and the beach. We highly recommend The Signature for anyone visiting Hoi An!

Location was beautifully close to the center of town and the night market. Complimentary bike rentals allowed early morning exploration that took you further than you would see on foot! Water pressure in the shower was magnificent but like many VN showers - you end up flooding the bathroom. I appreciated the craftsmanship showcased across the property - the carved wooden doors, operable windows, creative repurposing of terracotta pots woven into the wall… Service was especially great- Trung at the front desk was welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful in all ways for a visitor to Hoi An! Everyone on property always greeted us with a smile! The AC was the best we have experienced so far in VN - nice and cold and the cozy comforter enabled continuous uninterrupted slumber. Breakfast had variety and we didnt experience any crowds within the dining area.

Slight thumping music from establishments within the vicinity - but hardly noticeable. The safe did not feel secure as you could set only one code and were stuck with that code the rest of your stay. They have a master lock that can reset easily. Safe also not easy to use if management had not reset the code prior to your arrival.

Where to start…. The staff is incredibly friendly, all of them, they go out of their way to make it comfortable and convenient. We had complimentary massages with our room, and that was just incredible! The room is clean and neat and really very spacious! And the bed!!! Oh my word so comfy and the bedding just incredible. The hotel is located close to the old town and the night market makes it great for easy access to everything. Being in a very busy part of town, the rooms are very sound proof and you don’t hear any noise from street. The vibe and atmosphere in and around the hotel is just amazing! We loved every bit of our stay and will definitely recommend the hotel. The breakfast is great but not really catered towards westerners but as they say “when in Rome”. Food was still very fresh and well prepared. The food at the Salt restaurant we had one evening is just as incredible and delicious. If I ever visit HoiAn again I will definitely stay there! Keep up the good work! Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful hotel situated perfectly close to both the Ancient Town and walking street of Hoi An. Despite being a stone's throw from the bustling bars and restaurants of the walking street and night market, the hotel was quiet and felt secluded. The rooms were beautiful with tasteful decoration and a generally luxurious feel. I didn't use the pool, but the pool area was spotless with a variety of larger beds and loungers available, and this area was never crowded during my stay. Breakfast was high quality with a variety of Eastern and Western inspired options, and with small stations set up encouraging guests to make their own ca phe sua aa, bahn mi, or cao lau, which seemed like a lovely idea, but I'm not sure that many guests understood (I witnessed one guest complaining that the selection of cold cuts was poor when picking sliced pork of the side of the cao lau station and another using the condensed milk from the coffee station to por over his cake). Perhaps some more staff guidance would help guests to understand this better? Overall, it would make an excellent choice for a romantic getaway, or luxurious break in the middle of a busy tour of the country. I stayed in a variety of hotels in Vietnam - most were excellent by their own merits, but this was the hotel which impressed me the most.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Hoi An. Staff were fantastic, always helpful and happy to deal with any request. Very good buffet breakfast. Decent pool area for a centre of town location. Wonderful spa and massage.

A pool bar open until 6 and the main bar that is really just a part of the restaurant and closes at 10. It would have been nice to have a 'proper' hotel bar with longer hours. We felt that although the rooms were adequate size there was no where to unpack our cases and we lived out of our cases for the week. Not ideal.

The hotel is new and beautifully designed - loved the decor and the pool. We used the restaurant and the food was gorgeous. Staff were really friendly and helpful - supported us with recommendations for a local tailor and we had great results. The location was fab. On check out we were asked for suggestions because it's a new hotel - this didn't come across as a tick box exercise but more a genuine interest in improving the experience. I suggested full length mirrors in the room.

We stayed in a Signature Lantern Room and because we asked for a double room (created by moving two singles together) it meant that the room around the bed was limited by the window. It was a good price when booking and on reflection it would have been better to book the next room up to get a little bit more space. I tolerated it because I loved the decor, ambience and friendliness of the place but I did have to step over the corner of the bed rather than walk around. The room would have benefitted from a full length mirror.

The location of this property is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of everything you’d want to explore. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, with special recognition to the incredible Concierge Manager, Bina. If you're considering booking this place, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!

The breakfast was great, especially for non-vegetarian guests. However, the selection for vegetarians was quite limited. I’d recommend expanding the vegetarian choices and including more continental options.
