Probably one of the best places I've stayed in. By saying that I came back twice more, I say everything. The accommodation has the perfect location, it is clean and the rooms are great. I stayed the first time in a room that faces the interior, very clean and modern and the other times in a slightly larger room with an equally clean and modern balcony. But without a doubt the best thing about the place is Miss Tenn and her family. They treated us as one of the family. Every day they made us coffee and fruit, they invited us to lunch and dinner with them for several days and they helped us with all the excursions and things we need, such as renting the motorcycle (they also leave you bicycles if you want). The price is also cheap for the area. Undoubtedly far above expectations.

I think I understate when I try to find the words to describe how hospitable Miss Ten and her family are. But let's start with the accommodation itself: The room is very large and has a big, cosy bed. WiFi is very good. A TV with local and international channels is also included, as well as a desk, wardrobe, great bathroom (the shower is separate from the toilet, which you don't often find) and equipped with a hairdryer as well as air conditioning. The minibar offers cheap water, you don't even have to buy it in the supermarket, Miss Ten refills the minibar every day. The room is also cleaned every day. Impeccable service and comfort when it comes to the accommodation itself. Laundry service is also offered, quite cheap and super well washed and fragrant. Miss Ten and her family are extremely helpful at all times. All questions are answered almost directly on WhatsApp (or in person on occasion). If something is not clear, Miss Ten is ready to help. Transport to any place is also offered. Her husband was very friendly and drove us to Da Nang (250,000 Dong). When her husband was not available to pick us up, Miss Ten organised a driver for us so we didn't have to worry about it. She also gave us lots of tips and information about Hoi Anh and was generally very sociable and chatty. The location is unbeatable. You can easily walk to every sight in Hoi Anh from the homestay. It's just the right distance to the attractions while still being a relaxing, quiet place to free your head and have a good rest. Every single point out of the 10 was well deserved. If we are in the region again, it will be with Miss Ten!

There is honestly nothing bad we can say about our stay with Miss Ten. We recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi Anh.

I stayed at this homestay in Hoi An and arrived in the evening, but Ms. Ten waited for me and kept me updated. When I arrived, I immediately felt like part of the family, as if we hadn't seen each other in a while. And it was so homey, and she made sure I had everything I needed. If you're traveling alone, especially as a woman, I highly recommend this place. And it is also close to the Old Town. Ms. Ten even let me borrow her bike on my last day. I'll definitely book this homestay again when I visit Hoi An!

There is not a need that won't be filled with Miss Ten, this was the best Homestay of my 6 week trip! It felt just like I was at home. It is one street off the main night market road, you can walk to anywhere. And the back streets are so pretty. The room is huge, bed is extremely comfortable and Miss Ten is the kindest most real person in Hoi An. This place is perfect for solo travelers, solo women will be well taken care of. Miss Ten's husband helped me with my motorcycle every day, and Miss Ten has all of the inside tips to make your stay be the best it possibly can! Stay here, it is perfect.

I didn't like that I could not stay longer

Staying with Miss Ten has been our favourite place we’ve stayed on our travels. She was so welcoming, the place was immaculate and we always got the best prices for any excursions or food through her. She was generous and fair, and treated us like we were family which is an experience you won’t get from any hotel or hostel nearby. The rooms were quiet at night so we slept amazingly, and you’re right by the night market and ancient town. If you need anything, Miss Ten will help you. I recommend her place to all travellers.

Miss Ten is the best host and hilarious. She always asks if she can help, give drinks/snacks, help with tours, laundry etc. We rented a bike through her for a good price. The room was as described and clean, had a fridge which was nice. Good location just a few minutes from the night market and surrounding bars. The hotel has more of a chill vibe so I wouldn’t come here if you’re a partier, especially as the family stay downstairs.

Miss Ten is the best host ever!! So kind and caring. She learnt our names and helped us with absolutely everything. We booked a cooking class and the coconut boat tour with her based off her recommendations and we couldn’t be happier. During our stay Miss Ten even gave us some bananas and chocolates to enjoy in our room. Although there isn’t a kettle in the room, Miss Ten has you covered. She filled up a flask of hot water for me to take to my room and gave me some mugs too so we could have tea. The rooms are super clean, lovely hot showers, comfortable beds and fresh towels everyday. Honestly one of the best home stays we’ve stayed in, couldn’t recommend enough. Such a wonderful family! Thank you so much, we will absolutely be back if we come to Hoi An again!

we stayed five days at Miss Ten's place. excellent position, very close to the main street and all the happenings. the night market, boat rides or shops are just a few minutes' walk away. the host was very kind, the first day she invited us to lunch, and the second day she prepared prawns for lunch at our request. a really fantastic and very pleasant woman. on the day of check-out, she made fresh juice and offered us a plate of fruit. the room is very clean and the towels are changed every day. the building also has a parking lot for bicycles or motorbikes. great recommendation for this host and its accommodation. certainly one of the best in Vietnam where we stayed.

The Host Miss Ten and her family were very kind and helpful. We first booked a room with no view but asked her to get one of the rooms with a balcony and it was no problem. She even gave us a big discount on the room. We would definetly recommend to get a room with a balcony. Especially in the evenings it is very nice to open the windows and sit there with a beer or something else. The homestay is very close to the night market but at the same time u have no noise from it. U can reach the old town in less than 5 minutes. The rooms were very clean. We had a great time at Miss Ten‘s.

Very nice and welcome lady owner. Friendly and helpful family. Clean room and bathroom. We were honored with family lunch that the lady had invited us to, and it was even much better that many other ones we tried elsewhere. Very quiet at night although the window could be bigger. Short walking distance to main streets with night market. Shoes need to be left outside and because of that fact this homestay is spot on clean.
