We can't recommend Volar de Faifo Villa enough ! This hotel truly exceeded our expectations .Our room was extremely cosy, and facilities were well maintained and clean. Location is perfect and very close to Old Town. The best part of everything is the fantastic staff . A special thanks to the lovely ladies Ms TRAM and Ms TRANG who were the warmest hosts. They catered to every need of ours and made us feel very welcome and comfortable . They helped us with renting an excellent bike , taxi to Da nang . They even personally guided us to a pharmacy as my wife fell ill . Truly exceptional service and we were treated like family :) . The owner/Chef had kindly provided us with fantastic options for our vegan breakfast too. We will definitely be back here and highly recommend this wonderful place :)

We stayed at Volar de Faifo Homestay for 6 wonderful nights and absolutely loved our time there. The entire staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming – nothing was ever too much trouble. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, offering great tour recommendations, arranging drivers for our group, and always greeting us with a smile. Mornings were a treat with their delicious omelettes for breakfast, made fresh and served with care. The location is perfect – just a couple of quiet streets back from the main crowds, which made for a peaceful stay, yet we were still within easy walking distance to all the charm and beauty of Hoi An’s Old Town. I would highly recommend Volar de Faifo to anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic stay with lovely people and a great location. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Hoi An!

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property.

This hotel is in the perfect location for the night market, river and ancient town. All within walking distance. The staff are so lovely and always willing to help you with trips or information on the area. We were lucky to book the pool room for a week. It was great having a morning swim or after a day out exploring. Breakfast was lovely. Room was a good size.

Had an Amazing experience and the hotel took very good care of us! I loved the hospitality! The girls at the front desk took good care of us from where to shop, eat and tour. i miss them already. I loved the buffet, its not grand! but it had everything we needed. They even had some options for you to choose from the kitchen and they were all yummy. The cook was also very kind! The room was a good size and they kept it very clean. There was always complimentary water bottles. I chose this place because of the quiet street it was on. it was only a block or two away from the night market and a good distance away from all the bars so the music wouldn't bother you. there is also a few convenience stores around the corner if you crave snacks. Will for sure be back again.

Our family of three stayed at the Volar de Faifo during our recent trip to Hoi An. This place was perfect for us. The most gorgeous little boutique hotel. The room was so beautiful, the beds and pillows comfortable and so close to everything you could need. The location was the winner for us, along with the staff who were so willing to help with anything. The breakfast had everything we needed and the chef cooked the most beautiful eggs every morning. I can’t recommend this hotel enough if you are looking for a quiet place, close to all the action in Hoi A with great service. We loved our stay here.

Facilities were beautiful,rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had in 2 weeks of being here. The pool was magnificent after and during a 38degree day as it had shade and the water was refreshing. The staff were lovely as usual. However, this property went to another level and provided maps, suggestions with addresses for different food and tailor, and any cautions needed for around town. The room had a fan and air-conditioning. And it was also very modernised. Would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about our stay. The staff was incredibly kind — they even reached out the day before our arrival to ask if we wanted an airport pick-up, which we happily accepted. When we arrived, they welcomed us with a refreshing drink and gave us a detailed explanation of the hotel services and the activities available in the city. The room was very spacious and brand new, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool where we enjoyed some relaxing evenings. The bathroom was also large, and the shower pressure was amazing. They provided us with towels for the face, shower, and even extra ones for the pool. The location was fantastic too — close to everything we needed. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again.

Our room was on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. It turned out not to be a great bargain for 2 reasons... air in the room felt damp due to pool proximity and plants adjacent, water feature was switched on way to early ( just after 6am and was super loud) , plus the bedroom is directly next to breakfast room and perhaps other guest dont notice that and can be loud when entering/ exiting the breakfast room . We mentioned the noise to reception and they arranged the water feature to be turned on later in the morning. This is just personal preference but I would have prefered room on higher floor.

Everything! The location was perfect, quiet road close enough to the action. Room was clean, massive and comfortable. The bed was perfect for us and the pillows were large and soft. The waterfall shower had good pressure and was nice and warm. There was a safe and a fridge to use and ample space to store our luggage. The staff were amazing, unfortunately didn’t get any names but the receptionist was so good with us, gave us a map and recommendations, which we did almost all of them and they did not disappoint. She also, on two occasions, organised breakfast for us to take as we were up before 6:30am. The breakfast chef was so good, running it all by himself and keeping on top of it all, absolutely incredible. Though we would like more omelette ingredients as it just came plain. We used the pool as well, even if it was a little chilly, and it was very private and enjoyable.

It would have been nice to have a balcony with a bit more of a view, but this is being very harsh.

Small and intimate, it was tucked away in a local neighbourhood very close to the night market. The reception staff were always attentive and provided excellent advice and support when required. The delightful cleaning staff ensured the property was always spotless with rooms cleaned and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was substantial and delicious with a very wide range of delicious offerings.

The pool area was a little cramped and awkward to access.
