We can't recommend Volar de Faifo Villa enough ! This hotel truly exceeded our expectations .Our room was extremely cosy, and facilities were well maintained and clean. Location is perfect and very close to Old Town. The best part of everything is the fantastic staff . A special thanks to the lovely ladies Ms TRAM and Ms TRANG who were the warmest hosts. They catered to every need of ours and made us feel very welcome and comfortable . They helped us with renting an excellent bike , taxi to Da nang . They even personally guided us to a pharmacy as my wife fell ill . Truly exceptional service and we were treated like family :) . The owner/Chef had kindly provided us with fantastic options for our vegan breakfast too. We will definitely be back here and highly recommend this wonderful place :)

This hotel is in the perfect location for the night market, river and ancient town. All within walking distance. The staff are so lovely and always willing to help you with trips or information on the area. We were lucky to book the pool room for a week. It was great having a morning swim or after a day out exploring. Breakfast was lovely. Room was a good size.

Had an Amazing experience and the hotel took very good care of us! I loved the hospitality! The girls at the front desk took good care of us from where to shop, eat and tour. i miss them already. I loved the buffet, its not grand! but it had everything we needed. They even had some options for you to choose from the kitchen and they were all yummy. The cook was also very kind! The room was a good size and they kept it very clean. There was always complimentary water bottles. I chose this place because of the quiet street it was on. it was only a block or two away from the night market and a good distance away from all the bars so the music wouldn't bother you. there is also a few convenience stores around the corner if you crave snacks. Will for sure be back again.

Our family of three stayed at the Volar de Faifo during our recent trip to Hoi An. This place was perfect for us. The most gorgeous little boutique hotel. The room was so beautiful, the beds and pillows comfortable and so close to everything you could need. The location was the winner for us, along with the staff who were so willing to help with anything. The breakfast had everything we needed and the chef cooked the most beautiful eggs every morning. I can’t recommend this hotel enough if you are looking for a quiet place, close to all the action in Hoi A with great service. We loved our stay here.

Facilities were beautiful,rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had in 2 weeks of being here. The pool was magnificent after and during a 38degree day as it had shade and the water was refreshing. The staff were lovely as usual. However, this property went to another level and provided maps, suggestions with addresses for different food and tailor, and any cautions needed for around town. The room had a fan and air-conditioning. And it was also very modernised. Would definitely stay again!

Everything! The location was perfect, quiet road close enough to the action. Room was clean, massive and comfortable. The bed was perfect for us and the pillows were large and soft. The waterfall shower had good pressure and was nice and warm. There was a safe and a fridge to use and ample space to store our luggage. The staff were amazing, unfortunately didn’t get any names but the receptionist was so good with us, gave us a map and recommendations, which we did almost all of them and they did not disappoint. She also, on two occasions, organised breakfast for us to take as we were up before 6:30am. The breakfast chef was so good, running it all by himself and keeping on top of it all, absolutely incredible. Though we would like more omelette ingredients as it just came plain. We used the pool as well, even if it was a little chilly, and it was very private and enjoyable.

It would have been nice to have a balcony with a bit more of a view, but this is being very harsh.

Two ladies at the reception were friendly, extremely helpful and very attentive, quickly organizing my car to and from Da Nang, a coconut boat tour and also helping me out when I had some serious trouble with one of the restaurant in town, which I really appreciated. Also the two cleaning ladies were very friendly too and they always greeted me with a lovely smile. It’s in a great location close to the night market, within walking distance of the old town, but in a quiet area. Everything was so clean, the breakfasts were good. The room was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful balcony. Great value for money too. I would definitely stay there again anytime. Highly recommended !! Thanks to great staff for making my stay so special.

Lovely room which was well decorated and clean. Loved having a balcony and hanging out after a long day out in Hoi An. The location was amazing. It’s a short walking distance to the market and the main spots. The staff were super friendly and they provided us with advice and tips. We rented two bicycles to explore the villages and rice fields. This was one of our highlights. The breakfast was very good and had all we needed. I particularly enjoyed the Cao Lau - actually liked it more than many of the dishes at the restaurants!

Building works going on next door. We had the top room with a balcony. Please note that this room has beautiful tall ceilings but the balcony has a low ceiling hanging over it. If you want a better balcony I’d recommend the one on the floor beneath it. It’s not obvious from the photos.

There is simply nothing that would make my rating less then 10. The staff speaks good English and will help you book anything. They also exchange money. They probably do anything you need during your stay and will definitely go extra mile if needed. The room was amazing, fast internet, always enough hot water, comfy beds and the best buffet breakfast we had in Vietnam. You will get 2 bottles of water and new towels every day. We always tend to try new things, but if we ever come back to Hoi An again, we will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is located outside the old town pedestrian area so it is quiet at night. If you are looking for a relaxing stay and restful nights; here is the right choice. It is less than 10mins walk to the old town and 5 mins walk to the night market. Interesting sights along the way so you won’t mind walking. Both ladies at the front office are friendly, explained the hotel’s facilities well and recommended us to a few local restaurants (delicious food and coffee). Before arrival, they texted me to arrange for airport transfer and the fee is VND300000. From Danang airport to hotel is about an hour journey (by car). I have requested them to decorate the room for my husband’s birthday. They did it well. There are several restaurants, massage shops, tailors, and mini markets (marts) nearby the hotel, making it convenient to get food, snacks, drinks or massage. FYI, the hotel charges extra 3% bank fee for payments using any credit/ debit cards. There are some restaurants or shops that do the same but some restaurants/ shops do not. While the rate is consistently 3%, this practice is not consistent, so ask first. I was not charged extra at a massage shop. Two restaurants do not charge extra for using debit cards. It depends on the shop. Bring more cash if you want to avoid the 3% fee. It’s easy to travel around Hoi An using Grab and getting to An Bang beach. FYI, Grab imposes a foreign payment fee of 4% for every transaction, which is unreasonable.
