Phuong was such a friendly host. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was super clean and spacious, and the bathroom was very nice. Its close to everything you need + Phuong can book any tours/busses/taxis that you need. She was very flexible letting us stay longer and even refreshed our room inbetween. This place is great value for money, please support this lovely business 🙏

Family is super friendly and helpful! They stayed up very late for our arrival due to transfer troubles! We have felt right at home here! We are very pleased with our room, it has a spacious and clean bathroom, big comfortable bed and a TV with Netflix! The rooms are cleaned every two days and fresh sheets and towels are supplied! We have loved our stay, we even extended it!

It was lovely to stay here. The location is perfect, very close to the center and to the night market. The honer is so nice, always ready to help us to book things at very last minute. We normally do not prefer tourist tours as we like to explore on our own, BUT we tried the cooking tour they proposed us and it was really great - we ate so much and learned a lot.. super reccomanded! The room was nice and with hot water but, probably because of the wet season, it was a bit humid - apart from that everything was excellent. Thanks again

It is owned by a sweet family, their dauther can speak english and help you with booking a tour, bus to another city or anything you need. You can also exchange money on the property, get your laundry done (cheaply) and they made me a lovely breakfast for free one time. I liked the place a lot, its in the middle of the old city center of Hoi an. I could leave my baggage before my check in. They accommodated me really well. And the A/C works well so don't worry about hot room.

The accommodation is a tiny little old, but do not worry, it is clean and comfortable.

Such a great place to stay, close to everything but in a super quiet chilled road. The Cuong family are amazing, super welcoming and friendly. You can organise trips, rent scooter, she will sort out your pickup from airport or train station, all for a great price, and communication is not an issue as she speaks perfect English! 100% recommended

Ms Phuong and her mom were an excellent host, they made us feel very welcome in their home. She help me book the Tour to My Son, Marble Moutain and the Cooking Class , it was great trip. And the room was very clean, Cuong Thinh homestay is in an ideal location close to town, i would recommend to anyone visting Hoi An.

Location is perfect. 5 mins away from the market and old town. The area is very quiet and safe. The best thing about this place is that it's a family run place, and they care that you have a good time. They found out I was vegetarian and the mother invited me to have a vegetarian breakfast, which is my favourite meal so far in Vietnam. The tours I did were all booked via this homestay and were all very good.

Such a nice and relaxing place. Stayed a week and loved it. Close walking distance to Old Town and many Restaurants and Cafés. The family is so friendly and helpful with everything. Rented also a Scooter here which served me well. Highly recommended.

Such a friendly, helpful staff family, and very convenient location to walk to old town stores and restaurants, street food aplenty and for visiting my good friends in old town. Great grab service when my legs were too sore for walking.

Everything was very good. The family was always smiling and everything we asked for was done straight away (getting bus tickets and printing Cambodian E visas). The room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfy, the wardrobe didn’t smell of mold which is almost always a problem and hot water was really hot and steady without changes to the temperature. We even enjoyed sitting on our homemade balcony. Location was great, only a short walk to the Night Market and the Old Town. It was very good value of money.
