Great location - surprisingly quiet though a few minutes walk from the busy (touristy) night market. A pretty green square next to the building gives it a nice feel. Staff were super friendly and accommodating- arranged our taxi transfer from Da Nang in advance of arrival which made things straightforward. He had worked for the hotel company for 40 years!

Property is fairly basic in terms of amenities but they arrange for you to have breakfast in another hotel across the road. There is a cluster of hotels all owned by the same company in the area - of different levels of amenity/luxury.

Clean, excellent location and friendly staff. Rooms were lovely. Only complaint was they ran out of hot water in the morning so we had cold showers. Not great when it was rainy and cold already and was looking forward to a warm shower! Breakfast was amazing.

i really love this hotel 🥰🥰 if i can give 10 star then i will. the room is very clean, also the bathroom, the balcony even the hotel area. The location is very quite and feels like home. near to crowd area and night market. and the most important, the reason why we loved staying in this hotel because of TRAM. She’s so helpful, we can ask her about local food, arrange everything. will definitely be back to Lacasa someday

The morning breakfast omelette and sunny side up is the highlight of the start of the day. Close to the old town but quiet at night time, which is good for sleep. Friendly and helpful staff.

Dogs wandering around during breakfast might be inconvenient to others.

On this trip we stayed some expensive hotels, but the Lacassa Oldtown Villa was so much more cosy and homely and it was our favorite place to stay on this trip. We didn't feel like we were in a city, but only 2 minutes walk to the crazy busy night markets and old town.

There was nothing specific I didn't like. The simplicity and homely feel was a strength rather than a weakness...

An absolutely class stay, the staff were lovely and attentive, the rooms were clean, and comfy, and the location was excellent in a quiet, beautiful area just slightly out of the way from the centre. The breakfast was lovely and fresh, and they provided a range of services - including taxis to and from the airport, access to local tailors and tours, and even bike and motorbike rentals. Would happily stay there again.

Netflix wouldn’t work on the TV - who cares! There was too much to do to stay in.

Clean modern room with comfortable bed. Breakfast had good selection of options with made to order eggs. Location is excellent, just steps from night market but down a quiet street. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit cramped. 4th floor balcony has obstructed view but that was made clear before booking. No elevator.

Lacasa Old Town Villa is very nicely located. Close to walk everywhere but away from all the noise. Everything was more or less new or newly renovated, the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were comfortable and had a lot of light. But the highlight definitely was the staff very friendly, warm and helpful. I can only recommend.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, thank you for making our stay so wonderful! The location is absolutely amazing, right next to the daily night market - yet perfectly quiet and relaxing - and just a short hop from the city centre. We really enjoyed our daily walk into town and breakfast. We'll be back!

Excellent location, right next to the river, old town and night market, but also on a peaceful street so it's not too loud at night. The rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need. Good breakfast with a range of options, the banh mi is great. Most of all, staff are friendly and very helpful - they helped us to arrange transfers both ways and a great tour to BaNa Hills. Would stay here again next time we visit.

The bathroom door didn't close fully and the bathroom wasn't very well ventilated. But only minor issue and didn't spoil our stay in any way.
