My family and I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Arranging airport pick and drop was seamless. The check-in process was efficient, and we had helpful information condensed into a received information sheet. Smiling faces everywhere. It had a big, spacious triple room with a balcony overlooking the night market in front of the hotel—good sized bathroom. The buzz from the night market dies down by 10 pm and does not interfere with sleep quality. The aircon was working great. Helped us book a small group tour for my son (best tour experience for our whole SE Asia trip). Breakfast was included in our booking, and while 90% of the spread was the same, they changed a few items daily. The breakfast menu had toast, croissants, pain au chocolate, eggs to order, congee, fried rice, dim sum/cacao, pho, and spring rolls. The hotel asked about dietary restrictions upon check-in and the chef was attentive about it.

This hotel is right in the heart of the old town, so it is really convenient for visiting he city. They also have bikes available for free which was great and the staff are really lovely and so helpful. Our bedroom was really spacious and beautifully decorated.

For us personally, being on the night market was a bit hectic so you have to enjoy the hustle and bustle. The sound insulation from bedroom to bedroom isn’t great.

The room was so cozy (just right size) and comfortable. The staff was amazing. They: 1. Recommended vegetarian restaurants 2. Gave me directions to whereever I needed to go 3. Fixed my toilet immediately 4. Had a helpful security guard 5. Arraigned a car for me to take me to my next hotel (50 minutes away) when my Grab app wasn't working. The cost for the trip was less than I had previously seen available on Grab. 6. Allowed me to stay in my room an hour past check out since I was sick. 7. Were very friendly and attentive to the needs of all guests. 8. Had a laundry service that was quick and did a great job with special instructions. 9. Have a great location

I would especially like to commend all the friendly, always helpful hotel staff. The smiling gentleman managing the kitchen and dining room and the attractive breakfast he and the kitchen crew supplied were a happy beginning to every day.

The setup in the bathroom (Rm. 202) with a retractable shower "blind" to keep the bathroom dry was awkward, ineffective and not especially clean. I don't know how the hotel could correct this short of redesigning the shower, so we did not complain while there. I put this under the heading of basic design flaw. Not all bathrooms have this issue.

Centrally located, in the middle of the night market and within walking distance to everything in the old town. For everything else you can borrow bicycles. Nicely decorated, spacious rooms with a modern bath and a great shower. Good breakfast selection both with asian and western choices.

Not much. The night market can be a bit noisy but it stops around 10pm. Expect some noise until around 11, though. It didn’t bother us but you should be aware. The bikes are worn and cannot be adjusted to people taller than about 175cm. There are free of charge, though, so no complaints.

First of all, the communications leading up to our stay were first rate! Ms My was an absolute treasure and organized a car at DaNang for us plus gave recommendations for the perfect birthday/anniversary dining treat while we were there and offered to make the reservations for us. She gave us a lovely welcome on arrival with cool drinks which was much appreciated and the room was decorated so beautifully with petals on the bed for our anniversary. The property itself has a fantastic location, we LOVED it! Right in the midst of the night market and all the action and close to the river. That said, it was quiet at night and we weren’t bothered with noise as some other hotel reviews have mentioned. The room itself was very pretty, spacious bathroom and had a nice balcony overlooking the street which we enjoyed as a great spot for a nightcap. The pool is very clean and though we didn’t use it, we wished we had! The breakfast in dining room was very nice - the chef was super, friendly and made an effort to feed his guests with both Western and Vietnamese options. My husband got to know the night security guard and despite the language barrier, they hit it off (Xin chao Second Buddha!) We borrowed their bikes one day and peddled our way to An Bang Beach, stopping en route for lunch at Baby Mustard (excellent btw) and that was another nice benefit for choosing Hoianan Boutique. In short, we loved it there - everyone is so kind, so friendly and their only goal is that you have a wonderful visit. If I could just move in, I would! <3

There was NOTHING we didn’t love. It was all terrific.

This hotel stay was the highlight of my 2-week trip to Vietnam. Amenities, decor, and staff were all top notch. I originally booked two nights and ended up extending the stay by two more nights because I loved it so much. The hotel is elegant and cozy, and within a 5 min walk to the main area of Hoi An. The street in front of the hotel turns into a market every evening. The market wraps up promptly around 10PM so it wasn't noisy at night. The hotel had a lot of recommendations for the area including a really good list of restaurant recommendations. I also rented a scooter through the hotel and it was ready in 15 minutes. Hotel management and staff went out of their way to make the guests feel welcome. Even the night guard wished me a safe onward journey by way of Google Translate when I was checking out. Also, a special thank you to Ms Ahn at reception for her incredible attention to detail and to the needs of hotel guests.

I stayed in three different rooms because the hotel was almost fully booked and I made changes on a short notice. The rooms all had identical decor but exact experience varied. The cheaper rooms face into the atrium and the room on the lower floor smelled moldy. The more expensive room facing the street was absolutely beautiful though.

We appreciated the extreme kindness and the efforts made by the staff to help us during our days in hoi an. They helped us with our laundry, they booked taxis for us included a private driver to my son and marble mountains, they booked and arranged trasportation to cham island. The room was clean and well fournished with soft beds. The location is perfect to walk trough the city. In addition we liked that they allowed us to access the hotel although the reception was closrd and the guardian didn't speak english. They left us a note with all the info. The guardian is a lovely man very kind and cheerful!!!

This hotel could improve breakfast for example providing milk enough to drink a whole cup. Furthermore, they should check up the bikes since I chose a broken one and risked to fall. However, all in all I didn't disliked anything.

Fantastic location! Night markets from 4.15pm to 10pm every night where we grabbed food with the kids and shopping.Minutes walk to Old Town. ATMs within minutes walk. Exchange rate at hotel was excellent if you wanted to exchange. Grab services run like well oiled machines there. Breakfast was decent for the price. They provide laundry for 40,000 dong per kilo. Staff very friendly and provided you with a rundown of attractions when you first arrive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would visit again 🙏🏽

Minor details...shower needs good spray of disinfectant to clean grout.

We had a truly remarkable stay at Hoianan Boutique Hotel in Hoi An. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities, including water bottles provided daily. The breakfast spread was excellent — delicious, varied, and satisfying. We especially loved the swimming pool, which was very clean and refreshingly cool. The location is outstanding —right next to the evening walking market and just a short walk from the Japanese Bridge and other key attractions in the Old Town. Our balcony overlooked the charming streets, adding to the experience. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and the AC worked well, making our stay even more comfortable. The reception staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Considering the affordable price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We genuinely have no complaints or suggestions —just a smooth, enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
