I was welcomed by Mrs Thuy with a smile and a glass of passion fruit juice (my favourite). The place was clean and smelled amazing and my room was big with a comfortable bed. The location was spot on, just behind the river and a few meters from all the restaurants, shops and walking spots. I enjoyed the breakfast which included a big plate of fruits and the coffee with normal milk was delicious. I was able to take one of the free bikes and ride all the way to where you can have the Coconut Boat ride which was fun and such an easy place to get to (with the help of Google maps of course). Mrs Thuy also helped me book accommodation to Da Lat and I thank her greatly for it!

I think that the property might a bit pricy for a homestay but to be honest I had a great stay there and I got a lot more than other 3-4 star hotels offer.

The location of this homestay is perfect: 200 m from the river! The bedroom was on the 3 rd floor, spacious and super comfortable and clean. It felt more like a little hotel and Mme Thui made everything to help us organise trips or station pick up. Friendly atmosphere, very good breakfast options, I recommend this place - there's plenty of homestays around but this one is exceptional, book ahead.

The riverside bars and cafés opposite the heritage old town of Hoi An go beyond the acceptable noise levels at night: this is a matter for the local residents and politicians to address urgently.Where ever you stay in this wonderful historical town.

The location of the guesthouse is truly beautiful and excellent. It's just a one-minute walk to the old street. The staff are friendly and always smiling. They take care of transportation and tickets, so there's absolutely no problem, and you can even get great ticket prices. Although breakfast is not a buffet, the food is delicious. The rooms and building are a bit old, but cleanliness is well maintained. It's quite clean. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied.

This homestay is in ideal position in Hoi An. Practically everything is from walking distance. If not, p.ex. rice fields, the owner gives for you bikes, free. Ms. Thuy the owner is extermely kind. The room is a little bit small but enough for a short stay, nice and well equiped bathroom. The decoration is wonderful. You can choose the breakfast (asian or omlett or ...) but fruits are delicious. The owner was so kind to arrange a shuttle from the airport Da Nang, a morning trip to My Son, and a transfer to Da Nang with a stopover at Marble Mountain and all of it in a very good price. I lively recommend this accommodation.

Small thing but it was not shower gel in the room.

The location is great really closed to old town and the owner is supportive and friendly. She provided yummy breakfast and fresh fruit juice, also helping contact the airport transportation , sight seeing tour as we requested. Furthermore, she bought our luggages up stairs.

If you stay in the front room, there will be some noise from nearby pub. It’s ok for person who are not sensitive to the noise. Also the bathroom drain can be slow sometimes.

This place is amazing value for money. My room was large with everything I needed. The shower was powerful and always had hot water. The room was very clean, and I was provided with fresh, clean, fluffy towels every day. The location couldn't be better, just a short stroll to access the old town and bars, restaurants, etc. Breakfast here was great also. The homestay family were such lovely, friendly people.

Homestay was very helpful. They arranged pickup from the airport. They organized nice tours and recommened good quality shops. Breakfast was good and always before we were picked up for our tours, even when we left early. Laundry service on demand. Location very near the river and old town. The shower was warm and the room very clean. We recommend this homestay.

Mrs. Thuy and her family are one of the most hospitable hosts you will ever meet. I decided to use their taxi services to and from Da Nang International Airport because their price (300,000 VND) is lower than what you would find on Grab and some drivers will not accept the ride to Hoi An given the 45-60 min drive. It was also nice to have peace of mind and a spacious car to fit 4 guests. Every morning, I had a breakfast of fresh fruit, strong Vietnamese coffee (or juice), and an entree from a list of 6 items made by Mrs. Thuy herself. The building is a spacious, inviting, and meticulously clean. My room had a comfortable large bed, stone tiled bathroom, a strong AC unit, plenty of storage space, and three large windows with plenty of sunlight. The main bridge over the Thu Bon River into Old Town as well as the daily night market was just literally a minute walk away. Though you are in such close proximity to the life of the town, the homestay is on a quiet private street and provides a peaceful environment needed to recharge for the next day's activities.

It is called homestay for a reason: you don't feel in a hotel or in a B&B , you feel like a guest of very old friends. Fantastic location, excellent service (thank you Ms. Thuy). They can accommodate every wish in very short time, so you can be flexible. Spacious room with a lot of light and enough amenities. Super clean. We would stay here again next time!
