Very centrally located in the Ancient Town, walking everywhere! The family room was well appointed, with a mezzanine floor for the extra beds and 2 bathrooms which was handy A good variety at breakfast Staff were amazing and very helpful Can loan bikes to get around if not walking

Even though free bikes were appreciated, most of them were in desperate need of repair The breakfast room was quite small, so we arrived one morning and there were no tables left Main bathroom was not very private

I stayed in the deluxe pool view room. The room was very nice. Staff were wonderful especially housekeeping who came around the same time every morning. The location for what I wanted was great.

Only two things prevent me from giving a 10/10 rating. 1/ The placement of the shower. It seemed like they forgot it and needed to put it somewhere. A huge bathroom with a spa bath but the shower is in the toilet cubicle. So, when you take a shower the whole toilet floor is covered with water. 2/ On the day of check out my plane was delayed. I requested a late check out. Only 1.5 hours. Instead of 12 noon I requested 1:30pm. This was agreed but at a charge of 20% of a nights room rate. I woukd have thought that after a 5 night stay 1.5 hours could have been complimentary.

Super quiet room next to pool in middle of building on ground floor - dont know about front or back of hotel, may not be as good. Hot water is good once you work out how to control it with the square knob on the right. Large room with seating area Views over pool were really pretty. Pool not in use so could open windows for fresh air Location could not be better, literally surrounded by restaurants, bars, next to the night market, but quiet inside.

Lights from the hallway outside the room come through curtains. Need blinds Pillows are hard as rocks. Asked but that's all they have. Door to shower did not close. Door to toilet is frosted but not perfectly private

We stayed here for one night in August and booked 4 rooms for our party of 13. We had a great stay and were extremely happy with our rooms, thus the 5 star rating. That said, understand that the hotel itself is not a 5-star establishment. The hotel is extremely well located (a few minutes by foot to the night market and very close to the bridge to the old town), it was perfect for what we wanted. The hotel and rooms are a beautiful mix of charm and modern amenities. The rooms felt like they were authentic to Hoi An's history, with beautiful, old, dark wood and heavy, detailed door handles. The rooms are not pristine (in terms of craftmanship), but they are very clean, comfortable, and offer the creaturely comforts of hot water, modern facilities, good A/C, space, and comfortable bedding. The sitting room furniture is not quite as comfortable though. The service was impeccable, warm, and helpful. Breakfast was really good and offered a bountiful, tasty spread of Vietnamese and international cuisine. The welcome drink was delicious and appreciated by all (it was hot when we visited!). The hotel was also very helpful in terms of helping with transportation. My husband and kids also really enjoyed cooling off in the courtyard pool. Overall, though the hotel is a bit pricier than other options, we felt it was worth it for the comfort, charm, and location. Thank you for a great stay, we look forward to returning in the future and for a longer stay!!

This hotel is in a perfect location: right in the middle of the central riverside old town area. Exactly what we wanted: a quaint, yet comfortable and clean hotel. We were impressed with the appearance and the clean and spacious room; there was ample cupboard space, desks, and power outlets. We absolutely loved the pool. We had a shower as well as a bath. The room had a fridge, kettle (some complimentary tea and coffee as well as bottled water), hairdryer and a safe.

The breakfast was not the best that we have had in Vietnamese hotels, but there was an adequate selection and ample food.

the location is excellent as it is in the centre of everything with the night markets all but on your doorstep having the ability to wander into the old town just a 200 meter walk gave us the opportunity to retreat to our hotel for a break from exploring then go back in the evening for dinner and more exploring at our leisure. .. booking here is all about location

the location does make it a little noisy depending on where your room is location, our room was on the street which wasn't to bad but others in our group closer to the riverside had to contend with the noise of the nearby bars. the hotel itself is a little tired and has seen better days but at this price and the location i would still book it again. the breakfast was good, not amazing.

Peaceful location amongst bars and restaurants, superb staff, helpful and genuine, pool, secure, great breakfast choices, spacious bathrooms, comfortable welcoming lobby, bottled water daily, goldfish.

Only minor quibble was the 3 bedroom is not actually seperate rooms, rather it’s open space and one bed is in the loft up steep stairs which may not suit some (but does have its own large bathroom).

We only booked a room for one night but could easily have stayed for longer. The young male receptionist went out of his way to help us and found us a better room than we had originally booked at no extra cost (the first room did not have any views as advertised). It is a beautiful, Chinese style hotel situated right on the main thoroughfare in the old town, great for walking, boat rides, bars and restaurants. The Japanese bridge is only about 200m away. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would book it again if we ever revisit Hoi An.

Right in the heart of the action in Hoi An. Outside the hotel at night the place is heaving. But the rooms are at the back of the hotel and surprisingly quite at night. Good breakfast and big rooms.

We arrived late at night (as expected). There appeared to be no one on reception. We discovered a guy asleep on one of the sofas. When we managed to wake him up we discovered he had a security guard uniform on (fortunately there doesn't appear to be a crime problem in Hoi An). He didn't speak English but produced a key card for our room..... Which didn't work. We then had to wait for someone to come and reprogram the key. Other than that we had a good stay and would stay there again. The 'security guard' also serves breakfast and is a lovely guy.

A charming, endearing hotel with lovely staff in a super-convenient location just over the bridge from the old town. The property is very traditional, an older building in a very Vietnamese style. Stay there if you want to experience Vietnamese culture, right down to the ca phe phin drip coffee and pho at breakfast (which is generous and lovely!). The rooms are simply appointed with modifications that tick the boxes on mod cons e.g. shower (functional, but not western-style accommodation). Cleaning staff does a fantastic job and they replenish water & towels generously. Front-desk team is helpful, resourceful and always friendly. Pool is lovely if small. Could not ask for more!

Hoi An itself has changed post-covid. Far too many tourists, streets overcrowded, a crazy volume of vendors and competing bars. Some very noisy bars adjoining this property though thankfully the insulation seems great. Ask for a room at the back. Note: a 3-bedroom apartment is really a large open-plan unit. Great for a family but you will not have individual privacy.
