Amazing location - right in the thick of the action - friendly staff, great deal on massages at the front desk with the parlour next door.

The one downside was early construction work across the street started at 7am on the first morning, which wasn't pleasant to wake up to.

Serenity villa is a beautiful hotel in a quiet street among many lanterns . The room is spacious with a great bathroom ensuite . A swimming pool greats you on entry to this hotel , free bicycles for residents , close to local markets and the river where nightlife begins . It's serenely quiet during the night and morning time . Breakfast is great with lots of choices of hot and cold food . This hotel is great value for all the amenities it has to offer . Mr thinh the owner manager is very courteous and helpful in all your queries and booking for onward travel . I will stay here again on next visit .

Great location! Very close to the city center but like two or three streets away from the busy main road so it is pretty quiet. Few little shops nearby, a lot of massage places and restaurants nearby. We had a room on the last floor with a terrace which was nice. We appreciated option to rent a bike for free to explore the city. The equipment was a bit outdated but everything was clean and sufficient.

The staff left the terrace door open twice after cleaning the room which we were not happy about but they chaged that when asked. AC was quite cold regardless of the set temperature.

Great location, but still slightly removed from main area to ensure a more calm sleeping experience. Lovely room with a city view balcony. We stayed in a triple as a couple which was nice and spacious for us. Hotel staff were kind and friendly, laundry service was great and reasonably priced in our opinion and they loaned us an umbrella for the duration of our stay. For the price, this is a good hotel. Price is reflective of the quality of the rooms, basic but still comfortable, with some things that could be improved but which did not bother us.

The water in the shower didn’t stay hot very long or very consistently.

Mr thinh was waiting for us on arrival, we checked in seamlessly. Location was great we were in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Rooms were comfy and clean shower was lovely and had a filter on it. Could not fault the place honestly. It was great value for money. You can use bicycles for free and rent scooters but we didnt do either of these things. You can also book tours through the botel as well. Near the night market but you can’t hear the noise from the room.

The pool, room, friendly staff, and the location could not be better in Hoi An. Even the well stocked fridge is reasonably priced, so there is no need to hunt down water or have a drink by the pool. The rooms felt really secure and in a very safe area. 10 doors away is a luxury resort, so you can understand the location is great. Staff were really kind and well-spoken English, which makes anything you ask for easier and a better experience. The pool area was my favourite and great after a day in the sun. I'm coming back in 2 weeks because my main base, Da Nang, is close, and Hoi An is fab, so I will see if this is available before i book anywhere else first. Highly recommend.

Nothing at all overall a fab place. Highly recommend. 10/10 If I am being picky which I am not Recommendation. Bit slippy when coming out from the pool area with flip flops. Solution could be made really easy.

It was clean comfortable and convenient. Internet worked well. Plus it had a small balcony I used for some virtual meetings while my spouse needed the main room.

There was no light outside our door in a dark hallway making it difficult to get the key in the lock. There was an occasional slight smell of urine/sewage in the bathroom like p-trap piping or venting was not done right. This is not the only hotel that had this in Vietnam so perhaps there is a lack of proper plumbing inspections in the Da Nang/Hue area. It doesn’t get into the room and dissipates quickly so it’s not too bad.

Location was excellent - an easy walk everywhere but still very quiet. The staff were friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the use of the free bikes during our time here (however they could be better maintained). Washing of clothes was cheap (40000 VND/kg), quick and all items clean and folded when returned.

As others have commented the pool is exposed, and there is also no area to sit/lounge near the pool making it less inviting. The bed was firmer than others we’ve had in Vietnam, but adequate. There was shampoo supplied but no conditioner in the bathroom.

Location is amazing! Right next to the night market! And away from the noise so easy to go to sleep! Bedroom was comfortable! The fridge was much needed to keep cold water as it is VERY warm! Also they provide laundry service at a decent price and ready in 24 hours

Breakfast is not included! However they do offer for an extra charge a continental breakfast! Which is quite useful when you have early morning tour! BUT the only thing I would say as a recommendation is to be able to add cheese and avocado to make it a bit more complete! :)

Fantastic location, excellent wifi (we did a few work calls which worked great), we used the free bikes to cycle to the beach, it is very close to river and main streets but also manages to be quiet enough to feel peaceful on the lovely balcony. Staff were great, definitely recommend!

The pool isn't particularly appealing..but it did rain which probably didn't help!
