The room was clean and had everything you would need. I stayed 2 nights. I booked a room with a balcony and was assigned one on the 2nd floor. It overlooked an empty lot and wall. There was a hairdryer which was lovely and full amenities. No kettle thought but that's listed. The bed was comfortable and the added seating a good spot to be. It's near the night market and lots of touristy restaurants.

Bear in mind this is a homestay and not a hotel. I could hear children making noise in the downstairs area. The reception was warm enough but not like the other hotels I've stayed in Vietnam. I got water the 1st day only and no one entered to remove the trash after day one. The fridge sounded like a jet plane and you could hear singing from a nearby club till 10pm at night so bring earplugs. You have to remove you shoes to enter the property but Slippers are provided by the door. Because being near the night market and small streets if you are arriving late you can't be dropped at the accommodation. I arrived on 26 seater bus from Hue at 3pm and had to be dropped off on a street 5 minutes walking away.

The location is great. It's close to the night market and near the bridge that goes across to the central market but nonetheless is quiet. The room is basic, clean and comfortable and the hosts were always very obliging. The complimentary bike that I was given to ride to Cam Kim Island was really well maintained as well (given that a lot of bikes tend to be in poor condition)

I really can't think of anything. I visited in July, which is probably the worse month to visit Vietnam in terms of the heat. I'm intending to return in the cooler months to take full advantage of Cam Kim Island.

Lovely homestay right in the centre of everything. Amazing food places nearby - (Hi restaurant was 10/10, recommend) close to night market and walking streets old town, made our holiday a dream. Bathroom facilities were great. Comfy bed. Lovely family very welcoming and kind. Next door to a shop for water. Homestay gave us water on arrival and ensured we were content througout

Was a little noisy at night with the night market and dogs barking. We were asked if we want our room cleaned and we accepted, on return bed had been made but not changed and no other cleaning done and amenities/ water not replenished. Sand still in bathroom from beach. Not a huge issue for us but would have been nice to come back to fully clean room.

Lovely and helpful owner! Great location to base in Hoi An. 2minute walk across the bridge to Ancient town. Free bike rental which you should definitely do to get around to further explore. Very clean and comfortable. Close by to all cafés and places to eat and drink. We’d stay again.

Not a dislike but maybe a kettle (water boiler) in the room might be nice so guests can start the day with a tea/coffee :) but so close to cafés it really wasn’t a problem for us

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. The owner is so welcoming and polite and tells you everything you need to know about how to get around, even gave us a map on arrival. He also arranged a taxi for us back to Da Nang which was so convenient. We loved the location, it’s within walking distance to everything. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Book this place you won’t regret it!

Excellent stay ! We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The owner was very very kind and give us some information on hoi an city. We forgot a bag at a motorbike rental when we arrive in hoi an and he got it for us ! Thank you very much again. The room was clean, beds comfortable and there was hot water. At night, it was quiet even if close to the city center. I can only recommend this place which is very well located !

Owner and extended family were extremely helpful and kind. Went above and beyond for us. Free bike rental, recommended tailors, spent time to go through map to show us local restaurants, markets, how to get to the beach etc, etc

Perfect Homestay, Thi, was a fantastic help, arranged drivers, from Da Nang and onward to Hue. The little convenience store next door was fun and the food at the end of the street was over the top in quality. The location was great very close to everything but just far enough away as to be quiet at night.
