We loved our stay at Chillax Old Town Villa. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything. The girls at the reception desk are so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to look after us. The room we stayed in with a balcony, was lovely. The bed was comfy and it was very clean. We would definitely stay there again. The brekkie was delicious as well.

Excellent staff, who were keen to share tips and be helpful, eg offering an umbrella when it looked like it might rain. Housekeeping staff were accommodating when we tracked sand into our room and requested they re-clean the floor after they had already finished for the day. Excellent location - 5min walk to the action yet on a quiet street. Room is reasonably well appointed. Good value. Only a few months old and staff are keen to keep improving the place.

Would have been nice to have variety in the breakfast offerings on different days. Cups for hot coffee/tea in the rooms would be good (provided glasses). Tip: if sensitive to noise, avoid the rooms next to the lift to avoid the foot traffic.

The hotel gave a tropical vibe, there is a small pool and looked pretty. There is a lift and our room was spacious. Toilet and bath so spacious as well. We love the smart TV. The location is only 5 minutes walk to the Ancient Town. The front counter staff so helpful and kind. We booked drivers with hotels and all were nice and reasonably priced, we were so happy.

Gorgeous, vibrant little villa. Very quiet as there are only limited rooms, which also meant there was no busy rush at breakfast time aswell. The staff were among the most friendly and helpful group of people I have come across at a hotel stay and were always willing to help. The location was perfect, located in a quiet back street with limited traffic, however only a very short walk to the main Old Town area for eating/drinking and shopping. Breakfast was lovely - omelette made to order was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

The property had lovely feel from the moment we walked in. It was open planned on the ground floor with the reception, dining area, food area and pool all in view. There was a lift to go to higher floors. The breakfasts were exceptionally good.Although only a few streets back from busyness at the waterfront it was situated in a quiet street with family homes nearby. It was a joy to return after dealing with the crowds in the Old Town.

Our room was a clean and well equipped but small for 3 adults.

I thought the breakfast area had lovely decor and the food choices excellent. The room was very comfortable and it allowed me to work while sitting on the bed or on the lovely balcony setting. A friendly place. Location was excellent and the smaller size was perfect.

Probably better suited to a short stay. The constantly leaking roof near the pool was a concern. I would not book tours or cars through them as the price and value is better sourced elsewhere.

Chillax is a great place with a wonderful staff. The lady on the front desk was really nice and advised us about places where to go and what to eat. The property is in a perfect condition, clean and comfy. Breakfasts were also good included in the price of stay. The room cleaning and towels change was every day. The location is also very convenient close to everything.

Maybe the only tiny downside is the soundproofing, was not really good. But didn’t bother us at all.

Main positive for us was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff at this hotel. Location was ideal and very short walk to all the amenities of Hoi An old town. Room was comfy with lots of space and a lovely indoor pool.

Construction work nearby in morning did mean it was quite loud, one morning in particular. Breakfast options were ok but could have been more variety.

The villa is very nicely decorated and on a good street close to downtown but still kind of calm

The fact that there is NO option to have a rest- the staff shouting at 6 in the morning drilling at 15:00 and just being super loud all the time- the walls are paper thin and you can here when your neighbour turns on the light…. Its a creppy experience.

Strategic location walking distance to night market and shops. Very attentive staffs and friendly they are very keen to maintain the villa. They willing to help with anything can just ask them and the service was fast. Breakfast was quite basic but its alright.

The pillow was abit too soft for us. No water dispenser to refill water so we have to buy from outside. The fridge in the room was quite noisy.
