Very clean, modern, and spacious homestay with equally spotless rooms. We were warmly welcomed by their lovely family, always greeting us with a smile. Although we didn’t get to spend much time with them due to our busy schedule, they were always kind and attentive whenever we saw them. Their daughter (we believe) was especially helpful and sweet. They even let us borrow their bikes for free, which was perfect for getting to the Memories Show—it would’ve been about a 30-minute walk otherwise. We highly recommend biking there, as the ride is scenic and peaceful. They also provided laundry service at a very reasonable price. Our clothes came back smelling fresh and were neatly folded and packed. The location is also perfect! It’s just a 2-minute walk from the night market, but far enough that you don’t hear any of the noise. It’s located in a very quiet area, which we really appreciated after long days out. The Old Town is just a 4-minute stroll away—close enough for convenience, but just far enough to escape the crowds and noise when you return home. All in all, a peaceful and welcoming place with great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Liu and her family were very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfy, spacious and very clean, with a lovely little balcony with a view over the rooftops of Hoi An. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. Liu was very responsive on WhatsApp to any messages I had asking about available tours etc. She very generously went out late in the evening before I was due to check out to get the card machine so I could pay by card, and insisted it wasn’t a bother. The breakfast and coffee were great. Would stay again.

The wonderful owners look after you as if you were a member of their family, without being intrusive as can sometimes happen in larger, less homely hotels. Our room was simple, yet large and very comfortable. The location is literally a two minute walk from the Old Town, yet you don't feel or hear the tourist madness two blocks away. Instead, from the lovely balcony we could observe the everyday lives of ordinary Vietnamese people. And on top of all this, at an incredibly affordable price!

Even with my nitpicking, it's hard for me to find any flaws.

A clean and pleasant place. Lovely and very comfortable room. Room 301 has a balcony which is perfect for me. No noise at all from the streets and a perfect and good sleep each night. The breakfast provided was good enough and cooked when ordered. There was nothing the host would do for you if you needed anything . Coffee and tea , water was provided daily . No room cleaning for the 4 days I was there but it didn’t bother. Walking distance 3 mins to the night market and plenty of restaurants. Early morning if you wanted to do local food on the streets it’s just a 1 min walk where you will find local vendors selling pho and congee. And if you take a walk to the local market there is plenty to see and eat . Very safe and mostly a beautiful place to visit.

Nice family hosted homestay. We had two rooms beside each other for a family of 5. Rooms are clean and seem quite new. The hosts are very friendly, and the lady speaks OK English. They will help you organise tours if you want, our bike riding tour around the areas outside of Hoi An was organised by them at the last minute and was great. Location is only a minute or 2 walk from the night markets and main streets of Hoi An along the river which can be really pumping at night, but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise. Definitely recommend.

Great location on a quiet side street in the less chaotic area of the town. Great little Indian resto on the corner and all the riverside bars and restos a short walk away. Lovely family who run the place, English speaking. Room was large, bed comfortable, hot water, a/c. Good breakfast.

Liked everything. No elevator for anyone who might have trouble with stairs.

Family run hosts were friendly and helpful with basic English. Great location close to Night Markets and a few min walk to Old Town. Very affordable pricing and good value for money. Could hire bicycles cheaply (bikes were old but ok). Breakfast was same daily but nice.

Air conditioner leaked water through wardrobe and wet our belongings. We were given another room which was fine, and the air conditioner was serviced soon after. No lift but exercise is good!

The friendliest, most wonderful hosts who helped with anything and everything. The location of the homestay was sensational. Close but not busy or noisy!

The rooms were small, with not a lot of room for luggage etc. the bathrooms were basic and at times the water went from cold to scorching in a matter of seconds.

This is really a perfect homestay. The reception and breakfast area is side by side with the owners livingroom and you really feel at home. Quietly local area only short walking distance to Night market and the fascinating Old Town. The rooms are clean and nice with a small balcony and room 407 is exceptionel with a big balcony. A room for romance. The wife and husband takes good care of you and the young son entertain during breakfast. A woman Tuyen living nearby is helping in homestay and she is also helpful. In the evening she has a small pancake stand near the river with very tasty pancakes with bananas and chokolade, delicius. As a bonus they all speak good english.

The breakfast was not big but together with a good cup of coffee enough for a good start of the day and all over Hoi An you find places for eating.

Our stay was great! Very welcoming hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were light and spacious, the beds were lovely and comfortable. And the shower was a delight after traveling for the last 3 weeks with very little water pressure or Luke warm temps, it was very nice to have a nice hot shower. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. Oh and the location was fantastic a block from the river, perfect for walking around with so many bars and restaurants and more shops just over the bridge, and the Bamboo circus at the end of the road was amazing. Would highly recommend! And would stay again if I get back to Hoi An!
