In February I spent two weeks staying here. They reached out to arrange my transport from Da Nang airport while I was still at Suvarnabhumi (BKK), and from then on the support continued. Loan, the young woman manager, was gracious and awesome and deserves my heartfelt thanks. The hotel is clean and comfortable and is situated on a quiet street just a five minute stroll from the popular riverside restaurants and attractions. A hire car with driver can be arranged by Loan for touring to places like My Son and Da Nang at good rates. Loved my visit to Hội An and staying at Ngo House Villa certainly facilitated the experience.

Really comfortable room, lovely and clean, towels and bins changed daily, water bottles provided daily, a first in our experience of hotels in this price bracket in Vietnam. Very helpful staff who arranged good value airport transfer and scooters and even helped us order some medication we required online for delivery to the hotel, went above and beyond to help us! Straight forward self check in late at night and allowed us to leave bags after check out. We would happily stay again!

Construction works start nearby in morning at the moment. Might wake you up if you want to sleep a bit later, just to be aware.

Great location down a quiet street 3 minute walk from the night markets. Easy 10 minute walk to Ancient Town. Rooms were clean, modern bathroom, A/C worked well. Pool was a welcome relief in the afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry service was cheap and returned in 24 hours. Cheap pushbike hire.

Pool closed at 6pm! (we broke the rules and had a quiet swim and soaked our tired feet anyway).

- Location is perfect. 5 minute walk to the night market and all the shops and restraunts of the old town. - Staff are amazing. So helpful, able to arrange all sorts of day tours etc at a much better price than we could find elsewhere. - Room clean and comfortable, shower was incredible. Room cleaned everyday.

- no where at all to sit around the pool. Fence literally goes right up to the sides of the pool. - no tea/coffee set in the room. - no lift and multiple floors, worth bearing in mind if you have any access issues.

I loved everything about my stay at Ngo House villa ! Loan is the absolute cutest owner and she’s ready to help you with everything you need ! The rooms are beautiful (I stayed in 3 of them) and super clean. The location is perfect : right in the center of the action but at the same time super quiet for a good night rest. I will definitely come back there next time I’m visiting Hoi An.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Homestay was great. Clean room, proper bathroom with a separate shower cabin so your bathroom does not turn into a water theme park after showering, comfy bed to sleep in, fantastic location for walking distances and super quiet at night so you can finally get some well-deserved rest from all the tailor shop visits, obstinate boat ride and lantern sellers, and eating too much good food. Hostess Loan was the sweetest and super helpful with arranging a lot of stuff for us: affordable transportation to and from Hoi An, bikes, must-try food places, feeding us cassava peanut cakes, sightseeing etc.

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent location and value. Loan who worked there was top-notch and answered all our questions, was flexible, and gave great ideas for tour and sightseeing options. The staff did a great job with upkeep and cleanliness. I sometimes would leave my slippers or sneakers at the front door for five minutes just to grab something, but every time, they managed to tidy them up. One of the night markets is nearby, and so are great inexpensive and quality restaurants like Madam Lau. Even cheaper you can find pho and bun bo so close. Loan also had great connections for prices that beat the listed prices on Grab! Laundry was a very fair price. It's actually decently quiet too at night. and even in the daytime it was not overcrowded with tourists like a lot of downtown Hoi An. Two days of our trip it rained and the staff were very kind to let us borrow their umbrellas. Wifi worked great.

Not sure really. We booked this property in part because there was a pool on-site, and we would have used it if the weather had worked out a little bit better, so this is no strike against the property. Only other thing is the the staircase upstairs was a little dark, and once or twice my travel partner and I slipped or missed a stair. This is all really minor, In all, this place is fantastic and I would stay here again.

The staff were super lovely and showed us how to self check out at 4am for our flight. Pool was nice. Great location

The airconditioner struggled a little but apart from that, great spot.

The location is good and the service is nice. they provided great help for traveling schedule and car transportation, it’s really good and safe service for traveling alone

The staff was extremely nice and professional, the hostess helped us with everything from motorbike renting to bus tickets. She was really helpful and accomodating. The hotel is in a perfect shape, with a great location, with the extra bonus of the little swimming pool, perfect for the very hot Hoi An days. The room was really nice, with a nice terrace, everything functioning perfectly ! The location is also very good, a 5min walk to the main streets of the city center. We strongly recommend to spend your stay in this hotel !

If we had to find one thing, is that the bicycles provided by the hotel (which is a great service, so convenient in Hoi An), were not in the best of shape... Other than that, perfect !
