The service at the hotel was fantastic, the staff could not do enough for you and it was really fantastic. Laundry service was affordable. Breakfast was outside on the patio and the balcony at the room had a great view. Almost next door was the youth hostel with cheap menu items, good food and great cocktails.

Hoi An was a little touristy for us. You have this idyllic river with boats and lanterns and all the pubs around it playing top-volume music from heavy metal to ABBA - really bizarre. Our favourite place was Sa Pa and Ha Noi. The Spa at the hotel was okay - a little dark in the basement and it did not seem to be very professional.

The staff here are amazing and so nice and helpful, they made me feel so comfortable here. Location is great as its walking distance to the old town with many restaurants plus a short drive to the beach. Rooms are modern clean, good size, good bed and breakfast is what u expect from a mid level boutique hotel and I loved sitting out front eating, looking at the water. Its a period style hotel with a warm comfortable feel to it. I wanted to thank Sally and the staff for looking after us

I cant find fault, we stàyed in a river view room which had a nice view with a balcony. Price is great breakfast is fine and staff are good people. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend.

The location is ideal in that it is only meters from the old town, yet far enough that it does not have the crowds from the night activities to contend with. The breakfasts were excellent. The most superior aspect of this hotel was the staff. So attentive, so pleasant, so polite and extremely helpful and welcoming. The staff manager (Sally) and the crew working with her were absolutely the best. This hotel and staff are a highlight of our visit to Vietnam. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

There was nothing that we felt was lacking - a real excellent hotel experience and all due to the staff and service.

The location close to the old town is excellent, only a five minute walk. The staff are amazingly helpful and attentive. The deep terrace overlooking the river is a beautiful place to have breakfast which runs until 10am and we’d often have a second breakfast of coffe and danish before heading out which no one seemed to mind. The rooms were spacious and the facilities included a pool and gym. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain in Hoi An and it was too cool for the pool. We had a non balcony room but would reconsider for another trip as the balcony rooms looked good.

The hotel location was great, on the promenade. The restaurants and shops were within a short walking distance. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and was above average. We booked two trips with the help of the hotel concierge (reception) and the trips were well organised and had decent prices. The dinners we had in two different places: Morning Glory and Mango Mango, and both places had great food with reasonable prices. Both restaurants were on the promenade nearby and were clean.

Nothing to dislike. The hotel staff was helpful and the room was clean.

Sally was exceptional. She really looked after our family of 9 and went out of her way to help out with tours. Our family loved the hotel overlooking the river and how close it was to everything. It was a great Oasis from the business of old town. The rooms were nice, the balcony was fantastic and all staff were amazing. Even though there were a few minor issues with food, and air con we recommend this hotel for its awesome service and value for money.

The pool was too cold (it doesnt get any sun). We were really disappointed with lunch the day we arrived. It mentioned on the menu that food is served from 11- 9pm but we were the only ones in the restaurant @ 2.30pm and took an hour for food to arrive. It finally arrived and was very poor. One of the family members saw the chef arrive 30 min after we ordered so that might have had something to do with it. Our Aircon didnt cool down the whole 4 nights we were there which was also disappointing..

We loved the location of the property. It was easy to walk to the old town and to the lantern boats. The staff were amazing, we felt like family there with the staff. Room was very comfortable and the AC worked well. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was really good. On my birthday they knocked on my door and sang happy birthday and gave me a cake! They also helped with activities and their recommendations were fabulous like Tiger Fish Divers and Hoi An Memories. The spa onsite was amazing and their rental bike fleet were in great shape. We were really sad to leave this place. A magical place.

Lovely location with a nice walk to Old Town and markets. Staff super helpful and friendly. Great hotel with a nice breakfast, especially being able to sit out on terrace. Would stay again.

the location was perfect for us--in a quiet district along tje river but very close to the action. the staff is wonderful--warm and accommodating. special mention goes to HANNA who went out of her way to assist us in communicating with our tour operators and doing her best accommodating our requests. the breakfast did not disappoint in terms of variety and quality. the room was very comfortable, spacious enough, well-appointed and very clean. definitely worth recommending and returning to.

Fabulous staff including Jenny, Lily and Sally. Thanks to all staff! Discount for and availability of spa facilities. I have stayed at this property before and felt like the welcome mat was rolled out for us. Buffet breakfast has numerous options and was very good.

Although we did not have a problem, others may find the walk to the Night Market and Japanese Bridge a bit too far. Covered pool is small with few sunbeds.
