The location was convenient, close to the river and the old town. The staff was really nice and gave tips on what to do in Hoi an, where and what to eat, etc. and even gave me a plate of fruit at my arrival. You can also book tours through them. Always helpful and smiling 😊 The room was very pretty and spacious, I didn't expect to see plants in the room I was pleasantly surprised! It was decorated with taste, I liked it. They also prepare it and put some cute decoration on your bed before you arrive. They ask you everyday if you want your room cleaned, and if you do they refill the tea/coffee and change your towels etc. Overall charming hotel with kind staff, I would recommend if you stay in Hoi an 👍🏽

I couldn't figure out how to switch the shower head to the hand shower, so it was not really convenient when I only wanted to wash my body and not my hair. I could hear the rooms next to mine, I think it was their bathroom, so it was not exactly soundproof

Lee, the owner is the most genuinely helpful and thoughtful host! He arranged for us pick up from Danang and drop off to the airport for a reasonable price, and helped us rent bikes which were delivered to the property early morning as we have requested. Excellent service and the room was unexpectedly very clean! He provided us a really good overview of the town and amazing food and massage recommendations. We also availed of the laundry services and he made sure that it gets to us early in the morning of the day we were leaving. Also, the pool is a great! and the location is really central and very walkable to and from the places we wanted to visit.

We booked a standard queen room and unfortunately, it was too small for two people. I think for a single person, the standard room would be perfect, but for two people and luggages, it is very small and quite uncomfortable. We saw the other rooms though and they looked very spacious. We requested to change to a bigger room on our second day, however, all the rooms were occupied that day.

Such a warm and friendly welcome after a long trip to get to Hoi An. Lee and his family were so kind and made my room available quickly. They advised about the area and suggested places to visit. The hotel is ideally located for all the sights and night market. After an early morning trip, they even made a late breakfast for me on my return. If I am lucky enough to visit Hoi An again, I will definitely stay at this lovely place. Thank you Lee and family

Host and staff were friendly and helpfull Host contacted us prior to arrival and offerd to arrange transport. I got a bit hurt in Town, host drove me to hospital and got me doctor fast. Cosy lobby with fish in front Clean common areas Parking bike/motorcycle safe an hidden from main streets. Locked by chain at night. Very clean rooms, spacious rooms, mine had view 301 and big bathroom. No signs of moisture og degradation to rooms. Doors to room and balcony had rubber/wooden/fabric «gaskets» to make the room 100% bug proof. Good options for breakfast at hotel and close options if you perfer to go out. My friend was supprised by fresh orange juice beeing hot first morning at hotell. I ordered cold :) Close to both sides of the river where «everything is happening» in Hoi Ann. brigdes nearby. Short walk to foodmarket, bars, restaurants, streetfood, nightclubs, streetmarket

My aircondition was a bit slower to cool room than my friends room. Fixed with 10min patience on correct setting dont fix

My stay at Hoi An Town Center was fantastic from start to finish. The location is perfect—close to the Ancient Town but still peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed, from local tips to booking transport. The room was spotlessly clean, with a lovely fresh scent that made it feel so welcoming. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was such a relief in the warm Hoi An weather. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I genuinely felt well taken care of during my stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hoi An!

Everything about this property was just amazing. Lee and his family takes care of you very well and they have this cute family home to make your experience great. Renting bike was easy to explore the city. Place was really clean and they added very cute details to welcome me. Breakfast was amazing, specially fresh fruits. Cheap laundry. Close proximity to everything in the hoi an town.

I usually don't book rooms without windows as Inam claustrophobic. Since, it wasn't mentioned when I booked the stay that the standard room didnt have windows I had to manage. It would be nice to have that information stated in the room description. I also booked a tour, which I cancelled due to bad weather. They charged me a cancellation fees for that(which is ok), but if they told me that there will be a cancellation fees I would have not cancelled it. So lost a bit of money there. But I guess it was on me too, I could have asked for cancellation fees.

It was an amazing stay! As I checked in Lee, the owner, gave me the map with the main places to visit. Recommended a massage salon. And overall gave a lot of advice about the town. And there were flowers with the letters of my name on the bed when I checked in the room! Thank you! Location of the hotel is very good. Strong WiFi. Comfortable room and bed. Several types of lights in the room. AC works perfectly. There was my birthday during my stay. Lee prepared a birthday cake with good wishes on it! Thank you so much! I cannot rate this accommodation enough, Mr Lee and his family made me feel so comfortable and at home. The location is great, you can wander around the centre and easily go back to your accommodation. The room was so clean and comfortable. The family and staff decorated my bed for Christmas and made me feel so special. Breakfast was also delicious. The bathroom is spacious and clean, with nice touches, such as robes, house shoes and toiletries. The family also have very cute children who wave and smile, even blew me a kiss. I had a kettle, water, tea, coffee and pretty mugs in my room. The owner also offers a laundry service inhouse, the bags are in the room and I had all my laundry, washed, dried and smelling great for 40k a kilo. It was raining during my stay and Mr Lee carried my bag and met me with an umbrella. The next day he lent me an umbrella. I loved my stay here and I was very sad to leave. This was my favourite stay in Vietnam!! 10 plus
