The location was convenient, close to the river and the old town. The staff was really nice and gave tips on what to do in Hoi an, where and what to eat, etc. and even gave me a plate of fruit at my arrival. You can also book tours through them. Always helpful and smiling 😊 The room was very pretty and spacious, I didn't expect to see plants in the room I was pleasantly surprised! It was decorated with taste, I liked it. They also prepare it and put some cute decoration on your bed before you arrive. They ask you everyday if you want your room cleaned, and if you do they refill the tea/coffee and change your towels etc. Overall charming hotel with kind staff, I would recommend if you stay in Hoi an 👍🏽

I couldn't figure out how to switch the shower head to the hand shower, so it was not really convenient when I only wanted to wash my body and not my hair. I could hear the rooms next to mine, I think it was their bathroom, so it was not exactly soundproof

Lee, the owner is the most genuinely helpful and thoughtful host! He arranged for us pick up from Danang and drop off to the airport for a reasonable price, and helped us rent bikes which were delivered to the property early morning as we have requested. Excellent service and the room was unexpectedly very clean! He provided us a really good overview of the town and amazing food and massage recommendations. We also availed of the laundry services and he made sure that it gets to us early in the morning of the day we were leaving. Also, the pool is a great! and the location is really central and very walkable to and from the places we wanted to visit.

We booked a standard queen room and unfortunately, it was too small for two people. I think for a single person, the standard room would be perfect, but for two people and luggages, it is very small and quite uncomfortable. We saw the other rooms though and they looked very spacious. We requested to change to a bigger room on our second day, however, all the rooms were occupied that day.

Everything!! If you’re planning to come to Hoi An you have to stay in this amazing boutique hotel! The rooms are absolutely perfect with everything you need: super comfortable beds, good AC, closets, modern and pristine bathrooms. The owners, Mr. Lee and his wife are the best and most helpful hosts, they definitely go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect with your stay and they are very friendly, always willing to give recommendations around the city and even facilitating transportation, laundry service, etc. This is my second time staying here and next time I come to Hoi An I will absolutely stay here again! 10/10 experience :D

Everything was perfect!!

It was the perfect choice for accommodation in Hoi An! Just 10 minutes walk to the centre of Old Town to see the daily lantern festivities and visit the World Heritage sites. Accommodation is clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet from the busyness of town. Mr Lee and the team were great hosts, and they offered excellent hospitality throughout my stay. On the first day, he will provide you with the best local tips on where to visit, local favs for food, and will help you arrange tours too! He also helped arrange transportation pick up to and fro to the airport and hotel which is very convenient. I was especially thankful that he assisted my friend from Msia in planning a birthday surprise for me. I will definitely stay here again and recommend my friends too. Thank you, Mr Lee!

Beautiful homestay right in ancient town, run by a family. we felt like home. Lee and wife they are wonderful, gave us tips and map for getting around the town. you can hire bicycle for only 40.000 vnd / day also we ended up using the coconut island tour with basket boat also doing the Ba na Hills day tour with an excellent English speaking guide. the only guide we have had that speak really good English. make our tour even more exciting. we always order grab food during mid night when didn't feel like going out for a meal. I understand you have to wear indoor sleepers when entering for making the the place more feeling like a home which I loved, this what I do as an Asian tradition and to me it's hygienic and to maintain the cleanliness. pool was a little small but if you want to just have a dip then it's OK. we didn't use it because we are always busy going out

Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for my trip and it rained continuously. However I was in a comfortable place, staff were friendly and the room comfortable, quiet and cool 🙏. I pampered myself instead with a daily deep tissue cleansing massage at Art Spa 🖖 and ate well at Morning Glory Signature Restaurant recommended by the Host. Delicious! Finally I had to leave with obligations in Danang The taxi was arranged by the Host Lee and I foolishly left my sunglasses on the back seat. The driver returned that afternoon and left them at my Apartments desk. Thank you very much 🙏 When I return I will definitely stay again. 👍

Such a warm and friendly welcome after a long trip to get to Hoi An. Lee and his family were so kind and made my room available quickly. They advised about the area and suggested places to visit. The hotel is ideally located for all the sights and night market. After an early morning trip, they even made a late breakfast for me on my return. Host and staff were friendly and helpfull Host contacted us prior to arrival and offerd to arrange transport. I got a bit hurt in Town, host drove me to hospital and got me doctor fast. Cosy lobby with fish in front Clean common areas Parking bike/motorcycle safe an hidden from main streets. Locked by chain at night. Very clean rooms, spacious rooms, mine had view 301 and big bathroom. No signs of moisture og degradation to rooms. Doors to room and balcony had rubber/wooden/fabric «gaskets» to make the room 100% bug proof. Good options for breakfast at hotel and close options if you perfer to go out. My friend was supprised by fresh orange juice beeing hot first morning at hotell. I ordered cold :) Close to both sides of the river where «everything is happening» in Hoi Ann. brigdes nearby. Short walk to foodmarket, bars, restaurants, streetfood, nightclubs, streetmarket

My aircondition was a bit slower to cool room than my friends room. Fixed with 10min patience on correct setting dont fix

Even before we got to Hoi An, Mr. Lee was so attentive. He messaged to offer us transport from the airport to the hotel. When we arrived he met us at the taxi, took our bags in, and poured us a glass of water and offered us some snacks. He really made us feel at home. Gave us some food recommendations and they did not disappoint! The room was decorated lovely for us every day with fresh towels which was a really nice touch. A beautiful family. I will definitely be back in the future. And thank you so much, Mr. Lee, for looking after us.

My stay at Hoi An Town Center was fantastic from start to finish. The location is perfect—close to the Ancient Town but still peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed, from local tips to booking transport. The room was spotlessly clean, with a lovely fresh scent that made it feel so welcoming. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was such a relief in the warm Hoi An weather. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I genuinely felt well taken care of during my stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hoi An!
