Outstanding staff, especially Kate, who made our stay really top-notch with her suggestions for local dining and visits. Lovely clean hotel with comfy beds and excellent breakfast. Well located—can walk to everything but you’re not in the middle of the tourist crowds (or the evening karaoke bars). Visit old town in the morning to avoid too much hustle and bustle. Hoi An is gorgeous, with so much history, but it seems to be almost overwhelmed at certain times of day with visiting hordes. We had an excellent and great fun BBQ experience at Moi, just around the corner—not for the faint hearted, but if you want to dine like a local! (Just don’t order the beef tendons.)

We arrived late and were put in a ground-floor room the first night which had a dodgy air conditioner, but the staff were delightful and moved us the next morning as soon as we mentioned it.

Well presented hotel. Lovely welcome drinks and piece of cake. They upgraded our room without us asking, which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was a very generous buffet, western and eastern dishes available and eggs cooked to order. Vietnamese coffee not my fave but the breakfast tea did the job. Bought coffee elsewhere. The shower was lovely, though took a while to warm up! The staff were so helpful and sweet. Air con very effective. Pleasantly surprised by the fitness room not having an old lat pulldown machine (as pictured on their booking.com page) but a well-used smith machine and some dumbbells, complimentary water in there too. Did the job.

The bathroom door situation needs sorting - 2 sliding doors with glass in them is not suitable. They didn’t meet in the middle and you couldn’t use the bathroom in the night without waking up your partner with the noise and light. A proper fully-wooden, single bathroom door would be a very good idea. The bed & pillows were pretty hard, so, not good for my wife’s bad back.

The property is such great value. The staff are amazing. Also the complimentary transfers to their beach club is amazing. Will be back. Food & drinks served at the restaurant were also great.

I recently stayed at Little Hoi An Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the charming old town and all the attractions Hoi An has to offer. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast was good with options to suit all tastes. I would definitely recommend Little Hoi An Hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The only minor issue I noticed was the design of the hotel foyer, which could potentially be a bit hazardous for young children due to its layout. However, this was a small concern compared to the overall positive experience.

The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The breakfast was great with egg options as well as traditional Vietnamese breakfast dishes. The room was large and comfortable and the air conditioning was great. We throughly enjoyed the front patio bar. It was perfect for pre or post dinner drinks, iced coffee in the afternoon, or dessert. They also serve food. The location to Old Town was convienent (10 minutes or less) and although close to the commericialized tourist area with loud music and night life, the hotel was very quiet. It was great to have a shuttle to the beach and the ability to use a partner restaurants beach chairs and bathrooms, and of course get your drinks served to you on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

More fans in the public areas. The pool was nice, but unfortunately there was construction on the building next door and the scaffolding was over the deck chairs.

Incredible hotel, so well decorated with very spacious, quiet rooms and very comfortable beds - we slept really well and never heard anything from the other rooms or the street. We really enjoyed our stay there, and even loved chilling there in the evenings before going out to the city. The location is incredible, very centrally located making it easy to walk anywhere. Also amazing food, changing dishes daily from local and international cuisine including vegetarian options. The staff was so friendly and hospitable that really elevated our stay so much. There is also a pool and small gym at the precises which I made use of one of the days.

Everything was perfect, I only wish I could stay longer!

location is just right - not too close to the noisy area but as well not too far to walk if you feel the urge to drink and be merry, or mix in with the hoards of tourists; Old Town is only about 200m away; twilight ride on a riverboat for that 'venice' feel is about a km away from the hotel; overall hotel is just a short walk to Hoi An's local attractions; hotel provides free transport to the beach which is a plus; also bikes to go around; lots of restaurants to choose from; rooms have that cultural and colonial feel to it and decent size.

Excellent location, staff was extremely helpful and polite, the hotel is very nice- exactly like the pictures. It’s clean and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options and well made. Unfortunately my room was near the kitchen so I had a little noise in the morning and my window was facing the building next door. They did offer by themselves to move me on the second floor the third day I was there but I was checking out the next morning, so I didn’t opt for it. Even so, it wasn’t a problem and everything was probably beyond expectations. They even had a scooter booked for me and brought over in less than 5’ from me asking for one. I would say excellent overall!

There’s nothing to say here. Everything was as seen on booking or even better.

Location great - just slightly out of old town so was peaceful but close to everything. Breakfast great. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Can arrange transfer from airport which we did and was seamless. Rooms compact but big enough - get a river view room - nice to be able to open the door to balcony. Aircon good plus fan. We used the spa and gym - both good. Would stay again. We were a family of 5 with 3 older teens - we booked 3 rooms on same floor which was great.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the staff here made our stay truly memorable! It’s what you’ll expect out of a well-appointed boutique hotel and more- warm personalized service, great breakfast, squeaky clean cozy rooms, even little touches like complimentary local jujube fruits in the room! Breakfast had small changes daily that was appreciated like the local steamed dishes, hot noodles and refreshing delicious salads. The spa is great and very affordable; even when I’ve moved to another hotel, I came back here for massages under Desi’s expert touch. Shoutout to Kate at the front desk who is ever willing to help with itinerary planning and tips, and she even went out of her way to send me to town to catch my shuttle on a very hot summer’s day! I would return in a heartbeat to this hotel, it’s very near to walk to the ancient town yet located in a quieter side of the river.

I felt bad that I had to request for extra drinking water daily as the given bottles were quite tiny, perhaps a suggestion for improvement would be water dispensers in the lobby for guests to refill? The floors of the bathroom can be very slippery but they did put a precaution sign there. 1-2 pesky mosquitos at the breakfast area.
