Location is the best next to Old Town. Spacious comfortable rooms. It’s not very modern (similarly with most part of Hoi An), but that’s the charm of the ancient town. Good value rooms. Do stay a few nights in Hoi An to enjoy the vibe and charm. Very helpful staff. Front desk manager Chau does a good job mingling with the guests every morning at breakfast and also whenever he sees us in the lobby. He helped with booking car and Memories Show ticket that was delivered to the hotel.

It’s not confined to this property, but due to electricity scarcity, most retail in Hoi An is very careful with switching on AC. Tourist be warn of scorching summers in Vietnam.

Fabulous hotel on the river in Hoi An. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast has a great selection of items and the pool area is very nice. The spa is fantastic with a nice array of services. The hotel is located just a short walk away from the ancient city and the night market. The best part though is the staff. The service is impeccable. Mr. Chau and his staff take great care of their guests. They will help to arrange tours and any transfers that are needed. They are so kind and helpful. We enjoyed talking with them everyday. It's the best hotel in Hoi An.

We loved everything!

Lovely boutique hotel close to Old Town but far enough away to avoid the noise from the nightlife. The room and the bathroom were lovely. Staff communicated well and helped me arrange a private car from the airport and to My Son.

Small complaint, but the pillows were huge! Gave me a sore neck and headache. If you are one of those people who love big pillows, then obviously this would not be an issue for you.

The staff were utterly amazing. Mr Chau is an exceptional manager and you can tell he genuinely enjoys his job and meeting guests. Always smiling and happy. The hotel has a very chilled out relaxing atmosphere and the food and drink were excellent. Spa was great and easy to book It was in the heart of Hoi Ann, so very central location

We stayed right in front of the river and we enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the plants floating on the river. We loved the services especially the breakfast was delicious and the spa was exceptional. Chau was amazing host who helped us whenever we needed. One time we locked ourselves out of our room and he was able to get us back in quickly. Thank you Chau!!

It was all very lovely!

Laluna is a nice boutique hotel, close to the Old Town with great facilities (spa, swimming pool, pool bar, lift, airport transfer with a fee). Spacious room with comfortable bedding and toiletries. The hotel's staff were super helpful and always available to make the guests feel welcome and well serviced.

Staff were friendly always available and will to help with anything. Hotel is easy walking distance to old town but just far enough out that noise at night is not a problem. Loved being able to sit on the balcony to relax and watch the boats on the river. Definitely will be back.

It was soo much fun starting at Laluna. It’s so close to everything and the staff were beyond friendly. Chau and Tina really took good care of us and made sure we were very comfortable throughout our trip. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to have a leisure trip and experience Hoi An.

This was our second stay. The location is very handy, the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff can’t do enough to help,

The only thing that could improve are the pushbikes, same ones as last year and are old and clunky, some without good brakes.

We had a very comfortable stay and the hotel was in a very convenient location to the old Ancient town and other tourist activities. The hotel staff, particularly Mr Chau were very friendly and accommodating. He gave us great recommendations and ensured we had a comfortable stay.
