The staff was unbelievably friendly and hard working, especially our friend chau!! The receptionists are a joy to talk with and constantly there to help you. Always with a smile and happy to help. The room was spacious and inviting with a lovely view from the balcony. The pool and bar area was stunning with happy hour every day where you can enjoy a late afternoon drink before dinner. The hotel was also a stone throw away from the restaurants at night with only a 2 minute walk to the waterfront. Overall, this hotel, and everyone who works with in this hotel is a delight. They are an example for all hotels to follow!!

Location is the best next to Old Town. Spacious comfortable rooms. It’s not very modern (similarly with most part of Hoi An), but that’s the charm of the ancient town. Good value rooms. Do stay a few nights in Hoi An to enjoy the vibe and charm. Very helpful staff. Front desk manager Chau does a good job mingling with the guests every morning at breakfast and also whenever he sees us in the lobby. He helped with booking car and Memories Show ticket that was delivered to the hotel.

It’s not confined to this property, but due to electricity scarcity, most retail in Hoi An is very careful with switching on AC. Tourist be warn of scorching summers in Vietnam.

Fantastic location SO close to all in Hoi An and a 10-12 minute easy ride to A Bang Beach. Great staff, especially Mr. Chau and Danh the Bell Hop is always smiling and Tina too. The breakfast is very good and price is very good value for the hotel. My daughter used the Spa services and liked them and they arranged a day trip too to the coconut boats. The bathroom and shower was good too. I would highly recommend this hotel for a multi day visit to Hoi An.

I would have liked more drawers / dressing room space in the room. But all else was great.

Fabulous hotel on the river in Hoi An. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast has a great selection of items and the pool area is very nice. The spa is fantastic with a nice array of services. The hotel is located just a short walk away from the ancient city and the night market. The best part though is the staff. The service is impeccable. Mr. Chau and his staff take great care of their guests. They will help to arrange tours and any transfers that are needed. They are so kind and helpful. We enjoyed talking with them everyday. It's the best hotel in Hoi An.

We loved everything!

We stayed for 9 days. It has an Excellent location - quiet enough yet central. Staff were outstanding. Very kind and helpful and took pride in their job. Facilities were always clean and tidy. Nothing seemed to be a problem. We had a river facing balcony room which was definitely a plus. We didn’t want a big chain resort style property nor a busy central smaller place. It suited us to have a little bit of both which laluna did very well.

In general our staying was great. First of all, the hotel itself is great, just 5 minutes away from the Ancient town of Hoi An. The hotel is also equipped with a beautiful swimming pool. Also, our room met exactly our expectations as it was really clean and spacious. Most importantly, the staff was exceptional, especially Chau who always welcomed us with a big smile and it was just really enjoyable having a little chat with him every time we met him. We highly recommend this hotel and without a doubt we would come back here. 100/10!

Honestly nothing!

The hotel was incredible from start to finish. They were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and that all our questions were answered. The facilities were excellent and the location as well. Only a short walk to the old town (less than 5 minutes) and in a quieter area away from the bars - we couldn’t hear any traffic or music from our room which overlooked the river. Breakfast was delicious and they even provided gluten free products at breakfast.

Loved the pool. Kids really enjoyed playing there and parents loved the poolside bar - happy hour was great! Breakfast was exceptional. Something for everyone of all tastes! The room was very nice - we had interconnecting for the kids, and a private space for adults! Really nice facilities. The location is perfect for Hoi An - and the stag are great hosts. Chau and Anna were extremely nice to the kids and kept them entertained

Nothing really

Lovely boutique hotel close to Old Town but far enough away to avoid the noise from the nightlife. The room and the bathroom were lovely. Staff communicated well and helped me arrange a private car from the airport and to My Son.

Small complaint, but the pillows were huge! Gave me a sore neck and headache. If you are one of those people who love big pillows, then obviously this would not be an issue for you.

The chef at La Luna was exceptional. Honestly you must have dinner at the restaurant.. Meals were the best I have ever had.. Taste, presentation and price was an unexpected bonus. Manager and staff made us feel like family. I would never stay anywhere else when visiting Hoi An….
