Our stay at the Hoi An Ivy hotel was amazing! The location was 10/10 right near the river with Hoi An old town within walking distance, about 5 minutes away! The rooms were a good size and had everything you would need in them, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. Everything was clean and tidy. However, the thing that we loved the most and really made our time here so easy and comfortable was the amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt welcome and looked after. The staff helped us to arrange tours and transfers including basket boat trip, Cham island trip and VinWonders including taxi drop off and pick up. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An we loved it!

Lovely staff, very helpful. Breakfast is nice. I am sorry i forgot the name but the guy who makes breakfast took good care of us. Very humble and always smiling. Other staff including the ones on the reception was really warm and welcoming. Location is good, not too noisy, neither too far from old town. Lots of nice eatieris around. Hotel provided free bicycle to explore, loved it. They also provide motorbikes on rental.

Small stuff here and there but they immediately took care of it so no complaints. Keep the good work on guys :)

This place was really great! Starting from the receptionist Julie who is really good at taking care of the guests to the whole staff of the hotel. My room was pretty spacious for just me and it had a lot of sunlight (two balconies with different views). The hotel is very close to the main area (japanese bridge, the ancient town, etc.) just about 5 mins walking, and also the hotel offers free bycicle for their guest to ride around the city. Julie was really helpful as she organised a boat tour and cooking class for me, she arranged the driver to drop me up at the airport when I left.

The only complaint I can have for this place it´s that as it´s very close to the main area of Hoi An there is a bit of noise during the nights because the main pubs/bars are just 7-8 mins away walking. But again, if you are looking to have a drink or enjoy the nightlife this won´t be a con for you but instead a pro.

Very good location close to the main ancient town & night market. Eventhough the room design looks old but it was clean, cozy and spacious. Everything works well. The receptionist Lisa was very welcoming and friendly. The kitchen staff was very attentive & polite too. The hotel provides free bikes for guests to use.

The hotel charges 3% surcharge fee for paying by credit card. The food has limited variety but it's enough to fill up the energy in the morning. Only standard food like drinks tea & coffee, breads, eggs, fruits, cold meat, noodle soup (not always available everyday) & 2 types of hot food that is not even hot because the warmer is not functioning. Have to ask kitchen staff to reheat it. There are small moths flying around the fruits and on the fruits.

Lisa was great at communicating with us prior to the trip, she organised the taxi pick up from the airport along with a trip to Ba na Hills during our stay. She offered lots of ideas for tourist things to do along with suggestions of activities. The hotel offer free bike hire which is really useful to make your way around the old town during the day, it is in the perfect location to see anything in the old town. As we were celebrating Lisa organised a gift in our room during our stay and also gifted us some small lanterns when we left which was a nice touch.

Something very minor but the bathroom was very hot so you had to make sure the door was closed at all times.

Excellent! This hotel was one of our favourites. It was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean and had all the facilities required to make it feel homely. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. They were also able to provide information on tourist activities and you can book through them the day before. It is located in an excellent area - it is a very quick walk to the Hoi An Centre where you can ride the iconic boats and light up lanterns. This area has markets, nightlife and streets filled with local food stalls and restaurants. You could also use the hotel’s bike free of charge and ride around the town or the country side. For what you are getting, this property is a bargain and budget friendly!!

The room and bathroom were really clean and spacious! We booked the hotel as it was not too far from the old town, but it actually turned out that it was super close (just right behind the hotel). They also offered you free rental bike, so you can explore the city without any hassle. One thing that we really loved is the reception lady, Julie. She was really helpful even before we reached the destination. She helped to arrange our transportation from Da Nang Airport, and also our day trip to the city! So once we arrived, everything was settled and we could enjoy our trip without any worry! Definitely will come back !

turning on the AC before we check in our room would be great, as we needed to wait for a while to get it cool.

Location most ideal -just steps away from the old town attractions and food yet just far away from the noise and bustle. Elevator is bit small but adequate and fast. Front desk service was excellent - Lisa and Julie makes the difference to make your stay comfortable and with good tourist information plus able to make arrangements for private transportation. Room layout and bathroom is modern and is good size. The upper floors X03,X04 rooms have picture perfect view of the river and old town especially at night.

The location is perfect if you want to walk to everything. The view from the room at night w/ the river full of lighted boats was super cool to see. Free bikes to use (which I did) and staff always helpful. Lisa was always making sure everything was good w/ my stay. I'd say it's at the 'end of town' so there isn't a ton of noise like the center of town. By the end, I'd say it's 1 minute from where the shops start. Perfect location. Don't worry about the buses below, they don't arrive at night. I'd stay here again. Arranging transportation was fast, reliable and costs very fair. I used this service twice.
