Such a close walk to the centre. Staff helped us organise multiple taxis, collecting us and dropping us to the airport. Very spacious room.

A lot of ants in the room and no fan in the bathroom so we had to keep the door constantly closed to avoid extra humidity. The beds were very hard. The ac was not strong even with an extra fan in the room. A child got sick in the pool, we were not informed of this and I did not witness them cleaning the pool after the internet

On reading past reviews it is pertinent to point out that this is a home stay and not a hotel - it is family run who live on site and they cook for you, tend to laundry and are always around and trying to engage with you. This is their home, so expect to be involved and afforded a lot of care but they’re not butlers/there for your every whim!! That said, they take very good care of you and are extremely helpful and friendly, even with a language barrier. The rooms are large and well supplied with a fridge, hair dryer and TV. They can do your laundry and help with booking local tours. Free bicycles and free breakfast, and the pool is amazing! Again not a hotel but can’t fault it for the price and location, just a short walk to old town and easy cycle to the beach.

The room was very big and the location of the homestay is great. Just a 15 minute walk to old quarter. Maii was gave us some great recommendations for dinner and a tailor and every day we got two free bottles of cold water.

The room had a small window next to a chicken coop, which didn’t really ventilate the room. This made the room a bit damp and smelly after a shower. We opened the door to the corridor often to ventilate the room. So a ventilation system in the bathroom would be a great improvement!

Lovely staff, they want to be very helpful. Our bed was comfortable & the shower had amazing water pressure + steamy hot!!! There are free bikes to use (although some of them could use a little bit of repair on the breaks). We especially loved the fried egg for breakfast, very tasty.

We were unfortunate to sleep next to a bunch of very loud chickens (who have no sense of time either). So bring earplugs. The aircon seemed a bit moldy and the bathroom could use a better ventilator.

I can’t imagine better place to stay in Hoi An. The host family is unbelievably welcoming and cordial! I’ve got a tea and some fruits when I arrived, also my room was ready almost 4 hours before the checkin hour. I could use a bike for free. They serve a delicious salty coffee which is very cheap. Breakfast which you choose is delicious (especially banana pankcases!) Even tough not everyone in the family speaks English they try their best to communicate and make your stay the greatest experience. The pool is clean, room is cosy. Also it was my birthday during my stay. And beside this very tasty dinner I’ve received, I found a small birthday cake on my door handle. I find it very heartwarming since I know it was completely unselfishly. I really recommend this place for a stay. That was the best stay I had in Vietnam.

This homestay is absolutely amazing! I felt like home during my stay, I ended up extending for a full week there. The ladies there are so friendly, welcoming and helpful with all you can ask for. The “dorm” is comfy and clean, you have a personal locker; there is also a pool which can be nice if you want to chill. The location is perfect, either by foot or by bike you can easily get to the old town and have a nice bike tour to the beach (30mn from the hostel). They even lend the bike for free. Everyday they give you a bottle of water. So everything is made for you to have the best stay possible. I recommend 100%!

This was one of our favourite stays in Vietnam so far. The ladies working here are so friendly and welcoming, they gave us the choice of 3 rooms which we appreciated. The room was spacious and very clean & comfortable. It had a mini fridge, free bottle of water and A/C. The breakfast was tasty although because of the language barrier, we weren't sure what we were having each time. The pool was great, 2 sunbeds and the ladies brought over a table and chairs for people if there was more than 2 people around the pool. They also brought free tea and snacks over! So lovely. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet but in walking distance of the ancient town and river. They also provide free bikes to use which seem brand new!

Nothing! Just be aware that the breakfast is usually meat that they bring you so if you are a vegetarian, ask for eggs.

The location was perfect, just outside the busy city center but still close enough to reach everything easily. The room was a great size for two people and had air conditioning, which was ideal for the warm weather. The host family was very kind and welcoming.

The breakfast was tasty but a bit small in portion. Also, only some members of the host family spoke English, which made communication a little difficult at times.

This was one of the greatest accommodations I have ever stayed in! The dorms were incredibly spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The hostel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I had a night bus from Da Lat when I arrived and they were kind enough to let me choose my bed, give me a light breakfast and water, and take me to my room and let me rest for the morning! The pool was lovely, the price was great, and the breakfast was just fantastic. I recommend everyone to go stay here because it is just incredible.

Lovely staff, very friendly and happy to help you. Free to use bikes to get around Hoi An. Nicely located in a quiet street, 15-20min walk to Old town with restaurants and bars. Laundry good price per kilo. Nice pool and outdoor space to relax in outside of the bedroom. Bedrooms big and roomy. Good breakfast selection with complimentary tea, coffee and water!

Slight musty smell in the bathroom but did not spread into bedroom.
