We had a wonderful time in Khong Cam Garden. It was like coming home. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Ms Duong were very welcoming and she felt like family. She took very good care of us. We booked tours through them and it were great and not expensive and always on time for pick up. The breakfast is a la carte it was good. The small pool was also good for cooling off . The rooms are big enough for us we booked the Suite (2 rooms)and it was always clean. The villa is very well located. They had a very good primitivo wine too 😁 Only small thing was the air conditioning in room 201 was not really cooling the entire room and when we told them they provide extra fan. Thank you Ms Doung and Ms Hieu for all the tips, advice and chit chats and for taking care of us. Best of our regards and we wish you all well. Hoi An is a very special place. My family and I loved this place. Its location was so convenient, just a quick walk to the Hoi An Old Town with many tiny shops along the way. The hosts were very nice and made us feel welcomed and catered to whatever questions we may have had. We were given welcome drinks and a rundown of the area with a map, and the hosts even offered to reserve certain attractions for us with transport included. We opted to do the Basket Boat ride and a coffee-making class. We even had transport to and from the airport. We had 3 rooms booked and I was grateful that we were given the ground floor rooms as we had a lot of luggage and with older parents travelling with us as well. Otherwise, this place is a walk-up with no elevators. The room itself was nice and comfortable for our short stay. Showers were hot, and the pressure was good. Basic amenities were provided. We had our breakfast orders taken the day before and served when we arrived at the breakfast area in the morning. They also provided laundry services for 45,000 dong for every KG, which we thought was very reasonable. This place felt like you were staying in someone's home, and in a good way. Very hospitable, very welcoming, and I'd recommend this to anyone planning a visit to Hoi An.

There was lots of choices for breakfast, the room was big and very clean, perfect location being just 10 minute walk from the markets & the staff were always so friendly and helpful. Specifically, helping us find the best prices for trips and onward travel and advising us on prices to pay for other things while we’re in Hoi An. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean!

Recommended. Hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Customer service (Duong and Hieu) was excellent and helped us organise a day trip to Bana Hills. Massage can be organised at your hotel room for a reasonable price. Around 10-15mins walk to the main Old Quarter area.

Amazing staff!! Right from when we checked in Dong sat us down and explained all of the activities we could book, as well helped us to book onward travel and activities whilst we stayed so we didn’t have to do anything! She also recommended us tailors to use which was really helpful! All of the staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly and the location is great, it’s just down the road from the old town! The rooms are lovely, clean and we only booked a room without a balcony but we were able to stay in one with a balcony which was really big and so nice! 100% recommend staying here as it’s great value for money and you also get a really nice breakfast included!😊

The room was very spacious and clean for solo travel. The staff were really friendly. I would come back here with my friends. You just have to walk a little bit to be in the ancient city.

I had issues with the wifi, somehow it has disturbed my work online.
