Lovely proprietors , really welcoming .Bed very comfortable, shower HOT and good pressure., room very clean ,The pool was clean and decent size for size of property but very little space around the pool the outside chairs had seen better days .The location is a 10 to 15 minute walk to centre but for us we liked being outside of all the hustle and we felt it was more local and less touristy, we also walked to beach from the hotel which was a good walk but enjoyable you can use their push bikes if you rather .I would definitely recommend for value for money and a more informal feel about your stay .

Perfect location and most friendly and helpful owner 🥹❤️🙏 the villa is easy to find and in walking distance to everything you need. Beds are the most comfy I had on my whole trip (I like them to be very soft) - I really needed some good sleep and I did not get disappointed. I had a room with terrace and enjoyed some morning coffee and evening sun there which was nice. Also there are bicycles you can rent for free which is nice to explore some rice fields around or go to the beach.

Mold in the bathroom and could be a little bit cleaner but nothing particularly bad. Just some hair lying around and the shower that was not perfectly cleaned. I did not care so much. Bed was very fresh and I had a great stay.

I received a very nice welcome from Phoung and Mr Lucky from my check in. They are friendly, warm and kind people. They made me feel like part of their family. Nothing was to big or to small for them to help with or provide for me. My room was very comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the delightful swimming pool. It was cleaned everyday without me asking. The bathroom was the nicest I have had during my stay in Vietnam. It was in a quiet area, but only a 15 minute walk to the center - they have free bikes to use if you need them. I highly recommend VIP Garden Villa as it made my stay in Hoi An all the more special.

Good sized room and bed, very clean, daily cleaning (with new towels everyday). Our room had a balcony with seats that looked out on to the pool and garden. Bathroom was very clean, shower was hot with good pressure. Host was very sweet and helpful, she helped book our transport to da nang for a reasonable price. Laundry was good. 10 min walk from town centre, free bikes available and good motorbike rent price. Pool was clean and open until 10pm and had separate towels. Was a lovely place to stay, would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hoi An! The place is absolutely amazing, everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. The pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring, and the location is ideal, just a short walk to the old town. We truly felt at home here. Super recommended for anyone visiting Hoi An!

We loved everything!

Spacious room, clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and good shower. The location is very convenient, it's only a short walk to the centre and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Some of the rooms at the hotel have a problem with dampness. Ours smelt quite badly and the dampness was visible on the walls. However, we did get used to the smell after we had been inside the room for a while, so it didn't overly impact on our stay.

The hotel was very great. The staff are super friendly and open for conversation. I find myself comfortable spending time here with my wife during a vacation trip from stressful time at work. The hotel has many Japanese decoration such as art and bamboo ornaments. If you are from Japan then you would find very closed to the way the house is decorated! Highly recommend for Tourists who loves to spend time in a quiet and beautiful place!

I am glad to have stayed here for my last nights in Vietnam. It's a beautiful property located 10 minutes walk from the tourist area with a nice little pool out the back. My room was immaculate and quiet and had a balcony overlooking the pool. It was nice to watch the dragonflys zip around in the evening and I must mention the charming family who run the place and were most helpful, especially when I wanted to add a night to my booking. I will go back.

The room was very clean and nice. We had a room facing the street, but it wasn't noisy at night. We really liked the possibility to rent the bicycles for free and travel to the beach. There is some walking distance to the city center, but it's clear from the description and the map. The pool is also nice option when it's warm.

It wasn't our problem but some of the rooms are directly next to the pool - so it might be disturbing when there are other people using it. But as mentioned above it wasn't our problem at all.

Couldn’t recommend the queen pool view room option highly enough for a couple in Hoi An. Great Location for seeing the amazing town by foot or bike. You wouldn’t want to stay any closer to old town as the great nightlife continues all night. We arrived at 6am on check in day and the host couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we were looked after the whole time. Beautiful room and nice pool
