The hotel has impeccable service. The staff does everything to make your stay as perfect and comfortable as possible. We were extremely well looked after by Sarah and Susan. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a day of rest. The pool was an oasis in the heat of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop was very pleasant. Vivian even gave me a personal recipe for Vietnamese coffee. I can't recommend the place more. Professionalism and affection. Rank 10!

Superb hotel. Lovely staff, personal service and a good location a short walk into the town. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Spa great value for guests. Sky bar nice views of hoi an.

Duvets quite thick so need air con on low overnight to prevent getting too hot. Duplex suite lovely with balcony but upper floor windows look out directly onto sky bar area from the 6th floor so need to keep blinds down!

The hotel is in a great location for both the cultural centre of Hoi An and the beach (although for the beach you would require a taxi or bike). The area is quiet and has some small eating places but well within walking distance of the main Old Town area. Our room (508) was beautifully decorated with a lovely bathroom, hardwood floors a TV and a small balcony with furniture, overlooking the beautiful pool. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept really well (it’s a quiet neighbourhood). There was a safe/minibar and a wardrobe and good lighting all in good working order. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice, great bread. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard, bikes are offered free to use if required.

I travel a lot and rarely give a 10/10 rating for a hotel, but this one really deserves it - for the following reasons: + extremely friendly staff (especially Thuy/Chloe, but all the rest of the staff were very nice also), helping with lots of special requests/questions as well + nice breakfast with 12 hot dishes (varying every day), fruits and some bread options + comfortable and extremely big bed (probably the most spacious bed that I have slept in in a hotel (maybe 2.20 m width?)) + stable and extremely fast internet (I measured 208 Mbit/s download- and 169 Mbit/s upload speed) + good cleanliness + good location a bit outside the core city center of Hoi An, so it's not that noisy but you can still reach most places within 5-10 min bike ride (with the free bikes that the hotel provides) + nice small pool (though during daytime it could get too crowded to swim, especially on the weekend)

- noise insulation could be improved: the window didn't close properly, so there was a gap, through which outside noise could come in (thankfully the area was not so noisy and a bit sheltered by the semi-closed inner courtyard facing the pool) - selection of food in the restaurant could be better (and the crepe was not very tasty also) - the location of the light switch and sockets in the middle of the bed was a bit odd

The location may not suit all travelers as it about 10 minutes walk from the edge of the old town, however, the hotel provides bicycles which we found to be the best way to explore. The brakes were a little questionable at times but the doorman was eager to pump up the tires and adjust the seat height for our comfort. All the staff in general were eager to please. They seemed to ask a lot of questions ("Where are you going now? What are your plans for tonight?) and we were initially taken aback but soon realized they ask these questions because they want to offer hospitable suggestions or make arrangements for us. Sometimes they merely wanted to make conversation with us. It felt sincere and we felt genuinely taken care of. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The king sized bed was excellent.

There is a design flaw in the shower door that drips water onto the bathroom floor. I kept stubbing my toe on the raised step out of the bathroom. The rooms are not well sound insulated and we could hear traffic, roosters, people on other balconies etc.

I liked how hospitable the staff were. They offered me a complimentary drink upon checking in. The hotel breakfast was great. It offered many different options, both Western and Asian. My room and the hotel decor were beautiful. I loved the look of the pool area (great for IG photos). I really loved the mattress in my room. It was one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of Hoi An's Old Town area. If you wanted to walk or ride a bike it wouldn't take you that long to reach the center.

I had a small issue with mosquitoes in my room (to the point where I couldn't sleep). The front desk gave me one of those bug zapper rackets. I wish the hotel offered something like a mosquito net to guests for peace of mind. Mosquito nets are pretty inexpensive and considering the problem with Dengue Fever in Vietnam, it's something the hotel should consider.

We enjoyed being a bit removed from the bustle of old town area, but could easy walk to it when we wanted. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options (both western and Asian). All of the staff were so very sweet and friendly. They even took the time to remember my name and would greet me at breakfast each day. We enjoyed the rooftop bar with daily happy hour. The views were so great! The pool was small, but worked for us. When we needed to leave and transfer to our hotel in Da Nang the front desk made all the arrangements and even accommodated my request to stop at Marble Mt. for a few hours on the way to Da Nang. Just incredible!!

Great value for money! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Especially Chloe. The rooms are very clean. Our bed was super king size and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and had lots of variety of western and Vietnamese food plus french pastries. Good coffee. They have a beautiful Spa where you can get Wonderful facials and massages. The location is only a little bit of the centre and only 12 min walk or 2 minutes in taxi or Grab. There's a convenient store next door and across the road. Very handy to get snacks and drinks. It also has a roof top bar that has happy hour, buy one get one free. They can hold your luggages at the Lobby after you check out if you wish. Would stay here again.

The staff of this hotel are polite, professional, friendly, and truly added to my positive stay here. The manager also deserves credit for training staff to be amazing. Probably the best customer service I have received from all my Vietnam hotel stays. From the doorman to the housekeepers, I felt like I was staying at a 5-star hotel. The hotel was well maintained and located in the part of town where you don't hear a lot of noise. The bed was super comfortable, which is hard to find in hotels in Asia. The hotel also has a nice rooftop bar/restaurant that you can enjoy if you don't feel like going out. I will surely return to stay again.

We loved Hoi An Delicacy Hotel so much that we extended our stay by 4 nights ! From our clean and comfortable rooms to the fabulous pool area and delicious buffet breakfast , our experience here was amazing . The location is ideal & the staff could not be more accommodating or welcoming . The spa is also fabulous with great offers . Our best stay in Vietnam!

We loved everything. There was one night that there was a lot of noise on the streets due to a funeral , but this is not to the fault of the hotel.
