I recently stayed at the Hoi A Central Boutique Hotel again and loved it even more the second time. The staff is competent, attentive to every detail, over the top friendly, and just fun to be around. Both the room and bathroom is spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated. There’s also a balcony big enough for a small table and 2 chairs, The bed is comfortable. Wasn’t able to lounge by the beautiful pool, it was still too cold unfortunately. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve seen - huge variety, really delicious. The center of town is walking distance away, and they also have bicycles for you to use. Makes for a fun day exploring the surroundings. Be sure to ask for Hang if you choose to indulge yourself with a wonderful massage. And a huge shout out to Irene and Rose who both went out of their way to make my stay memorable and fun. I hope to return!

We had a great few nights here. The hotel is on a busy road, but it’s just a short walk from a good selection of restaurants and other places to go. The staff were fantastic and really added to the experience—always warm and friendly. Rose in particular was especially helpful and attentive. After the first night, we were offered a room change due to the road noise, which was much appreciated. My son also misplaced his shoes during our stay, and the staff were quick to help us look for them, which was a big help. I’d happily recommend this lovely hotel to friends and family

I loved how charming and quaint the hotel was from the moment i checked in til i checked out the staff was absolutely accommodating and so friendly! Joy was exceptional with her service and hospitality. She sat down and gave the best recommendations around the city from food, clothing and things to do! I had a spa treatment everyday i was there and i loved all of Sang’s team! They were all so professional and had very strong hands! The pool was a hot spot cause of how hot it was but still so nice and relaxing. The night market is a quick 8 minute walk from the hotel and has such good shopping, entertainment and food! I will be back! Thanks for an amazing stay.

The only thing that bothered me was the walls were kinda thin and if people see talking in the hallway it was really loud at night when you were trying to sleep.

Our host Hoa Fo - lovely lady who welcomed us when we arrived and checked us in. She also was an amazing host for the rest of our time at the hotel, very friendly, professional and helpful. We loved the hotel, the pool was the best on our trip, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. We had adjoining rooms with our daughter, and that was perfect. Great location, and happy hour was also a nice treat. Drinks by the pool relaxing. It was a great sanctuary in a very touristy town, and we would highly recommend staying here. They organized our coconut boat tour, and suggested a delicious place to eat dinner. Loved it!

Fantastic property close to ancient town but not too close. Very clean and the staff were excellent. Our room was exceptionally great value and being on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the pool was nice. This place is truly beautiful and I would happily stay here again. The included breakfast was great and the place was so clean with the staff attentive to every need.

Nothing, the place, the staff and the location were excellent

The staff are excellent, Kim Joy, Pink, and Phillip were awesome, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, so much choice for breakfast, the restaurant food was good, and the pool was great, all the facilities were good. I would 100% recommend and would definitely go back

The hotel was wonderful. Clean facilities in and out, from the restaurant to the pool, to the room. Staff was very helpful with great attitudes. Ms. Kamy, the hotel concierge and point of contact through the Booking.Com was such a great help during check-in with any small details needed like to remind us of free bike rental, the times of complimentary breakfast, or her and other guests recommendations of places to eat, drink, and tailors. For us being in our early 30s, the location was good.. very walkable to the markets and the main nightlife area. Couple of very good coffee spots within 2-3 min walk as well.

Exceptional staff. Nothing was too much trouble.Outstanding service at all times. Joy was indeed a joy. Very knowledgeable and professional. Checked on us everyday. Could not ask for more. Large well furnished rooms with powerful shower. Great swimming pool. So relaxing. Great massages at the Spa. Perfect location, 10 minutes walk to the centre or 20k dong by electric taxi.

Just one problem which the hotel has no control over. It's such a shame. The noise from the rooster, geese, and dog next door disturbed our sleep!! If you can tolerate this, I would highly recommend it.

The property was in excellent condition. Everything was impeccably clean and the hotel itself was gorgeous and so aesthetically pleasing. Our room was wonderful, the cleanest, most comfortable property we’ve stayed at during our entire two month long trip. The staff were amazing, especially Joy who took wonderful care of us our entire trip and made us feel at home. When we come back to Hoi An, we will stay here again 1000%.

Was very central to everything Had everything we required. Good pool. Great buffet breakfast Staff - Mary, Pink, Kim, Tammy, Helen, Lyn and Rose were all amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Always so friendly and made us feel so very welcome
