We loved the comfortable beds, good shower, the location, the refreshing pool, breakfast options, free filtered water, nice staff and the cleanliness (new sheets and towels every other day and a sweep and mop through our room, really nice). We had a GREAT stay! The hotel offers a laundry service of 60.000VND p/kg. Our laundry came back really soft and fresh. The city centre is about a 15 minute walk and the beach is 5km away. You can easily take a Grab to the beach or take the free bicycles. They were too small for us though (tall Dutch people: 173 cm and 193 cm haha) but since they were free that's all okay :) The staff is so nice and friendly. We really felt at home. Just a little note: the road around the hotel can be busy in the early morning so bring earplugs for sleeping of you sleep light like me.

Excellent location - walkable to pedestrian streets but quiet. Good restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff (made christmas presents to our kids). Good beds in bedrooms. Good choices for breakfast - didn't get boring even after 6 days. Nice small pool also.

Difficult to keep the room and our belongings dry during rainy period - even though we kept AC running on dry mode, didn't help too much. Wet shoes and towels just wouldn't get dry even in several days.

This is truly the best place we have stayed on our travels so far. When we arrived, we were given water and the key to our room and when we opened the door, I just loved it. The room was so clean, everything coordinated beautifully, the bed was so comfy, it was just perfect AND we got breakfast, which was delicious - the orange juice was made from fresh oranges and the breakfast choice was great. There's a swimming pool, but it was a bit cold for us! Honestly, it was just the best ❤️ On the map, it looks a little further out and it is, but still within walking distance to everything.

Spacious room (studio) with balcony on the top floor. Woken up by the roosters in the early morning. Delightful owners (family), extremely friendly, respectful and hospitality minded, free bicycles to use, 5 min from the old town in a tranquil residential area, a breath of fresh air. Easy to go the historic town by walk or bicycle. Breakfast of your choice, from banana pan cakes, banh mi, to pho, at asked timing. Easy money exchange. Good starting point to go by bicycle to explore the countryside, see the rice paddies, visit the beach (4+ km)

Nothing it was perfect in every way.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean and had an additional room with a kitchen and a dining room just for us. The only noises you hear are from the nature and animals. The breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the pool. It is some minutes walking from the center in a more quiet area. The wifi was very fast and worked perfectly.

A beautiful hotel, with a pool to cool off in after a day out. A very spacious, clean room with all facilities we needed. A great breakfast to set us up for the day. It was only a short 5 minute walk to the centre of Hoi An where there were bars and restaurants, and sights such as the old bridge and the boats with lanterns. A Grab to the beach cost 50,000 vd. Very nice smiley people running the hotel. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Lovely welcoming staff who made the apartment feel very homely and comfortable. Huge room with a nice bed and adjoining bathroom. Good quality breakfast homemade every day. Highly recommend for a stay in Hoi An.

Location was further out from restaurants and activities but it’s absolutely fine if you don’t mind a short enjoyable walk through the town.

This place is very sweet! It’s close to old town, but it’s on a quiet street so it’s not noisy at all. The owners are so friendly. They don’t speak one word of English, but it doesn’t matter because they’re just so nice. Spacious room. Very clean. We needed extra pillows and they provided them right away.

Big apartment, 7 minutes of walking to the old city. Comfortable bed. Breakfast doesn't worth it, one of the worst I had. There is a kitchen in the apartment but no stove or any cooking facilities. Huge cellular anthana is right next to the hotel.
