For the price that is charged you really cannot get any better than this place!! It so so clean very comfortable and the couple that run it are so kind and caring, they always offer to help, always ask how your day has been and what your plans are for the day/night, they offer free bicycles to guests and also offer moped rental. The lady was even kind enough to upgrade me and my partner free of charge. Location is also great only a 10 minute walk into the old town

Nothing everything was great

The best stay we’ve ever had!! The house is gorgeous and in a beautiful residential area 5 mins from the old town. Free bike rental and the room was amazing. The cleanest room with a proper shower, a lot of space, plenty of light and balcony. We got upgraded for free to a bigger room and loved the balcony and how bright the room was. Would always stay here if back in Hoi An. Owner is lovely and so friendly. Extended our stay here and wish we could’ve stayed longer if wasn’t fully booked. Thank you!

The family are so accommodating and the most friendly. They have so many connections around town so anything you need they can get it you. Scooters, Cars, Tours and even buses. They helped us with our visa extension and even did our laundry. The owners are amazing! This property is in a quiet place just off the main road meaning you can walk to Old Town in a reasonable time or drive or get a Grab in 5 minutes I really recommend staying at this property!

The owner is so lovely and helpful. we extended our stay as we liked it so much. The rooms were modern, clean and had fridge and very good a/c. Walking distance to the centre of old town, restaurants etc. The owner let us use her bicycles if we wanted. She also offers laundry service and scooter hire. 100% recommend and would stay again. thank you!

Everything is wonderful! The host is always there for you. Property locates in a new and quiet neighborhood, yet still very close to the old quarters. Room is clean, bed is comfy, towels are fresh and shower is hot.

the room was spacious and clean with very good air con. The host was excellent and very helpful. she did our laundry and helped us book trips. Also provided transport to the airport on departure.

It's a home converted to hotels, so they treat you as their home guests. Very friendly and helpful nature. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and well maintained as well.

Property was clean, it is located near old town. The hosts were very friendly and helped me get good prices with tourist attractions and taxi rides.

The owner is friendly and kind, although English is not perfect, but willing to explain or communicate with us at her best.
