The staff were brilliant, really welcoming and helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to get clothes tailored and go for food. The room was very comfortable, lovely bathroom and a nice view over the riverside. The villa is very close to the old town as well but far enough to not hear the music from the bars late at night.

The bed was a bit creaky and felt like it was collapsing underneath us by the end of our stay. The other issue we had was the building works next door started at 7am every morning and once they started it was far too loud to get back to sleep, so that was not a pleasant thing to wake up to every morning.

The whole experience with the hotel was fantastic, they booked a pickup for us, kept in touch even before arrival to ensure we were met. We did have 4 people, 1 of whom arrived at a different terminal, though round about the same time. Hanh was our contact and she exceeded expectations for the whole two weeks we were there. All the staff were fantastic and just wanted us to enjoy our stay, with no worries. As we were leaving the owners gave us a gift because we stayed for so long. It was so sweet, completely unexpected and we were very touched. Totally recommend staying in this hotel, it’s the quiet end of the river and just 5 minutes walk to the old town.

I love the staff the lady boss the most. She has the most brightest smily face. Most of the times we do not understand something, we will look for her. The staff and the lady boss equally friendly. The location was also ok. Maybe walking to the old town is quite a distance but if you have a motorbike or bicycle or you can call the electric car just less than 10 minit away from this hotel. The interior is clean and good. Can see the river view as well from the hotel. The pancake and coffee is good! Breakfast definitely will be given a free pancake may it be pineapple or banana pancake during our stay. They taste good!

Rather disappointed when my friend room with 2 single bed have bath tub in their room, wherelse mine with queen bed doesn't have a bath tub. The pool is rather small so not much space to swim. But if going with small kids this place should be just perfect.

Such an amazing place to stay in Hoi An! We kept extending our stay at this slice of paradise after backpacking through Asia for 3 months. It is incredibly cheap for the quality and modern style of the rooms, the attentive service and a lush pool to cool off in which is a necessity during the middle of the day. Hanh and Tram at reception were very helpful organising transport, a snorkelling tour and laundry. The location is great being only a 10 minute walk along the river into the old town - far enough a way from the chaos of the crowds but still easy enough to get to restaurants, shopping etc. If you’re looking to treat yourself on a budget, this is the place!

If you are staying in Hoi An then the Threeway Riverside Villa is your place. If is close enough to walk into the old town easily but also quiet at night. The rooms are immaculate and there is everything you need for a wonderful stay. The best thing is the staff. Tram and Hanh are a real credit to the hotel. Nothing was ever too much trouble for either of them. They looked up cafes, booked us onto activities (coffee making and lantern making) and even looked up and booked some beauty appointments. I am so grateful to Tram and Hanh for making a wonderful stay, exceptional! You two are AMAZING! 🤩 !

This hotel was lovely and clean. Just outside the hustle and bustle of town but only a 10min ride or 15 min walk away. A lovely restaurant out the front which was open until 11pm. The pool was sparkling and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Tram was lovely and looked after everything we needed, even when her shift finished, she completed our tour bookings before leaving. Highly recommend.

It didn't bother us but there is no lift. There are only 3 levels and not many stairs but this may be a challenge for some particularly to get your luggage up.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience. The food was incredibly tasty and exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay special was the host – she was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout. Her warm behavior made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was also perfect, offering convenience and great surroundings. From the cleanliness to the hospitality, everything was top-notch. We felt comfortable and well taken care of during our entire stay. We are fully satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Everything I would want in a hotel plus more. Stayed 3 weeks and next year it will be a month which shows how incredible this place is. Staff always helping, clean rooms, great smelling towels!!!!! Bottled water and bikes always available. Breakfast offered several choices of hot foods and fruits. So close to Old Town for people watching, tons of cafes and watching the unique lantern boats at night. Staff went out of their way to help print some documents I needed. Room very quiet as street noise or people next door were rarely heard. Best choice on the river with its sunset and sunrise views.

I would not change anything except making the days longer to enjoy!

The staff were absolutely amazing ! Before I arrived they contacted me via WhatsApps to see if I needed transport and confirmed my check in time. Happy to help you out with anything you need, but do not push it. When we checked in, they sat us down to give us a run down of tours, prices, recommended restaurants etc. Check in on each guest every day to make sure they were happy and if they needed anything. The room was big and spacious and I loved being able to sit out the front and see the water. Free bikes to ride into town (ask how to lock them as we didn't know the first couple of days). Breakfast had the same menu every day, but plenty of options. Be sure to order the night before if you are wanting local dishes. Thank you so much for our awesome stay!

The lights in the pool were loose and wires everywhere. They were not connected and it was safe to swim, but probably need fixing asap. It would be great to have somewhere comfortable to sit around the pool when it's raining 😁

The two ladies on reception made our stay happy and memorable. So friendly and helpful and genuinely interested in where we were from and how they could help to make our time in Hoi An enjoyable. Our room 210 was spacious and had a good view of the river. The walk in shower was huge and the water was hot! The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast you have to order the night before. One item per person. Perfectly cooked and served with fresh fruits, juice and filter coffee which I really liked. Also we could park our private scooter inside at night, nice and secure.

This is now my favourite hotel to stay while in Hoi An so nothing to dislike.
