Very friendly stuff, good shower, we loved the free bikes to explore the beautiful rice fields surrounding the Homestay. Breakfast is a la carte, no buffet. We would definitely stay here again instead of staying in the crowded old town.

Our room was very dark and with no view and we didn’t get a room upstairs we thought we booked.

What a fantastic stay at Eden Villas. Tien was incredibly helpful with booking the Hoi An Memories evening (which we would highly recommend) and also snorkeling with a local dive group. She and her team were kind, helpful, cheerful and nothing was to much trouble. Tien also upgraded our room which was wonderful. The room was big and airy with a beautiful view of the rice fields. The bed was comfortable also. The accommodation itself was lovely. Clean and tidy and welcoming. The swimming pool was pristine and lovely to swim in after our day out snorkeling. I'd highly recommended this lovely spot to stay in. It's outside of town but only a 25 minute walk through the gorgeous Hoi An streets to get to the old town. You can also borrow bikes or scooters from the Villa. We cycled through the rice fields to a beautiful restaurant called Chillax, highly recommended! Lovely property surrounded by rice paddies. Our family had adjoining rooms which were well equipped with relatively comfortable beds. Pool was lovely. We borrowed bicycles to ride to the beach which was nice - my daughter (10) sat on the back of my husband's bike. Location was great - quiet and pretty just outside of the town proper - in a small cluster of small hotels. The walk in to town was about 20-30 minutes, which we did twice a day - you can take a taxi if you would rather. There are restaurants and cafes close by, but we spent most of our time in the old town. The staff were very kind and helpful, helping us arrange inbound (before our stay), and outbound (once we arrived) transportation.

I can’t recommend Eden Hoi An Villas enough – a true 10/10 experience! This beautiful, family-run villa exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Man, who went above and beyond to make our stay special, even upgrading us to a lovely room with a bath at no extra cost. The villa itself is stunning, with a peaceful atmosphere and a gorgeous swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after exploring. One of the best perks was the free bicycles, making it so easy to cycle into the heart of Hoi An in just 10-20 minutes. The location is great – away from the crowds but still surrounded by charming cafés and local spots. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well - equipped, including smart TVs with Netflix - perfect for unwinding after a day out. If you’re looking for a place with exceptional service, comfort, and convenience, this is it! Would absolutely stay here again.

Worker were very helpful and kind! Helped me adjust and order food on the first day because I didn't have any idea of what food was good in vietnam ( yep just took a plane and got there no research) ~ I really appreciated the time here. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday :) free bicycle was really great to use ( until my under exercised self couldnt xD ) and they also have bike for rent ( but I am too scared to drive a bike ahah) put some pic I took before leaving because there is now tree in front of the balcony so the view is a little different but still bery beautiful ~ ( had all my stuff on the bed so I couldnt bear to take one of the bed xD

Unfortunately for me, there was a typhoon the day before I arrived that broke the water system in part of the hotel including my room so I didnt have hot water the first day evening(found out late like 9~10 pm ish they tried to fix it but at night it was difficult), and the area electricity as well xD my luck~ they fixed the water asap the next morning! And electricity was fixed by the city too but while we waited for the electricity to be fixed an employee let me use her portable battery charger for the whole day so I had battery on my phone to use maps ! ( so not really anything I didnt appreciate but more me being out of luck )

It was in a lovely quiet area, almost rice paddies not far from Old town. Had bicycles if wanted to ride to town or not far with a grab on a $2. Rooms were very large and bright, great showers and comfortable beds. Staff are amazing 🤩, Quyen and Luna are just beautiful and Quyen went above and beyond to help us with any thing from breakfast to arranging tickets and tours. We would definitely come back to this hotel, we even had the owner cook us breakfast and had a chat to us. This hotel offers a personal touch which is very hard to find in any country 😊.

The things that were great about the property : 1. the hosts are friendly and polite, 2. the location is beautiful- you're amongst padi fields and close to the city central 3. there are bicycles available at the property ( not the best condition) but available nevertheless 4. the rooms are spacious 5. hot water & AC works

The things that can be a little better: 1. there is no elevator but the owners are building one, 2. the fan was wobbly and really loud ( it did feel like it was going to fall off ! :D) 3. one of the bathrooms was a little leaky causing a bad smell 4. we only had 1 day of housekeeping out of the 3 days we stayed 4. you can only contact owner via whatsapp

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late checkout and letting us relax by the pool while we waited for our delayed flight. The rooms were large and well-appointed. The location among the rice fields offered amazing sunrise and sunset views, with easy paths to explore the area. Bicycles were available for guests, which was very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the Old Town was just a short taxi/Grab ride away. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was some construction going on on the property, but this was limited to the day and did not affect us at all.

Lovely tranquil location amongst the rice fields. Free bike hire and a beautiful pool. The staff are very friendly and Minh was fantastic at organising any tours we requested. The breakfasts were exceptional.

An idyllic hotel in a perfect location away from the old town and overlooking beautiful rice fields. The staff are all so warm and kind. It was really a pleasure to meet them and they made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was charming and super clean, just as shown on the pictures. I spent a week here and could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
