We could not fault this little gem. It was immaculately clean, situated in a quiet location but only a 5 minute bike ride to the town and the beach. Run by a beautiful family who couldn’t have been more accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony and huge bathroom! The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were only too happy to help with information, directions and bookings, while giving us space and courtesy. The pool was a great bonus too. We would highly recommend this place to both families, couples and sole travellers… ten out of ten!

The accommodation is lovely. Rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with air conditioning. The breakfast is good - tasty banana pancakes, or eggs in different forms. You can borrow bikes for free and the family, who owns the vila and takes care of you is also happy to arrange a scooter rental if you want. The vila is a bit out of the centre, so you will need either to rent a scooter or take Grab back home.

Our room was occupied by somebody else when we arrived, so we agreed to stay in a different room for one night, but then there was more confusion with the rooms so in the end we stayed in another different room for next couple days. The family was very kind and the mum of the owner made us a dinner to make up for that. I am sure we were just unlucky.

All was great. We were a large family group and had 2 family rooms, 2 twins and 1 double. All the beds were huge, and comfortable. We were here 4 nights and were extremely comfortable. The family was wonderful, not a lot of English, but then we had very little Vietnamese, however, it all worked out. It is a bit out of town, but very peaceful and the swimming pool delightful. Breakfast was terrific,, just ordered for the first day and then we could alter if we wanted too. Great! Family ordered large taxis for us wherever we wanted to go, very cheap, and very much fun for all of us especially the kids. Would definitely stay here again, very relaxing at the end of our trip in Vietnam. Organised a transfer to Da Nang airport, which was terrific. Many thanks to you all, we have lots of great memories.

Nothing at all to dislike

We are travelling on a budget and this was hands down the best property we stayed at in our price category. The room was exactly as pictures, very clean, spacious and comfortable, very well equipped, AC worked perfectly. The room was cleaned daily and anything missing (water, toilet paper) was replenished. The pool was very refreshing with enough space to chill. There were six breakfast + 4 drink options, the breakfast was delicious and was always prepared with extra care - the vietnamese bun was hot, vegetables were added and a little bowl with salt and pepper was provided. Bicycles were available for free and laundry and scooter rental was reasonably priced. The location was amazing, it was a little oasis of peace and quiet but less than 10min bike ride to center. There was a supermarket around the corner and good restaurants within a 10min walk. The owners spoke very little English but with the help of Google translate they always did their very best to answer our questions and fulfill our requests - it was like staying at your grandparents :)

My best friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and had the most lovely experience. The family were so friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and we loved having pancakes and coffee by the pool every morning. We felt this was the perfect location as it’s about 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of the old town. Highly recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Hoi An.

The best thing about this hotel is the lovely family that own and run it! We stayed 4 nights and they were so friendly throughout our whole stay. The breakfast which is included is a great portion and very tasty. Our room was large and comfortable, and the pool was nice to have to chill and cool down! It was super handy to have the free bikes, as it is a little way out of town.

You can hear noise from outside early in then morning, but otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Nice homestay with a friendly lady as hostess. Large rooms and common outdoor area. Good breakfast with some options to choose from + fresh fruits.

Bedsheets had stains and there was some mold in the bathroom. We thought that the bikes were free to use but then we were asked to “give something” at check-out. It’s no issue, we just didn’t know beforehand.

Very nice family run holiday home. Location is very good in between an Old town and the beach which you can easy get to on the bicycle that is there ready for you. In the morning they serve nice breakfast and you feel like on the contryside it is nice and quite. There is shop right on the corner from the villa and very good noodle Phó restaurant if you need quick food or drink. Good value for money as well

The stay at Jessica's Place was great. The room is big and clean, the location a bit outside which makes it quiet at night, the breakfast is Vietnamese Soup and (good!) coffee and fruits. Jessica helped us booking the bus to the next town, getting a Tour to My Son as well as translating on the phone in a minor emergency. She also offers laundry service. And the shower worked well. The garden seems very nice, sadly weatherconditions didn't give us the opportunity to test it out that much. I guess during dry season it's even better, since it's close to the beach and should be close enough with a bycicle!

Only two small recommendations: Since it should not only rain when we visit Hoi An, but should rain more often in general, a place to hang wet stuff (except the wooden cupboard) would be nice. And to me, the bathroom door wouldn't need to be a milky glasdoor. I know this is popular at the moment, but always weird to me - no matter in which combination I'm traveling.

The breakfast was delicious,, lovely pool was great for families in big rooms. I enjoyed bike riding to Hidden beach the best beach for swimming in Vietnam. Not crowded with good cafe food smoothies. Fantastic tailor could make up shorts well you sun bathed.
