Everything. Photos are true. All reviews are spot on. Very friendly and efficient staff. Spacious room, spotlessly clean, everything as described and in perfect working order: minibar, air-conditioning, shower, WiFi, fan, pool. Nice breakfast, quite a few options available to eat and drink. Nice thick towels, bed, chairs and desk, and free bicycles to borrow if you want to explore the city. 20' walk to Ancient City. 12' walk to Hahn Cafe, if you are using that bus company. I was allowed to check in at 07.30, at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated after a 12-hour overnight bus journey. Would definitely go back if I were in Hoi An again. This hotel is in an ideal location, just a short walk from the old town. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and charming, with lovely cafés nearby. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The swimming pool is clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with both a fan and air conditioning for added comfort. The bed was especially cozy, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This place was awesome! On the outskirts of the town so it was very nice and quiet! The pool was so big and clean aswell as the rooms and bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from. Best of all was the hosts who were so so lovely and helpful- they showed us everywhere to go in town and food recommendations, tour options and we booked a sleeper bus with them easy as that picked us up from the accommodation. This place has been our favourite stay in Vietnam. All the family who own are amazing Ly and his wife are beautiful people and so helpful. We took there recommendations and ate where they said and they did not disappoint. The free bikes were amazing to get about and everywhere is walking distance. Breakfast was amazing everyday. Rooms were big and spacious, hot water and cleaned everyday. Would highly recommend 👌

Everything was great, location is not in the city center but this was way better, not so busy but still close. The swimming pool was good and breakfast had some good options. The room got a clean everyday and the host is nice and will help with everything you need.

The owner was amazing, such a lovely person, gave us free bikes, organised tours, train tickets entry to ba na hills and a driver His tour prices and driver prices were spot on, emailed us all the tickets, gave us valuable insights to plan the rest of our trip, and his mixed omelette was the best so far Highly recommend staying here

Lovely owner who let me arrive and stay at 4am after a long night bus from Da Lat! Very friendly place with big rooms and lovely breakfast!

I couldn’t get hot water from the shower and my AC didn’t appear to work, but there was a fan and for the price I can’t really complain!

Pool was great, it was clean and quiet Rooms were huge and comfy and clean Relaxed atmosphere, could walk to old town in 20 mins/ cycle in 5
