I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that the location was simply amazing. It was situated right between the old town and the beach, which made it very convenient for me to explore the city and enjoy the seaside atmosphere. Moreover, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, despite its central location. This made it a perfect place to stay for an extended period of time, as I was able to rest and work without any disturbance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in the heart of the city

Bicycles is free for all more far places you want come

Massive bedroom, that was clean, had a comfortable bed and was quiet. We organised a pick up via the hotel from Da Nang after our nightbus which was handy as we didn’t have to worry about that, and the hotel let us check in straight away (around 8.30am) which was massively appreciated after quite an awful bus ride. Free bike rentals to get into the old town/ beach which was great. The pool was lush and felt really fresh to cool down in on a hot day. The baguettes served with breakfast were so fresh and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helped us book a cooking course (which we ended up being the only people on as apparently not many do the morning tour) so was a great value for money.

There was a damp smell in the room that was a bit unpleasant. It’s a 10-15 min cycle into the old town so great if you want peace and quiet but if you’re unable to cycle it’s a bit of a walk/ you’d have to pay for transport.

The Villa is very beautiful and is located in a more local area rather than the very centre of Hoi An’s attractions but they have bycicles you can use for free which is a plus and more fun :) the staff was great, I arrived early and they arranged it so I could check-in shortly after I arrived. The receptionist and the safety guard were lovely and the manager too. Spacious room. Will surely come back!

My room had mould on parts of the ceiling :( but I understand it may have been due to covid that there hasn’t been as much maintenance as the same happened with some plants or pots on the balcony, broken. The shower had uncleaned lime. Limited breakfast options could be improved.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was as described, very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was nice but there was a limited selection. The hotel was located 5-10 minutes from Hoi An old town by scooter but the receptionist helped organise scooter rental for us.

The pool is by the entrance so lacks privacy, can be easily seen by anyone walking along the street so felt too uncomfortable to use.

The personal is super nice and the breakfast in the accommodation tasted very good. There are also bicycles for free, so you can go to the city center really quick. The poolarea was very clean, as well as the rooms. And the laundry service is also a plus.

The property is cute and quiet. The rooms are really nice and the staff is what made our trip! They are very helpful and always available when you need them. The rooms are clean and spacious. The area around Hoianation is pretty safe. The overall quality for what you pay is very good.

The location is a bit far from the city center. It’s about a 30 minute drive and there is only Grabs and taxis here. We needed to pull out Vietnamese Dong and get a SIM card the walk was about 16 minutes from the hotel. If breakfast is included in your stay it is so so and I recommend eating breakfast locally as the food quality is 5/10. You order what you want the day before there is no buffet or traditional American breakfast for those looking for that. The hotel has just two floors so taking the stairs was not a problem for us but for those that need accommodations must know that the elevator is fit for one person max so it is very very tiny.

They have signs you can put on the door to 'make up my room' but they don't check and you have to go specifically ask them. We only got our room made up once in a 6 day stay and you had to spoon feed them to 'empty the bins/new towels etc'. There is also a kettle but they don't provide any mugs or tea/coffee, bathroom towels are very small, air conditioning not very strong, they were doing construction work in the hotel while we were there (which they checked with us upon check in) but it started at 7am in the morning so would wake us up and if you came back to the hotel during the day you would hear drilling constantly.

Everyone was very nice here. They were very accommodating when we needed to change the dates. They offered us private car to and from our next destination for cheaper than the taxis. They have free breakfast every morning which is all very tasty, and they had the best iced coffee I have ever had and we have been in Vietnam for over 3 weeks now. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. the laundry was reasonable price and our clothes smelt so good after! they also have free bike rentals and they have lots of bikes to rent so you don’t have to worry they are all taken up. You can ride the bikes into the main area and only takes about 10 minutes. Grab to town only costs about $3 CAD, and they also have shuttle few times a day for about half the cost. They also have a very nice and clean pool. I recommend staying here if you come to Hoi An! Beautiful place :)

About 2kms from the center it was difficult for us to get a taxi ride back to the hotel late night.

only stayed 1 night as we extended our trip, we managed to check in early and I think we were upgraded to the big room with two double beds which was great however we were told we could only sleep in the one bed as housekeeping were busy the next day. the pool is really nice and clean just a few flowers and leaves that fly in. could maybe use more sun loungers as there is only 2. staff were super friendly and managed to book us a car to take us to the airport the next morning. didn’t try the breakfast as we checked out too early.

room was clean but the floor felt abit dusty and the desk had some marks/spillages on. Could hear abit of noise from the room next door and people walking above but nothing major. The location is about a 6 minute drive from the old town which is easy but we did struggle getting grab cars as they said it was too far away but still managed to get one.
