Mulberry silk Collection is my favourite place to stay in Hoi An. It is close enough to the ancient town via a free shuttle service, 5 minute drive but far away when you need to get away for a relaxing time at the pool or walk around their lush gardens. The staff are exceptional, with Nancy Thinh concierge fantastic. So very helpful and accommodating. I forgot an adapter for my devices and she promptly gave me one from the reception. Nancy was always around to ask questions about the best tailor, leather maker or cafe to eat at. Her attention to detail made our stay that much more memorable. Thank you Hoi A for the many memories.

There was nothing that I disliked about the property. If I had to be overly critical, I would say that breakfast could have been a little longer, so from 6.30-11am and not 10.30.. But that is being extremely difficult ☺️

Amazing place to stay, staff were fantastic and it was close to everything but also just a little bit away so you had a chance to relax. The silk tour was so interesting.

October is very rainy, so it was hard to do the bike tours or really explore. So next time we go in march

Just loved the feel of the hotel, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the friendliness of the beautiful staff . The gardens and pool were always clean and tidy. A very homely place to stay.

Very nice hotel, we booked a pool-view villa with our 18 month old and it was very nice. The room was very big and the bed was extremely comfortable and we got a nice travel cot for our daughter. The kids playroom is HUGE and has so many fun toys for the kids. There are two nice pools and you can order drinks and some food from the pool-side bar. The staff is amazing and wants to do everything they can to help you. Bathroom was also huge with a shower and bathtub.

The restaurant was medium at best. One of us unfortunately got a bad stomach after the breakfast buffet. Takes about 30 min to walk to the old town and not much to do in the surrounding area so it takes at least 15 min to walk somewhere where there’s something to do. They do provide freek bikes and two of them come with seats for the kids, however only one of the seats has a seatbelt for the kid. The shuttle downtown goes to their sister hotel, so the walk downtown is a little longer than if you just take a grab. But the shuttle is free and roomy.

Everything here was perfect : the location, the surroundings (very green and quiet), the pools (big and so beautiful, enough deck chairs, towels), the two restaurants (amazing meals), the free shuttle to Ancient Town Hoi An and to the beach (private beach, free, with large pool, free towels and a restaurant as well). The staff here is so friendly, helpfull and kind. Special mention for « Trang » the Young woman at the breakfast buffet !!! So sweet and kind, a real « sunshine ». And also, the breakfast was amazing with a large choice of everything and with an amazing local coffee (try the coffee Sua Da cold). We had a pool room villa and it was huge, beautiful with the best beds possible !!

The hotel has amazing gardens and the pool is so beautiful. The place is even more beautiful in real compared to pictures. We loved our stay, the staff were so helpful and nice, the breakfast was really good, and the room was spacious and had great view to the pool. I would recommend booking a room with pool view, it was the best! Food in the restaurant was also great and reasonably priced. The location was great, quieter area but with many stores near by and really easy to get a taxi. There was also free shuttle bus to old town but we found the taxis cheap and convenient, it was 5-10minutes and only 1,5-2 USD :) We’ll definedly return here again! Great value for money.

We’ve enjoyed a lovely 5 night stay at the Mulberry Collection Silk Hotel. The hotel is situated roughly 10 minutes from the old town but provided a shuttle service several times a day to town and to the beach. The hotel benefits from a very relaxing quiet atmosphere with 2 very nice clean pools. We were in an upstairs Villa, with a large comfortable room and balcony overlooking the pool - it had a large comfy bed and pillows and very clean. The breakfast was very goodvwith a huge variety to choose from. The service and staff were excellent with a special mention for Thinh who was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.

The property is out of the centre which we wanted but only a quick hop in a Grab taxi or use the free shuttle into the very busy centre. The grounds are immaculate and serene. All areas of the hotel are well maintained. The rooms are spacious and fab for families. The rooms feel very private too. The spa massages were very good. The breakfast was fabulous with plenty of variety including a pancake and egg station. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly always willing to help. They made wonderful efforts for my son birthday and it was greatly appreciated- 5 stars! We left one of our bags behind and they kindly jumped to assist getting it couriered to Hanoi which was our next destination - thank you so much! We will definitely be back, keep up the great work Mulberry Silk Village.

On arrival we were welcomed by the staff. They explained about breakfast, shuttle service into town and on site bar and restaurant. We were given a voucher for a free Vietnamese meal in the dining room and on my birthday we were also treated to a 3 course meal. The breakfast had a great choice on offer and omelette and eggs were cooked to order. The Vietnamese coffee was great. The staff were exceptional always smiling and nothing was too much trouble for them. Cocktails in the afternoon were great and 3 for 2, wine was buy 1 get 1 free 😀 The room was excellent, large, comfortable bed and pillows, tea and coffee making facilities and quiet. The swimming pool was set in lovely grounds, plenty of sun beds. Shuttle into town and private beach was great. As a group of friends we would definitely recommend this hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Silk Village, it exceeded our expectations! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything for our stay, booking transfers and tours for us too. The room was large and the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in in a long while. The property was immaculately clean, gardens lovely, and the pool was a peaceful spot to relax. The restaurant served tasty food (including free breakfast). We enjoyed the complimentary silk tour and shuttle bus into the ancient town/beach. We would stay here again!

The gym was good, air-conditioned, and towels/water were provided, but it could include more equipment.
