Mulberry silk Collection is my favourite place to stay in Hoi An. It is close enough to the ancient town via a free shuttle service, 5 minute drive but far away when you need to get away for a relaxing time at the pool or walk around their lush gardens. The staff are exceptional, with Nancy Thinh concierge fantastic. So very helpful and accommodating. I forgot an adapter for my devices and she promptly gave me one from the reception. Nancy was always around to ask questions about the best tailor, leather maker or cafe to eat at. Her attention to detail made our stay that much more memorable. Thank you Hoi A for the many memories.

There was nothing that I disliked about the property. If I had to be overly critical, I would say that breakfast could have been a little longer, so from 6.30-11am and not 10.30.. But that is being extremely difficult ☺️

Amazing place to stay, staff were fantastic and it was close to everything but also just a little bit away so you had a chance to relax. The silk tour was so interesting.

October is very rainy, so it was hard to do the bike tours or really explore. So next time we go in march

Beautiful room in one of the bungalows next to a beautiful pool, in beautiful grounds. The silk village tour to see how they make silk cloth was fantastic. The breakfast was great, the staff were great, and having a shuttle into and out of town was very useful.

I had a few gekkos in my room which I didn’t mind too much as they are cute… but I didn’t realise they can chirp like a bird. The first night I thought I had a bird in the room… lol. I did also find a very large bug that I tried to catch… it ran under the bed. Looked like a giant cockroach, although I guess it could have been a cricket. I had a beautiful big room, but I noticed a few cracks between the floor and skirting boards so bugs and gekkos were getting in… would be nice if they fixed that.

Just loved the feel of the hotel, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the friendliness of the beautiful staff . The gardens and pool were always clean and tidy. A very homely place to stay.

A stylish hotel set in beautifully maintained gardens with lovely pools. Check in was quick and easy and throughout our stay, the very friendly staff were always only too happy to help with anything we needed. Our rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. We had lunch at the restaurant by the pool a couple of times and it was delicious, as was the breakfast buffet, served daily in the main building. The hotel is situated a short walk from the old town but we also used the hotel shuttle to the old town and the Silk Beach Club. I think what we loved most about the hotel is how calm it felt after the hustle and bustle of the day. A great place to relax and recharge, ready for the next days adventure.

Very nice hotel, we booked a pool-view villa with our 18 month old and it was very nice. The room was very big and the bed was extremely comfortable and we got a nice travel cot for our daughter. The kids playroom is HUGE and has so many fun toys for the kids. There are two nice pools and you can order drinks and some food from the pool-side bar. The staff is amazing and wants to do everything they can to help you. Bathroom was also huge with a shower and bathtub.

The restaurant was medium at best. One of us unfortunately got a bad stomach after the breakfast buffet. Takes about 30 min to walk to the old town and not much to do in the surrounding area so it takes at least 15 min to walk somewhere where there’s something to do. They do provide freek bikes and two of them come with seats for the kids, however only one of the seats has a seatbelt for the kid. The shuttle downtown goes to their sister hotel, so the walk downtown is a little longer than if you just take a grab. But the shuttle is free and roomy.

This was a resort style hotel which was luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with many options and local dishes to try as well as more western style foods to keep everyone happy! The drip coffee was our favourite we had on the entire trip. There was a free shuttle which you could take into the old quarter at various times throughout the day which came in very handy. The spa was a little expensive but was well worth the money. There were multiple large pools which were great too cool off during the heat of the day. The room was spacious and modern.

The noise at night was quite a lot. The soundproofing was not good so could hear neighbours talking and showering at all hours. To be expected when staying in a busy resort!

Beautiful property in peaceful, tranquil gardens with two nice pools, about 1.5km from the Ancient Town. A free shuttle provides transport between the property and the Ancient Town and also the beach. The free Silk Beach club owned by the hotel has a nice beach and also a nice pool. The staff are amazingly attentive, friendly and service-oriented. Breakfast was great, and we also ate a few times at the hotel's two restaurants, where the food was delicious and good value.

Maybe restrict families with kids to one of the two pools so people without kids can relax at the other pool ?

Everything here was perfect : the location, the surroundings (very green and quiet), the pools (big and so beautiful, enough deck chairs, towels), the two restaurants (amazing meals), the free shuttle to Ancient Town Hoi An and to the beach (private beach, free, with large pool, free towels and a restaurant as well). The staff here is so friendly, helpfull and kind. Special mention for « Trang » the Young woman at the breakfast buffet !!! So sweet and kind, a real « sunshine ». And also, the breakfast was amazing with a large choice of everything and with an amazing local coffee (try the coffee Sua Da cold). We had a pool room villa and it was huge, beautiful with the best beds possible !!

The hotel has amazing gardens and the pool is so beautiful. The place is even more beautiful in real compared to pictures. We loved our stay, the staff were so helpful and nice, the breakfast was really good, and the room was spacious and had great view to the pool. I would recommend booking a room with pool view, it was the best! Food in the restaurant was also great and reasonably priced. The location was great, quieter area but with many stores near by and really easy to get a taxi. There was also free shuttle bus to old town but we found the taxis cheap and convenient, it was 5-10minutes and only 1,5-2 USD :) We’ll definedly return here again! Great value for money.
