We had a great stay at this lovely place! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The location is perfect – with the free bicycles provided, it only took a few minutes to get to the night market, and the beach was also very easy to reach by bike. For longer trips, renting a scooter was cheap and uncomplicated, which made exploring the area really convenient. The atmosphere at the property was relaxed and pleasant, and everything was clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the little extras, like the free bikes, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was absolutely great – very clean and well maintained, perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day in the sun. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so comfortable – we’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

The accommodations communication before we arrived was exceptional, offering any support or advice we needed in preparation for our stay. On arrival, we met the lovely Lisa, who greeted us with a warm welcome, a cold drinkl sat with us to explain the area, giving is useful hints and tips, it was clear she wanted us to have a good experience. The room was great, we didn't realise you could.leave the fans and aircon on whilst out ( not a done thing in uk) but we were encouraged to after they cleaned room and noticed, they were worried about us being to hot after a day/night out. Good fridge Clean linen Aircon and fans, great! Big comfortable bed. It is clean and tidy, and it is a good condition for its age now. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of options to order, with additional items buffet style each morning Pool was a great addition after a long day! We loved our stay, have to say much of the old town wasnt for us, but being here was a perfect location to see what we wanted (heritage wise) but also explore more local to the accommodation which I would highly recommend, we found so many lovely places local to eat/drink Highly recommend borrowing bikes (ypu can also hire scooters), exploring local, the rice fields, even down to beach. Had the best day cycling the rice fields GRABS are cheap to get around, but check with staff at the desk as depending on where you are going, they may get you a car cheaper. Our trip from hotel to train station Da Nang was much cheaper with the hotel. Can't thank the staff enough they were so warm and welcoming. They really seemed to genuinely care about us. Great place to stay.

Nothing really, some of the bikes could do with a little TLC/MOT but they are ok.

Beautiful place in a quieter neighbourhood but easy walking distance to the historical centre. Decor is stunning in the spacious rooms and the most comfortable bed i have slept in. Breakfast was yummy. The staff almost insist on helping you 😅 overall excellent value for money and a super cosy stay.

My last night there I realised the walls (floors?) are quite thin as the upstairs person insisted on moving furniture at 1am as well as 6am to make sure I don't get a proper sleep, so take earplugs with you (and to this guest I wish they step on a lego every day of their lives)

Really nice little hotel. Staff were all super friendly, remembered our names and what we weee up to. Helped us organise lots of things including pick up from the airport (which was about the same cost as a grab). Loved that we could rent a scooter from them and the area was ideal - quieter than central Hoi An but easy to get to town, beach and rice paddies. Stylish room, looked like the pictures. Rooftop pool could have been slightly better maintained but was super enjoyable for the hot afternoons after our morning tours/activities. Air con was also really good. Got our laundry done here too which was good value compared to some of the other hotels we stayed in (50k/kilo).

Our stay at Nam An Mama Villa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Lisa's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. She was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready with helpful tips and advice about exploring the charming city of Hoi An. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning – a fantastic start to our day. One of the standout features of Nam An Mama Villa was the complimentary bicycles. This was such a fantastic perk and truly enhanced our experience, allowing us to easily and freely explore Hoi An and its beautiful surroundings at our own pace. We absolutely loved our time here and will certainly return one day. We wholeheartedly recommend Nam An Mama Villa to anyone looking for a delightful and convenient stay in Hoi An! We loved this cute little hotel. The colours and design of the room are very elegant and from the big windows you can see the trees outside. Breakfast is very good. There's a variety of fresh fruit and you also choose ( the previous night) a hot plate from a long list that caters for Asian and European tastes. The lovely girls at the reception are very accommodating and can arrange all kind of tours - we did the Hue one and it was very good. Because we left so early and couldn't have breakfast they prepared sandwiches for us - such a nice thought! The hotel provides free bicycles - we used them to go to the beach one day, it was great fun. For the old quarter we preferred Grab- it's cheap and convenient.

We had a great stay at this gorgeous spot. The staff were incredible and so helpful with places to go, organising well priced tours/rides, and helping with which spots were worth seeing and which were over hyped. The room was great, lots of space and very clean (they cleaned each day if you wanted). The hotel is a bit out of the way of everything but it’s kind of nice to get out of the hustle and bustle, and getting a grab into the old town is so cheap it didn’t matter.

The shower water pressure wasn’t great, but we’ve found that as most places we stayed.

I had an excellent experience staying at Nam An Mama Villa in Hoi An. The breakfast, especially the pho, was incredibly delicious and perfectly suited to my taste. It was one of the highlights of my stay! The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Hoi An. It’s the perfect place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It was comfortable and had everything we needed . We stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home. The best part of our stay were Lisa and Muoi who are the lovely ladies who work there. They are the kindest people we’ve ever met and they did anything to help you. They made our trip memorable.We would definitely recommend staying here and if we come to Hoi An again we would come back to this villa

The room was even better as on the picture, it was clean and tidy. For breakfast you can choose from the menu, but they also have fruits, pastries and drinks on the buffet table. We got really good tips from the staff and they had bikes what we were able to use for free. The beach was 15 min by bike and the city center was around 5-10 minutes by bike. We spent 3 weeks in Vietnam and this accommodation was the best, I would really recommend it.

The rooftop pool is good, but sometimes it did not seem fully clean.
