Beautiful place in a quieter neighbourhood but easy walking distance to the historical centre. Decor is stunning in the spacious rooms and the most comfortable bed i have slept in. Breakfast was yummy. The staff almost insist on helping you 😅 overall excellent value for money and a super cosy stay.

My last night there I realised the walls (floors?) are quite thin as the upstairs person insisted on moving furniture at 1am as well as 6am to make sure I don't get a proper sleep, so take earplugs with you (and to this guest I wish they step on a lego every day of their lives)

Really nice little hotel. Staff were all super friendly, remembered our names and what we weee up to. Helped us organise lots of things including pick up from the airport (which was about the same cost as a grab). Loved that we could rent a scooter from them and the area was ideal - quieter than central Hoi An but easy to get to town, beach and rice paddies. Stylish room, looked like the pictures. Rooftop pool could have been slightly better maintained but was super enjoyable for the hot afternoons after our morning tours/activities. Air con was also really good. Got our laundry done here too which was good value compared to some of the other hotels we stayed in (50k/kilo).

We loved this cute little hotel. The colours and design of the room are very elegant and from the big windows you can see the trees outside. Breakfast is very good. There's a variety of fresh fruit and you also choose ( the previous night) a hot plate from a long list that caters for Asian and European tastes. The lovely girls at the reception are very accommodating and can arrange all kind of tours - we did the Hue one and it was very good. Because we left so early and couldn't have breakfast they prepared sandwiches for us - such a nice thought! The hotel provides free bicycles - we used them to go to the beach one day, it was great fun. For the old quarter we preferred Grab- it's cheap and convenient.

Our stay at Nam An Mama Villa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Lisa's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. She was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready with helpful tips and advice about exploring the charming city of Hoi An. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning – a fantastic start to our day. One of the standout features of Nam An Mama Villa was the complimentary bicycles. This was such a fantastic perk and truly enhanced our experience, allowing us to easily and freely explore Hoi An and its beautiful surroundings at our own pace. We absolutely loved our time here and will certainly return one day. We wholeheartedly recommend Nam An Mama Villa to anyone looking for a delightful and convenient stay in Hoi An! I had an excellent experience staying at Nam An Mama Villa in Hoi An. The breakfast, especially the pho, was incredibly delicious and perfectly suited to my taste. It was one of the highlights of my stay! The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Hoi An. It’s the perfect place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We had a great stay at this gorgeous spot. The staff were incredible and so helpful with places to go, organising well priced tours/rides, and helping with which spots were worth seeing and which were over hyped. The room was great, lots of space and very clean (they cleaned each day if you wanted). The hotel is a bit out of the way of everything but it’s kind of nice to get out of the hustle and bustle, and getting a grab into the old town is so cheap it didn’t matter.

The shower water pressure wasn’t great, but we’ve found that as most places we stayed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It was comfortable and had everything we needed . We stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home. The best part of our stay were Lisa and Muoi who are the lovely ladies who work there. They are the kindest people we’ve ever met and they did anything to help you. They made our trip memorable.We would definitely recommend staying here and if we come to Hoi An again we would come back to this villa

The room was even better as on the picture, it was clean and tidy. For breakfast you can choose from the menu, but they also have fruits, pastries and drinks on the buffet table. We got really good tips from the staff and they had bikes what we were able to use for free. The beach was 15 min by bike and the city center was around 5-10 minutes by bike. We spent 3 weeks in Vietnam and this accommodation was the best, I would really recommend it.

The rooftop pool is good, but sometimes it did not seem fully clean.

The reception staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly! Security staff are very friendly too! Rooftop pool is lovely and lit up at night. Our room was very spacious and clean. There are free bikes to use and you can arrange scooter hire with reception. We even got our washing done and it was very cheap, it was also returned to us on the same day and we were so impressed by the price and speed! Breakfast is very good too! Location is quiet and not too far away from Hoi An Old town or An Bang beach.

Our room was actually in reception, which was quite noisy. We also expected the room to have a balcony but it was on the ground floor and had a garden area instead, it didn't feel very private because people at breakfast could see into the garden, so we didn't use the outdoor space. When booking the room there were pictures of a balcony, so this was a little disappointing.

OMG where do I start ? This has to be the best hotel we stayed at in vietnam. The room was just gorgeous, the whole hotel is just like the photos , shiny concrete and lime stoned walls , floors and ceilings. Very clean , gorgeous balcony and vegetation. The beds were super comfortable. The shower had great pressure and was a really nice space . I really can't say enough good things about this place , the staff were all really lovely and work so hard at making you comfortable and happy . It is in a quiet location 15 .inutes easy walk to the busy area . We rented scooters and got around on them easily. The breakfast had lots of options as a buffet and also a la carte for cooked items that you can order the night before . It was all delicious. Thank you to all staff , especially. I can't forget the roof top pool . Wow that was such a lovely addition . Its usually cooler up there in a breeze . We cooled down in it at the end of the day every night .Lisa for all your hard work and caring . There's also a large mini mart right next door for any snacks and beers etc , very handy

The only suggestion I would have is to put some felt protectors under the chair legs in the rooms . They are quite heavy and if someone moves one in the room upstairs it's really loud , but they are too heavy to lift so they have to slide . The room and staff and location and value etc etc all get 10/10 from us. We'll definitely return.
