It was one of my great stay in Vietnam. The room was great. Value for money for sure. Cleanliness to the point. Helpful staff. Overall it was a excellent stay. Staff will also guide you with all the places you can visit around with MAP once you check in. Special mention to Eric for friendly and guiding

We absolutely loved our stay at Blooms Boutique! Our favourite part was the staff, they were all so lovely and accommodating. The pool was so nice to be able to lounge around at throughout the day and being able to use the bikes into town was great

The bathroom felt very run down and dirty. There was slimy mould in the shower and on the taps.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s got a spacious garden, pool area is lovely and clean, the lanterns look so cosy especially at night. Our room was stunning too. Lots of character, really big and loved having a balcony too. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was pretty good too. We rented the free bikes once, this is really good they offer this as it’s definitely needed in Hoi An.

For us the location isn’t that good. It’s outside the old town which we thought would be better but the walk in was pretty rough. 30+ minutes, no pavements, a few aggressive dogs en route. This shouldn’t be too much of an issue if you want to use the bikes. But for people who generally don’t mind walking, this location really isn’t the best. Other thing to note is that next door to the hotel there are two dogs who are really loud all day and night. Barking non-stop. It spoils the chance to relax by the pool to be honest. Not really the hotel at fault here of course but it does need to be mentioned as it was a problem for us.

We had a great stay! It is a lovely little hotel with spacious rooms and bathroom. The gardens around the hotel are very lovely. The pool is a good size and the loungers around the pool make for a relaxing day. There are bikes you can use for free and the location is close to old town on the bike. Breafast was good and was cooked ready to order. The people working at the hotel are very helpful and do what they can to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Ella and Greenie went out of their way to make sure we had everythig we needd and helping with booking excusions and answering any questions we had. I will defntiely stay here again.

The best part of staying at blooms by far we're the staff. Especially Ella, Eric and greenie. They were so helpful in booking taxis and giving advice on where to go around hoi an. The housekeeping staff were good and pleasant. The hotel itself is in between old town and the beach. We cycled to the beach on the free bikes and walked into old town in the evening and got taxi back. The gardens are beautiful, and they were doing some upgrades to the electrical system.the pool area is pleasant, but the sun bads need replacing along with umbrellas. The breakfast initially was to order the day before, and part way through the change to buffet, it was better before change. Overall, our stay was 👍

By far my favorite hotel in this part of the country. Ten star service, I wish to thank both Ella and Andy who so diligently took care of us, all our sight-seeing arrangements and even the plane tickets. The pool hygiene was adequate. Breakfast was tailored to specific dietary needs. The room with a terrace overlooking the fields was very spacious and bright. The water pressure in the shower was also fantastic. Beautiful garden, calm yet in proximity to the tourist attractions. Free bicycles were ideal for short distance movement. When next in Hoi An, Blossom Village will be my first choice. After a long bus ride from Ninh Binh we were welcomed by our host Ella. We could leave our luggage at the reception while we got breakfast in the garden at the pool and waited for our room to be ready. Ella was very helpful with everything. She recommended a show in Hoi An memory land that was absolutely incredible. Also honest advise about what to do in the old centre. The hotel, Ella and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and making you feel right at home. Also the pool is a very nice way to cool off after a warm day of shopping and trying all the local food in the old centre. We are very thankful for the great service and hospitality Ella gave us. We’d highly recommended this hotel to everyone who is visiting Hoi An who loves a little more quiet to fall back to but with the beach and the centre on bike distance.

We stayed at Bloom’s Boutique Hotel during the second half of our time in Hoi An. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully decorated and very comfortable. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite live up to the images online. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the lush gardens and vibrant greenery shown in the photos. In reality, the grounds were quite bare, and it was clear the pictures were taken from flattering angles. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it was a bit of a letdown. That said, the overall stay was still very good. We didn’t use the pool, but we had forgotten something in Da Lat and had it sent to Hoi An on a sleeper bus. The staff were very kind and collected the package for us, which we really appreciated. The hotel is located on a fairly busy street, so there was some noise from traffic, which is worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a great experience, but either the photos should be updated, or the hotel could benefit from improving its outdoor spaces to match expectations.

Our favourite hotel in Vietnam so far! All the staff are friendly and helpful, Eric welcomed us on arrival and was so helpful and polite throughout our stay. Location is perfectly situated between old town and beach, with bicycles free to use. We enjoyed cycling to the beach through the rice fields. The hotel is well looked after, the breakfast is great and the pool very clean and refreshing. Nice to have a pool big enough to swim properly in!! Rooms are cleaned everyday and are well maintained, with comfortable beds.
