It’s comfortable , the pool very clean (not huge) and good for a dip, breakfast is great with good choices. Staff most helpful. Location is a stretch for the beach unless you’re a good cyclist and similar for town but A Grab car is cheap as anything if needed. We cycled everywhere , bikes are provided for free but to be honest they could do with updating at some point as some are a liability to ride. The room was huge and the bed and when we stayed it was so quiet. Close cycle are the rice fields where you can see buffalo and people working in the fields . There’s a Winmart at the very end of the Road which is handy as the room has a fridge. The staff were very good at communication before we arrived and during.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a perfect stay! The two main hosts were friendly and talked us through what there is to do and see. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was amazing - you have the choice of a main then all continental (range of fruits, yogurts, coffee, tea and sweet pastries). They offer free bicycles, and the old town is about a 10/15 minute cycle. There is a pickleball court just down the road which I also recommend going to. If I am ever back in Hoi An I would stay here again!

Our room didn't have bedside lamps, which meant we did have to use the main big light all the time. The days also can be long and tiring, and breakfast is only till 9:30, if it was till 10:00am it would have been better, but it still was amazing and got us up early.

Quiet location and good value for money, not a posh hotel but bed was comfortable and breakfast were good. Not spectacular like other high priced hotels. However staff are so lovely and kind even when my sons and myself were sick they made us ginger tea for us. Do not go if you are looking for luxurious holiday accommodation but if you go with family, I would recommend for 100%! We are happy to be back here again!

Situated in a very quiet location, it provides the perfect ambiance for a peaceful getaway. One of the standout features of this establishment is its provision of free bicycles, allowing guests to explore the enchanting streets of Hoi An at their own pace, immersing themselves in the local culture and scenic beauty. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. From the moment of arrival, guests are met with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making them feel welcome and valued throughout their entire stay.

While there are certainly many positives to be found, it's important to address areas for improvement as well. Some guests have noted that there may be insufficient ventilation in the rooms, possibly due to their proximity to the swimming pool.

We had an adjoining family room, so essentially 2 separate rooms with a small hallway connecting us. Great amount of space, beds were comfortable, aircon was really nice and cold. Nice little balcony views. We had plenty of space especially for the price paid, what a bargain. Staff were awesome. They waited until we arrived very late one night after lots of flight delays. They organised our washing and just added this to the bill for a few dollars a kilo. There was nothing they wouldn't do for us and we really appreciated it. Breakfast was modest, but they kept refilling. You got a hot option that was made to order like banana pancakes or eggs and a continental buffet. It had daily fruit, toast with jams and butter, a few pastries and yoghurt. Tea and coffee and juice too. Not a massive buffet but we left full everyday.

The pool was quite cold, considering the ocean was warm, but we were there in the cooler season so thats perfectly understandable The shower was plenty warm enough but not burning hot which I usually prefer. But absolutely fine.

Spacious, light and bright room, clean and modern. Lovely residential street. The reception personnel really make a difference, they are both simply wonderful. We stayed for 3 weeks and they were always helpful, kind and cheerful. Breakfast is great value, so are the arranged transfers to and from the airport.

Most bicycles are in a bad state of repair and the shower drain could do with a service, slow to drain, everything else is great. Would we stay here again? YES absolutely!

We loved the staff! So nice and accommodating. They answered our every need. Really they are awesome. We stayed there for two weeks, and they made sure we got the most private room they have, so we got top floor and really enjoyed. Also we are vegetarians and i don’t eat eggs also, and the staff made sure to make special food for me. They provide bicycle for free, so though the location isn’t mid town, it’s 7 min ride to the old city, and frankly it’s nice to be in such a chill environment. Wi-fi is superb! Could make lots of meetings from there without interruptions.

We absolutely LOVED this villa My partner was really sick and in and out of hospital and they were extremely accomodating, asking about his health each morning to see if we needed anything. Tuyet especially made our stay extremely comfortable, cannot thank her enough!! - although it was a little bit further out, it was a lot cheaper and they provided bikes for us to use for the day, Grabs were also very cheap (65K return) to the centre - pool was a great temperature and looked lovely - internet was great - could pay for tours and accomodation by cash or card at the front desk - rooms were extremely spacious and very comfortable with great pillows and mattress, cold air conditioning and a balcony

- breakfast was included and for the price it was fine but it was extremely basic - there is no elevator, no issue for us, but we were on the 4th floor and some people may not want to walk that many stairs

Best value for money ever in the world and I have travelled in many countries! Excellent breakfast included that would already cost more than the price of the night for two! Perfect in every way: the staff, the room, the bed, the breakfast, the swimming pool, the location (quiet and not far from the old town and the beach but you do need a scooter or at least a bicycle to make it convenient). I was blown away by the place and the kindness of the staff.

Friendly, gracious & extremely helpful staff! We stayed for eight days & were comfortable the whole time. The place was in a quiet location & extremely tasteful in its set up & design. We rode the free bikes to ancient town most days and swam in the lovely pool. Our gluten free diet was well catered for, & we were even offered delicious local specialities off-menu! The whole family loved our stay - thank you so much!!
