I’ve stayed at most of the 5-star hotels in Kitzbühel, and Grand Tirolia has now become my favorite. The service is excellent, the rooms are beautifully designed, the amenities are high quality, and the atmosphere is both professional and friendly. Cleanliness was perfect – every day, our room was cleaned while we were at breakfast, so we always came back to a fresh and tidy space. The breakfast itself was outstanding: a wide variety, fresh and top-quality products, and everything well presented and constantly replenished. I’ve seen some negative reviews mentioning poor cleanliness, long waits, or a disappointing breakfast. Based on my stay, I can say these comments do not reflect reality. Everything we experienced was the opposite – smooth, clean, and very well managed. Grand Tirolia offers true 5-star comfort with great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kitzbühel.

We had an amazing experience at Grand Tirolia, and one of the key reasons was the outstanding service provided by Eugen. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. On our last day, we couldn’t extend our room, and we had nowhere to store our luggage. Eugen went out of his way to help us, ensuring that everything was taken care of smoothly. He was not only efficient but also extremely thoughtful, making sure we felt comfortable and stress-free. His exceptional customer service, friendly attitude, and genuine willingness to assist truly made a difference in our stay. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about their job, and Eugen is definitely one of those people. We are extremely grateful for his help and would love to return to Grand Tirolia, knowing that such fantastic staff members are there to make the experience even better. A great premises with excellent facilities and marvellous new wing. Rooms are extended and super clean. The hotel is a bit out of the town, but we liked it. In and out door pools are great and the new family/kids spa is marvellous. Reception team are friendly and helpful. We was 4 families and had 2 king rooms and 2 glorious penthouse apartments - all was nice decorated. Breakfast is great with many options to select.

Need to improve is all about the hotel restaurants. Restaurant TIROLIA is poor in means of dinning and service. The restaurant in the Golf club is fine, but also here service need to improve. Service team is the Breakfast are not friendly.

We stayed at the Tirolia 3 years ago, then Hilton, and we were maybe a little anxious that we wouldn't like it as much as then. But the opposite was true. We even loved it more! The lobby, gym and yogarooms did have a spectacular renovation, a coffee station in the lobby served free cappucino's to go the entire morning, lovely gym and yogalessons free to participate throughout the day and I believe the best hotelspa in the world. Very dogfriendly. The rooms again were amazing. It's so comfortable! I would describe the interiour as authentic Austrian with a very modern but superiour warm twist. All staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We choose this hotel because it's great with a dog, the location is about 1 km off the main road and it is superquiet. There are several restaurants you can choose from and food and drinks are also absolutely great and very affordable!

We both had 2 massages each and the wellnessrooms are, compared to all the other spaces, not renovated. Especially here you expect a warm and cosy atmosphere. They're not ugly, but compared to all the other area's, not very cosy either. Would recommend to upgrade them too.

The hotel is definitely a luxury hotel and the BEST I ever visit. a HUGE resort that including every thing you can imagine and more. room was beautiful, clean, great View from a private balcony spa was incredibale, pool's water in a perfect temperature (whice is super important for me - usually I find myself not able to use hotel's pool cause they too cold) - here I used it everyday. The staff was exceptionally helpful. and affable, must indicate positively - RAJI and MAX from the reception - but all others were great as well.. cant wait to came back

as exepted from a delux place like this, the exrtas (like resturant, lobby and bar) where expensive - and there where not other options around... althought I must say the food at the resturant was EXCELLENT. maybe for a coctail you better go out..

We’ve been coming to Austria for over 20 years now, and working in luxury hospitality, we’re very picky! Well….there is nothing to be picky about Grand Tirolia. Flawless stay from A to Z. From the upgrade at check in (we booked through Booking) to the lovely staff and the great service. A special Thank you to Raji and his exceptional concierge service. And to Alexandru who was always willing to help. The hotel is spotless clean having undergone an extensive renovation. Food is out of this world-all produce is sourced locally. Spa is lovely (separate adults only and family spas!) and Edmund is very nice! The view is dreamy and we loved the fact that it’s 4 km away from the city center. We didn’t come to the mountains to stay downtown :) Best choice we could have made, happy to have found our home away from home. We will be back every year!

Nothing we didn’t like. All was perfect.

The hotel feels luxurious indeed and the staff are incredibly welcoming and efficient. We had a gorgeous Deluxe room in the new part of the hotel, with stunning views of the mountains. The facilities are great, the kids indoor swimming pool and kids club were perfect for our daughter at the end of the day after long hikes in the mountain. The adults spa is also stunning. The decor throughout the hotel is quirky and elegant and the lobby has so many beautiful seating areas where you could easily spend time with a book and a cocktail. However, the mountains around are too beautiful to want to be stuck indoors. We really loved the golf club restaurant, the food was exquisite and the service excellent. Great value for money too. The breakfast at the hotel was also absolutely amazing with so many options.

There was quite a bit of refurbishment going around (summer is the only time they can do it so fair enough but it was a bit of an eye sore) and the outdoor swimming pools were closed because of that. The first night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we waited for one and half hours for our food to arrive. Luckily we weren't in a rush or starving but we definitely noticed a slower and less efficient service comparing to the golf club restaurant.

There are many things to like about this place. Starting from the entrance all the way through the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, happy to help you with anything and everything. The facilities are amazing. The rooms are big, with a big bathroom, separate shower, separate toilet and a balcony with a breathtaking view. The gym is amazing, used it every day. Indoor - outdoor heated pool and a great sauna. Food is amazing. Will definitely return here in the near future.

This is only a small thing but it needs to be addressed. In winter the rooms are too hot and there's no way you can adjust the temperature. We had to leave the windows open from time to time.

There are many beautiful hotels in the Tyrol region but not many hotels are blessed with an amazing staff that makes sure you feel at home and meets all the special requests and different needs of its guests. Special thanks to George the restaurant manager who made sure at every meal that my son had something to eat and to the lovely Leia from the reception, special thanks to Egan who greeted us warmly and made sure we enjoyed every minute. Beyond the wonderful staff, the hotel is beautiful, clean, the deluxe rooms are large and well maintained. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, luxurious hotel with a staff that is always attentive and ready to assist. The room is spacious, but storage for clothes is limited, as the closets are mostly occupied by hotel amenities such as blankets, an ironing board, and a minibar. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, offering more options than we’ve ever experienced before.

The mandatory 30-euro-per-day parking fee was an unexpected downside. If you decide to stay at this hotel, I highly recommend booking a room with a mountain view, as the forest-view rooms offer little to no scenery.
