I had a brilliant experience at Ac residence. I was well impressed by the promptness of the management for every need. The room was super, super clean, and also the bed sheets and towels were immaculate. The room has all you need. The products offered are of good quality. Ac working perfectly. The shower works very well. Good pressure of water and good balance of hot and cold. I appreciate having an umbrella available...the first one after 1 month in Borneo!! and believe due to the weather is very useful. I have been super supported by Miss Vinah kind and professional. The best choice till now. And a correct value for money. Thanks see uh again

The staff are attentive to the comfort and well being of the guests at all times, they always responded to our messages instantly. They made sure we were comfortable and gave us lots of useful information on what to see and how to get around. The room was very clean and very well located, close to KK Waterfront and the markets. It is also very convenient that there are several shops, supermarkets and laundry facilities next door. Highly recommended in all respects.

There is no lift, but they let you know in advance, so it wasn't a problem at all, a bit of exercise never hurts and it's only two floors. They also helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which was very nice of them.

The room was clean and cooling. There were enough clothes hangers for us to hang our clothes. Also, the room was well-renovated and beautiful. Lastly, the staff were extremely responsive and polite. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

The toilet flush was weak and slow. The shower drainage seemed to be choked and the bathroom would be flooded after a shower. The tap felt a little loose and it can be a little difficult to turn on the tap. Also, the bed and blanket trap heat well so it can get hot after a while with the blanket. The bedding would be more suitable for a cooler country. Lastly, the apartment is on the third floor if you count the ground floor as the first floor. You will need to take the stairs to get to the apartment.

The first thing that comes to mind is the fantastic communication / customer service skills from the staff. Even before arriving, they were super helpful via Whatsapp and helped us with any questions we had and helped organise a pickup from the airport which made life super easy for us. The room is bright and the bed is extremely comfortable. Location wise - you are near local restaurants and food, about 10 mins walk from Gaya St markets which were exceptional. Nothing is too far from here considering taxis are super cheap too. The AC worked a treat too.

We loved the location. It was close to many great local places to eat and also close to the waterfront and bars. It was very comfortable. The bed was amazing. We both slept very well. We are both always so grateful for 2 pillows. The amenities are as expected, the tv worked well and had great movie options. The hostess was very communicative via WhatsApp. It was basically immediate responses, which is amazing! Coffee/tea/water was nice.

It's not that we didn't like these things, they were just unusual. It has a peculiar layout. The light is amazing, but we felt a bit like we were in a viewing box. Uncertain if the windows were privacy windows, but we assumed they were but still acted as if they weren't. It has a old-school cool retro vibe which was funny/charming. Very white! We're pretty healthy so we didn't mind the stairs but people should be aware there are a few flights of stairs to go up.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Great communication on WhatsApp before arriving and during the stay. The room is well appointed, clean and quiet. The bed was the most comfortable of my 10days in Borneo You can have luggage stored and pick it up later after checking out

2nd story and no lift which wasn’t a problem for me but if can’t do stairs, then find somewhere else The outside of the building looks drab etc but don’t worry about that because the inside is fantastic

Very new establishment. Everything is clean and pristine. Room quite spacious with everything you need - table, fridge, TV, etc. Even comes with a power bank for you to bring out during your stay! Rain shower and hair dryer available. Staff communication was very clear through WhatsApp. Parking and location might be a bit confusing at first as it's not located directly next to each other, but that's a small issue. Everything available at walking distance - pharmacies, restaurants, reflexology places, etc. Something to note - you have to climb two flights of stairs to reach the hotel. Definitely will reconsider staying here again if we're coming back to KK!

Everything. Their room is really comfy and bright and all the extra touches really made the stay special. Their customer service is flawless, they are in contact via WhatsApp and answered any questions immediately and checked in to see if I needed anything. The location is perfect with a supermarket and many great food options close by. There is also a laundry around the corner.

The Hotel is very cosy, modern look and everything is there for your convenience. This residence is very suitable for a short stay or for a single or couple stay. If you’re travelling in a big group, you may want to book more room so that you have a little space to organise your shopping items. The host is very nice and helpful.

The only downside of the hotel is that, no lift just a staircase. Not suitable for elderly. But for me, not really an issue. Just walk up 1-2 floors up. At least you burn some of the calories you had earlier. That’s is vacation anyway. And if I have to suggest, maybe you can put 1 more big mirror outside the toilet for us to dress up.. other than that, good job guys. Keep up the good work.

It was really clean and comfortable inside, the bed was great, the bathroom was great, staff were really kind and helpful throughout our whole stay. It was a calm oasis in the busy city and was really well located.

The property is centrally located but the outside is a bit dirty and smelly as it is right in the middle of a food market and next to a durian stall! However, you don’t notice any of this once inside so it isn’t a big issue. No lift access so don’t stay here if you have mobility issues but otherwise it was perfect.
