The staff was friendly and helpful, they had a policy for late checkout the was very helpful as we had some medical complications around checking out and it was reasonable and affordable. We had to leave every morning before the breakfast was put out so we did not get to utilize the grab and go offerings. Location was good, unfortunately there was construction on the road in front of the hotel making it difficult to navigate the entrance.

The handicapped room my sister had needed a little update but was otherwise suitable.

my room was in a great location. breakfast was very minimal but okay.

my air conditioner and refrigerator both were not working. It was cool when i got there so it was horrible. the freezer was working but not bottom. I went to front desk and the man (manager) was rude when I reminder him about the problem. (ihad called the night before and wanted to make sure they knew because of shift change)) He was snotty and acted like i was asking for something I should not have. The maintenance man (Aaron) was there. He came right over and brought me a new a/c and refrigerator. He was so nice and efficient. He cleaned up everything when he was finished. Very nice and knew his job. The front clerk/manager never smiled or said sorry or we will have it fixed asap. Just a rude man. When I checked in there was a lady working who was very nice and pleasant.

They provide very little choices for breakfast, so we ate elsewhere. It was well located even though at night, the parking was iffy due to Chic fila drive through had cars backed up blocking the parking comings and goings for the hotel. The location was really good, as there were many places within walking distance we could use.

the hotel is a bit dated. dreary, but okay. The same problem with the card key and the door lock device. Card key worked about half the time, and we were in a room farthest from the office.

The location is perfect- easy walk to all the stores and restaurants in Sugar house. Having a full size fridge was nice.

When we first arrived the line of cars for chick fillet interfered w the entrance to the hotel. There r work around once u become familiar w the property. And unfortunately our feet did become dirty when walking barefoot in room.

Outdoor messiness from remodeling Difficulty of getting to Extended Stay because of Chick-fil-a restaurant Bathroom tub leaked the whole time we were there; we did report it

The location was very convenient. There are a lot of walkable restaurants and brew pubs. Worst case, a Chik-fil-A shares the parking lot. It's also one freeway stop into the Canyon to Park City or the edge of the loop toward the Cottonwoods.

The Chik-fil-A traffic can get in the way of getting out of your parking space. Also, maybe there was a tub leak, but it looked like glue was coming out between the linoleum tiles.

Location was amazing! Stream running through the rear of the property was soothing and the walkway was excellent.

Cleaning my own room and taking out my own trash everyday. Having to go hunt for clean towels and toilet paper. No oven, even though the description said it was a full kitchen.

I liked the location of the property and the river behind it was nice and relaxing. Everything was close in walking distance that we needed.

I didn’t like that there were several cobwebs in the room and the staff during breakfast when spoken to (a simple Good morning) did not respond back. The breakfast was pretty small too.

Location-staff was excellent-very friendly and helpful. Price was good and I appreciated the kitchenette with dishes and cooking items. I walked to Sugarhouse park for some sun.

The parking area could be better-good to park close to the building.

Parking was limited… you need to have spaces designated for the hotel guests only. The Chick fi la drive up line was totally annoying.. the line was blocking access to the hotel constantly and the customers weren’t even smart enough to not block us out by pulling into the parking lot intersections.. you need to Mark off where the drivers can pull up and where the hotel guests have their access. Your staff was not friendly at all and had an attitude like we were inconveniencing them. The morning breakfast food was old, hard , and seemed to be out of date. And why is the screen now jumping up and down??
